CHAPTER 81 - The Night of the Accident
The next day…
In the kitchen, Lucia was preparing lunch for Rayn. He daydreamed about the question Rayn asked him yesterday.
"If only, if I couldn't heal or maybe it was worse that you couldn't touch me, would you stay with me?"
The question continued to annoy and deeply annoy him. Lucia can convince herself that no matter what happens, she will always be there for Rayn. However, it was Lucia who feared that Rayn would become weak and wanted to give up on her or her treatment.

The doorbell rang and blew away her daydream. Hearing that, Lucia stopped her activities and checked who had come. He saw someone Rayn had been waiting for standing at the door. Lucia sighed then she opened the door and greeted him.
“Dr. Leona” said Lucia let him in.
Dr's Arrival. Leona is to meet the agreed schedule of Rayn and Dr. Leona to do Hypnotherapy today.
Lucia wants to take Dr. Leona to meet Rayn on the 2nd floor. However, before that he wanted to ask something that was very disturbing to Dr. Leona.
“Dr. Leona” call Lucia.
“Can I ask you something?” ask Lucia doubtfully.
“Of course, whatever it is” replied Dr. Leona.
“Rayn told me if she met you yesterday, is there anything?” tanya Lusia lirih's. “Oh yes, this is not about me being jealous or so, I am just worried and want to know if there is anything with the treatment?” ask Lucia.
"Basic Rayn, did he do anything stupid to make you anxious?" ask Leona.
Dr. Leona sighed, and then told him. Lucia became increasingly fearful and anxious to hear what Dr. Leona.
Dr. Leona smiled then approached and patted Lucia on the shoulder. “Do not worry, everything will be fine” he told Lucia.
Lucia replied with a small smile, then let Dr. Leona to follow him up to the 2nd floor. Lucia asked Dr. Leona to wait in the reading room prepared for hypnotherapy. He then went to call Rayn who was still busy in the painting room.
Lucia knocked on the door first and then pressed the password to enter. He always did it to signal Rayn that he was coming in.
“Rayn, Dr.Leona is waiting for you in the reading room” said Lucia approached Rayn who was sitting in front of the easel board finishing her painting.
Rayn stopped his activity, he placed a wooden pallet board filled with various combinations of paint colors and rigger brushes from his hands to a small table right next to him sitting. He took off the apron on his body and turned his body on the chair facing Lucia who was now standing right in front of him.
Rayn grabs Lucia's hand to make Lucia's body closer to her. He then placed both hands on Lucia's hips. He looked up at Lucia who looked more anxious than him.
“If it's hard for you, I can do it myself. You can wait here listening to music with earphones. Ignore everything you hear out there. Or I'll have Arka take you to Dervilia and you can wait for me to rest there” Rayn said.
Rayn did not want to make Lucia sad when accompanying her to do hypnotherapy like it had happened before. Lucia let go of Rayn's embrace and looked at her. I thought about what Dr. Leona to him.
"He asked me what would happen if the reality was more painful than all the bad possibilities he could have received. Then there will only be 2 possibilities that occur, exacerbate his phobias or find the key to his recovery"
Lucia then smiled, she grabbed Rayn's hand. “What are you talking about? Dr. Leona is waiting in the reading room, I will accompany you” he said. He took Rayn out with his hand.

In the reading room, Rayn has been lying half-sitting in a position as comfortable as possible. He is ready to receive instructions and suggestions from Dr. Leona. A suggestion that is the core of the hypnotherapy process. Just like before Dr. Leona gave directions to regulate breathing in the music. Rayn began to relax and focus on the suggestions given by Dr. Leona.
Dr. Leona begins to gain wider access to Rayn's childhood memories with affect bright techniques. Rayn begins to get the therapist's guidance from her conscious mind to her subconscious mind. Lucia sat right next to Rayn, holding Rayn's hand. Rayn is now entering a deeper state of hypnosis.

Rayn returned to the night she went to a festival with her mother. He was in a vehicle driven by his mother.
“Next year we can go together with Mickey” Rayn's mother told Rayn sitting next to her.
"And I hope that next year Mickey's mother can be with us" Rayn said.
Rayn's mother smiled, she was very happy to hear the word that was like a prayer expecting the healing of Mickey's mother.
"Mom, can you make chicken soup for me after you get home?" ask Rayn.
"Chicken soup?" What if I asked my aunt to make it now? When returning home later can be immediately enjoyed" said his mother.
"I just want to be made by my mom because I've missed my mom's chicken soup so much. Mickey likes him a lot too." cut Rayn to his mother's advice.
"Rayn, I'm not happy to do it, but you should be able to accept everyone's cooking. What if I can't cook it for you anymore? Ahh.... If you're older later what if mom taught you to make it? So the mother will always miss your chicken soup" said the mother.
"Alright, my chicken soup will be better than mother-made" Rayn said.
The two's warm conversation comes to a halt when Ryan's phone rings with an incoming call from Mickey.

"Mickey called me" said Rayn.
"Did you take the call?" ask Dr. Leona.
"I answered it" jawb Rayn.
“What did Mickey say to you in that call?” ask Dr. Leona.
“He asked me back” replied Rayn.
"Why? What's the reason he asked you to come back?" ask Dr. Leona.

“Oh, Mickey, we're almost there, I'll call you soon” Rayn said in a call.
“Can you come back Rayn?" ask Mickey.
“Back?” ask Rayn. “Patience, my mother and I are almost there" Rayn said as she stared at the streets.
“I beg you to come back, you are in danger” Mickey said.
Doooaaarrrrrr…..
Rayn saw the sparkling fireworks in the air beautifully in the sky followed by the sound of his glitter. Still in a call with Mickey, Rayn rushes to open the windshield and enjoys the beautiful colorful light that adorns the sky.
“Miceky what did you say earlier?” ask Rayn.
“Rayn do you hear me?” ask Mickey.
“Mickey wait, fireworks are released in the sky. Wait a minute, I'll replace it with a video call, I'm afraid if it waits there then the fireworks are done” cut Rayn he turned it into a Video call with Mickey.
“Rayn, listen to me Rayn, I don't care about fireworks” Mickey said.
"Wahhh...” said Rayn was amazed, he did not listen to what Mickey was saying.
Rayn, who was dissatisfied with her position, made her open the windshield and open the seat belt. He sat on his knees facing the glass, recording the moment for Mickey to witness.
“Rayn, that's dangerous baby, get down and put your seatbelt back” orders the mother who is still driving her vehicle.
“Mickey look...” said Rayn by sticking her hands out with both elbows resting on the glass that now had her arms open and ignoring her mother's warning.
“Rayn... “ call the mother with one hand grabbed Rayn's body and pulled her back to sit.
Rayn sat down, but he was still busy recording for Mickey. Rayn's mother asked him to wear a seatbelt, but Rayn only used it without locking. His mother tried to grab Rayn's seatbelt to lock it.

Along with the belt that had been securely fastened, Rayn looked back to the front and shouted her mother's name.
“Mother car.....!!!”
Rayn shouted to her mother when the car they were riding was getting with a row of cars that stopped in front of her because of the red light. Rayn's mother immediately refocused herself forward and slammed the steering wheel avoiding the car in front of her. Although he managed to dodge, Rayn's mother was unable to control the speed of his vehicle so that it broke through the red light. Simultaneously from the other direction a vehicle came with a high recklessness of hitting their car.
“Rayn....!!!” Shouted Rayn's mother calling out her son's name.
Not only that, after being hit by a car, Rayn's mother's car was dragged to hit another vehicle and finally overturned. The accident was witnessed only by a few vehicles stopping at a red light and a handful of pedestrians. Everyone was gathered at the festival center.
The incident made all the eyes there became dumbfounded, they were shouting hysterically not believing what was happening before their eyes.
“Mother.... “ call Rayn who is still conscious with a voice that is so soft.
“Mother..., mother...., Mother.." keep calling Rayn, she tries to make the strongest possible voice call her mother by crying.
"Mother open your eyes, I beg you to open your eyes ma'am." she called out crying for her mother.
Rayn tried to stretch out her hand with the rest of the energy she had. All became quiet, he only heard his voice calling his mother and only saw the mother he loved unconsciously with blood.

Lucia became panicked to see Rayn who started to sweat coldly, her face looking pale. He looked at Dr. Leona thinks she's gonna stop him.
“Arggghhh…. Mom, I'm sorry I” said Rayn still with her eyes closed.
Lucia clasped Rayn's hand. “Can we stop it?” asked Lucia with eyes that started to glaze over.
“Maybe we will find the key after this” said Dr. Leona.
“But you can also make it worse, whatever I beg you to stop." Lucia pleaded, she could not bear to see Rayn who looked so tormented under her consciousness.
"Lussia, I'm not sure she'll do it after..” said Dr. Leona, not until she finished her speech had already been cut off by Lucia's shout.
“Stop saying” Lusia command.
With a trembling body and tears beginning to wet her cheeks, Lucia asked Dr. Leona to bring Rayn back.
Dr. Leona who had no other choice agreed to stop him. Dr. Leona was about to perform the termination, a stage of waking Rayn up after being given a suggestion.
“Continue..!”
There was the voice of a man who was suddenly in the reading room, he ordered Dr. Leona to continue hypnotherapy.
