Chapter 4's

Luffy who is currently relaxing in the air seat of the world below him, the clouds fly as fast as 100 KMH and are at an altitude of 6 KM from sea level. at the first moment he had trouble breathing for how many minutes.

But not long after Luffy got used to the thin oxygen at height.on his journey Luffy saw a variety of small Sky Island with occupants on it, Luffy, some people waved to Luffy and he returned a wave of their hands, while some looked alert when they saw him, so they ran into the house and hid.

Luffy did not care much and he continued on his way to East Blue. This trip will take 1 day or it can be less than a day if he wants his clouds to go faster. For now, Luffy will enjoy the ride casually.

"So, this is Mary Geoise's Holy Lands" Luffy said as he stopped his clouds and floated just above the center of the World Government, where no one could see him.

Luffy has been traveling for about 6 hours now and has finally reached the Red Line.As he can fly using his Awa, Luffy does not need to go past fishman Island, but he does have to go through the Red Line, he just needs to fly past the Red Line.

Luffy didn't linger admiring the city, even though he hated all the jerks that were in Mary Geoise, he couldn't help but dodge that the city had a very beautiful design.

"Well I'm not here to enjoy the scenery, I need to go somewhere" Luffy said, narrowing his eyes and ordering his crew to fly faster than ever, Luffy now entered Paradise (Grand Line) at 180 KMH he removed his straw hat because he did not want the hat to fly in the wind, Luffy estimates he will reach the East Blue in 3 hours.

Time skip: 3 hours later.

Luffy finally reached the East Blue after leaving it for 10 years. he quickly slowed down the current rate of his clouds to 50 KMH he also lowered the height of his clouds until he could quite clearly see the Mainland below him.

"It's great to be back home.I'll first meet makino Neechan, then continue my journey to find the crew" Luffy said as he continued on to Dawn Island.

After flying for approximately 1 hour Luffy finally arrived at the island that was very familiar with him, he then directed initially towards the Dock Before descending.

When Luffy came down from his clouds he spun facing the clouds and then the clouds started to float up, the cloud was flying higher and higher until it finally disappeared to join the clouds above the sky.

Luffy then turned his body and looked at the crowd of people gathered around him.then Luffy saw a man whose face little Luffy remembered.

He is major Woop Slap, he has a split chin, uses oval glasses, has a mustache and beard, and uses a cane in his hand. Luffy smiled at the man and started walking towards the crowd.

"Who are you? Are you a pirate?" the Major asked, pointing his wand at Luffy. Luffy let out a tingled expression on his face before he replied.

"Yes I'm a pirate," Luffy replied without hiding his gel expression, "However, you don't have to worry about the major I don't want to make a fuss, I'm here just to see my sister." luffy's words left everyone confused, thinking about who his older sister was.

before they could ask Luffy any questions, Luffy started walking towards Makino's bar, despite knowing the crowd was following him, he walked inside and sat in the chair he was sitting in 10 years ago when Shanks was there.

"Good day sir is there anything I can help you with?" ask makino. Luffy simply gave her his typical wide smile before replying.

"Yup, I want a big meat and a glass of sake, makino-Neechan" Luffy replied with a smile. when he said like that Luffy heard a surprised voice from behind him and from the makino who was now covering his mouth using his hands and tears coming out of his eyes, then makino immediately threw himself towards the young man while shouting with all his might.

"LLUUUUFFY!" Makino screamed while hugging Luffy until he fell from his seat, Makino continued to hug him and cried on Luffy's chest.

"Luffy you're back as you promised. I missed you so much!" said Makino who was still crying. Makino finally let go of her embrace and helped Luffy to stand up, then makino went to the back and brought a large piece of meat and 1 bottle of Sake.

Then he sat down beside Luffy and asked, "Tell me How was your trip with Shanks, where did you go? what the hell are you looking at? tell me everything!" makino said in a voice full of excitement.

Luffy only chuckled at his neech behavior, when Luffy wanted to tell his story, the people behind him who had followed him to the bar shouted.

"Luffy's back!" they shouted, they quickly pulled out food and beer out of nowhere and began to sit down to listen to Luffy's story.

Luffy just laughed and started telling me about his journey. Luffy stayed in the village of Foosha for 3 days, before He decided to continue his journey.

This time, Luffy was standing on the same pier when he came, and all the villagers were at the pier to give their farewell greetings. Luffy was currently looking towards the sky to summon the clouds that were used to store his belongings.

Not how long everyone saw a large enough dark cloud begin to descend towards them. The cloud then came down and stayed on the dock like a ship was anchored, Luffy climbed on it, then he turned towards the villagers and said.

"Goodbye everyone, I'll be back when I'm already the pirate king" said Luffy, waving his hands and giving a wide smile, as the clouds began to drift away from the pier.

"be careful Luffy! I'll check the paper every day to see what you've done." Makino yelled at Luffy who started to move away. Luffy replied to Makino by giving his thumbs up.

Luffy ordered his crew to fly 2 meters from sea level and go at a relatively slow speed, which is 15 KMH. While sailing a Sea King emerges from the sea and attempts to attack Luffy.

But Luffy simply gave Conqueror haki waves to the sea king, and continued on his way. Luffy now reappeared his seat, his cheery-looking face now turning serious.

The Luffy that people had seen was filled with smiles and cheerful looks now disappeared, now he was the captain of Luffy. Luffy then spoke in a tone that would make everyone who heard him goosebumps.

"Time to turn the world upside down." whispered Luffy among the warm gusts of wind.
