Thunder Demon Luffy's

Thunder Demon Luffy's
Chapter 134

**today**

The next morning, several people are awakened by the shocking discovery of their ship that has been completely repaired by a mysterious person, whom Usopp claimed he had seen last night. The incident was very confusing for everyone especially Usopp.

"Who is that?" Usopp asked as he walked around the deck of the ship. "And how does he know what Merry looks like before we modify it?" Usopp continued to ask.

"Is it important, our ship has been repaired" Nami said, folding her arms. Luffy stood on the upper deck looking towards the head of the Going Merry with narrowed eyes.

‘No way ...,’ thought Luffy in heart as he stared at Merry. Luffy continued to stare for a few seconds before shaking his head.

"Luffy," call Robin, grab her attention. "There are some ruins located just south of here, where the golden city is likely to be located. I wanted to check it out for a while, "he said, causing Luffy to nod his head.

"Take Zoro and Nojiko with you, I think those Shandorians will return to the island," Luffy added before he walked down from the main deck. "We'll all try and take Merry down from this temple, before I go take care of Enel. We'll all be reunited in the ruins" Luffy explained, causing Robin to nod.

Robin, Zoro, and Nojiko then set out to the ruins of the lost city of gold. Luffy, Gan Fall, Nami, Sanji, Usopp, and Chopper then start trying to find the best way to take the ship down from the sacrificial altar.

Usopp and Chopper tried to pull Merry in a small boat loaned by Conis, but unfortunately the small boat did not have enough power.

After trying many different and creative ways to get the ship out of the place for about an hour, Luffy finally decided to do the one thing he had been trying to avoid ever since he came to this island, using the power of his demonic fruit.

‘It looks like I have no choice,’ thought Luffy inwardly before he looked towards the rest of the crew.

"You all get on the ship" Luffy ordered while taking off his captain's coat which left everyone there confused.

"What are you gonna do, Luffy?" Chopper asked curiously.

"I'm going to lower Merry," Luffy replied, causing everyone to raise their eyebrows.

"But we've tried it, the Crow (small boat) doesn't have enough strength to pull it from the altar tiu" Nami said.

"I don't plan on using Crow," Luffy replied as he opened some buttons on his shirt. He then turned his body into lightning and teleported to the riverbank right in front of the altar stairs, which caused Gan Fall's eyes to widen in shock.

Luffy then extended his hand causing two flashes of lightning to come out from his palm, then the lightning did indeed and wrapped themselves around the Going Merry's head.

Luffy then gripped the twisted lightning bolt and planted his foot firmly on the ground before he began to pull.

"He didn't plan to pull the whole ship alone did he?" Sanji asked while looking at his captain.

"I think he will" Nami said in disbelief.

"Keereeennn!" chopper exclaimed with stars shining in his eyes as he stared at Luffy. Luffy's legs started to get into the ground as he tried to pull the ship. Luffy's plan was not to pull the ship directly from the altar, but simply to turn the ship so that Merry faced the stairs and they could easily launch it down.

All he had to do was turn the ship.

"MUHHH!" Luffy shouted as he began to pull Merry harder, causing his muscles to bulge a little along with sweat to appear on his face. Where something that shocked all the crew and Gan Fall happened, the ship started to spin.

"Yes! You did it, Luffy!" Usopp shouted as he felt the ship start to spin. By exerting great force, Luffy finally managed to turn the entire ship 90 degrees so that it was now facing down the stairs.

"OK, now you all stand in front of the ship" Luffy ordered as he wiped the sweat off his brow. As everyone stood at the front of the ship, the Going Merry started to tilt slightly down, but it was still not enough to make Merry slide down the stairs.

So, as Merry tilted downward, Luffy gave one final pull that caused him to slide down the altar stairs and land in a sea of clouds.

Luffy then sighed in relief before releasing the two lightning bolts in his hand, causing them to instantly disappear. Luffy then took two steps forward before he stopped when he saw a bright light streak across the sky.

Luffy immediately used his true observations to the fullest extent possible, to see if the three members of his crew were okay. When he manages to find his 3 crew, he sees that Zoro and Nojiko are fighting against the two remaining Enel priests, with Nojiko already killing her opponent in the same way, when he killed the last one, stole his heart.

While Zoro had a little trouble with his opponent because he was outnumbered by the Shandorians who were there as well.

Without warning, Luffy turned his body into lightning and shot into the sky to approach Robin. Nami and the crew on the ship stared at where Luffy disappeared with worried expressions.

"Where are you going Luffy?" Chopper asked as he jumped onto the fence of the ship.

"Surely something has happened" Sanji said as he lit a cigarette.

"That bright glint .. that's Enel," said Gan Fall, causing all the crew to feel even more worried.

** With Robin **

Robin was currently sitting on the ground with his back turned against the wall of ruins. His eyes could barely open, and his entire body was filled with bruises and electric burns.

Enel showed up a few minutes ago and chatted with him about the ruins they were in and told Robin about the gold that was once here before Enel moved it.

When Robin mentions the golden bell, it's pretty clear that Enel doesn't know where it is, and when Robin lies about not knowing what's written on the walls of the ruins, it's pretty obvious that Enel doesn't know where it is, Enel attacked him before saying that he did not like women who lied.

Robin was currently staring at the sky using her half-opened eyes while looking at the bright light forming in the sky, preparing to descend to grab her.

Thinking that Enel was coming to take his life, Robin closed his eyes and accepted his fate. He waited a few seconds for death to arrive, but it never came.

Instead of the pain, Robin felt something soft touch her cheek causing her to slowly open her eyes. When Robin opened it, he saw a blurry figure dressed in black and wearing a straw hat kneeling beside him.

"Hey, pretty," Robin heard Luffy's voice calling out to her, causing her to immediately open her eyes a little wider to see Luffy kneeling beside her with a warm smile on his face and one hand rubbing his cheek.

"K-captain," Robin whispered weakly.

"Shhh," said Luffy as he placed his index finger on his lips. "Save your strength" he said gently before he examined the wounds all over Robin's body. "Don't worry, Robin," said Luffy, staring at him.

"Nobody's gonna hurt you anymore! I promise!" he added firmly, which caused tears to start flowing in Robin's eyes.

Luffy then carefully picked up Robin in bridal style and hugged her tightly before turning into lightning and teleporting back to the ship.

"Thank you," Robin whispered just before Luffy was teleporting. Moments later Luffy and Robin arrive on the main deck of the ship, surprising everyone who is there.

"CHOPPERS!" Luffy shouted to call his doctor, causing the little deer to run straight towards the main deck.

"Roby!" Chopper cried when he saw Luffy holding Robin. He quickly ran down the stairs with his little doctor bag on his back.

The rest of the crew followed behind Chopper, rushing to the side of their friend who was badly burned.

Luffy laid Robin on the main deck to take care of Chopper before walking to the side of the ship and taking his captain's coat.

"What happened to her?" Chopper asked as he examined Robin's wounds. "He was covered in electrical burns" he added.

"It looks like he met with ‘God’," Luffy said in a low tone as he swung his captain's coat, so that the coat hung on his shoulders, then Luffy turned around and looked at his crew with an angry expression depicted on his face. "This man who claims to be the 'LORD' has the courage to injure my crew members," Luffy said in a cold tone and lightning sparks began to enter and exit all over his body, then the previously milky-white sky was now darkened as a result of being covered in lightning clouds.

The cloud of lightning completely blocked the sunlight, making night appear during the day.

Lightning strikes lit up in the sky periodically and struck around the Upper Yard Forest, where, each lightning strike was followed by a deafening sound that shook the entire island and was even heard by those below, in the Blue Sea.

'I've never seen Luffy this angry, ' thoughts like this appear on all the crew who saw Luffy.

"Then, the slaughter he wanted," Luffy said in an emotionless cold tone as he clenched his fists, causing black electric sparks to surround his body.
