** Marine H.Q **
Currently inside the Marine Fleet Admiral's office is Fleet Admiral itself along with all three Admiral's, Vice Admiral Tsuru, and Vice Admiral Garp. The six of them sitting inside the office were discussing the now-empty position of the Shichibukai. They had originally intended to offer Luffy the position, but seeing that he made an alliance with one of the Yonkou, the offer was not delivered.
"It's all your granddaughter's fault, Garp!" Sengoku said as he slammed his fist into the table. "We can easily cover all this up, but instead agree and do interviews with the media!" The Fleet Admiral shouted with a frustrated voice in his voice.
"Buhaha!" Garp laughed at his seat. "That's my grandson!" he added while laughing.
"He's exactly like his grandfather" said Tsuru, who sat next to Garp, folding his arms. "Always create problems" Tsuru added. Sengoku was about to add something to what he said, but before he could open his mouth to speak, a marine officer ran in through the door while shouting loudly.
"Admiral Fleet! Admiral Fleet!" the marine shouted as he broke through the door. "It's bad!" he added with a frightened look on his face.
"What's up!?" Sengoku asked with a worried expression on his face. "Are we under attack?" She asked.
"No, we just received word from the surveillance ship monitoring the Buster Call!" the Marine officer said, making everyone in the room serious, waiting for what he wanted to say. "All gone, the Thunder Demon and his crew destroyed all the warships!" the Marine said, causing everyone's eyes to widen while Garp smiled slightly.
"What!?" Akainu shouted while standing up. "Don't be silly! Buster Call is the absolute embodiment of Absolute Justice, they cannot be destroyed by a lowly pirate!" Akainu stated with an angry expression on her face.
"The information is accurate, sir," the officer replied with a frightened look on his face. "All that remains of the Buster Call is a collection of wreckage from the wreckage" he added.
"How many survived?" Sengoku asked while narrowing his eyes. The Marine officer looked at Sengoku and gulped before replying.
"Nothing, sir," he replied in a grim tone, causing the smile Garp had to disappear.
"What?" Tsuru asked with widened eyes.
"I think the Redhead was right when he called her equal" said Aokiji breaking the silence.
"I'm starting to believe that the Bounty we gave him wasn't exactly what it was supposed to be" Kizaru said as he held up Luffy's new wanted poster.
"That's exactly where he's supposed to be" Sengoku replied, drawing all their attention. "If Mugiwara really was somehow on par with Red Hair then she should have the same Bounty as one of the Yonkou. However, he won't get it this time," Sengoku said puzzling everyone in the room.
"I don't understand," Aokiji said as he tilted his head to the side. "You just said that his Bounty should be on par with the Yonkou, but we still gave him a much smaller Bounty" Aokiji said with a puzzled look on his face.
"The last thing we need is a pirate with a Bounty of over a billion berries roaming around Paradise. If this happens, this may cause weaker pirates to vie to meet him to join his crew," Sengoku replies, making them all understand why Sengoku let Luffy have the smallest Bounty now. "If the report I got is true then The Angel of Death has joined him. The last thing we need is to let him form his own fleet" Sengoku said as he sat in his chair and sighed.
"I thought that after being raised by the Redhead the boy would be more like him," Tsuru said as she leaned against the sofa. "But I was wrong, the boy was not the same as him, he dared to seek conflict and kill without hesitation," Tsuru added.
"Although both of them like to cause trouble, he is also unlike his grandfather," Aokiji said as he looked at Garp, who had a flat face.
"Despite all that, we have bigger problems to deal with," Sengoku said as he rubbed his temple. "We still have to find a replacement for Crocodile. The balance of world power is no longer balanced, we need to fix it immediately before bigger problems arise" he said.
"The alliance between Red Hair and Straw Hats also upsets the balance of the three world powers" Kizaru said, causing Fleet Admiral to sigh in exhaustion.
"Have the Shichibukai arrived?" Sengoku asked as he looked towards the Marine officer who was carrying the terrible news.
"Yes sir!" answer the marine.
"Alright, let's take care of it first, after that handle the others," Sengoku said as he got up and started walking out of the room with everyone following behind him.
