CHAPTER 106 - Making You my Destiny

The sun has shone, casting out the darkness with its rays. The glow of the morning sun began to greet, breaking through the sidelines of the clouds to penetrate the glass window. The solar light had reflected its warmth touching the soft skin of Lucia.

Slowly Lusia began to open her eyes, her hands creeping across the bed next to her in search of a man who had accompanied her last night. Lucia's brows furrowed, her eyes suddenly opened wide noticing something was wrong.

"Rayn....?"

Lucia suddenly woke up from the bed calling Rayn's name with a panicked look on her face. He was still unsure and worried if he had just woken up from such a beautiful long dream. Lucia came down from the running basket to open the door to go outside.

Along with her who was about to hold the doorknob, the door opened. A man was standing and opening the door. Yes he was Rayn, the man he was looking for with great anxiety.

Rayn who was now standing in the doorway also confirmed the worried look on her face when she saw Lucia who was looking at her uneasily.

"What's the matter Lucia?" rayn asked frantically clutching onto Lucia's face.

Without answering Rayn's question, Lucia hugged Rayn's body tightly. "I was scared when I didn't see you by my side. I thought you really left me again" Lucia said.

Rayn instantly fell silent, she heaved a sigh of relief. He thought something bad happened to his girlfriend. Slowly Rayn reciprocated Lucia's embrace by hugging her.

"Aackh"

Lucia's fists endured the pain as Rayn's embrace unintentionally pressed down on her wound. Rayn immediately let go of his embrace and brought Lucia to sit at his bedside.

"Can I see it?" ask Rayn.

Lucia fell silent, she twisted her body as if letting Rayn see the wound. Slowly Rayn flicked her clothes to see the stitches in Lucia's body. Rayn opened the bandage that looked slightly wet. With a doubt Rayn reached out her hand, her fingers slowly touching the wound with extra care.

Rayn immediately felt her heart as if it was sliced, sadness enveloped her face with teary eyes. "I'm sorry" he said softly and hugged Lucia's body from behind with great caution.

"Why are you apologizing? Look, I'm fine and can still be with you right now" Lucia looked at the glass in front of her.

Still hugging Lucia's body, Rayn also looked at her lover's face on the glass.

She was smiling, beautiful and washed away under the glint of the morning sunlight. The desire to kiss her was so strong that Rayn almost broke her rules and promises.

Ray was silent for a moment, as if back immersed in the beautiful charm of Lucia. He slowly leaned his chin and drowned his face on Lucia's shoulder.

Both of them looked so friendly behind the sunlight that pierced through the window panes on one side of the room, the room felt warm, bright, and very comfortable. A light that welcomes and complements the beauty of two people who are now back together.

A knock on the door suddenly sounded even though the door was open. "Sorry Mr. Rayn, the nurse from the hospital has arrived" Arka said with his body turned back to the two.

Arka did not dare to look at her Master who was looking friendly hugging and comfortable leaning on Lucia's back. But he did not want to delay and let the nurse wait because of Lusia's health is the most important at this time. With a heavy heart Rayn let go of her embrace, she walked away leaving Lucia's room.

"I'm sorry Sir" said Arka lowered her head.

"You are indeed not an expert in understanding the situation, fortunately you have a reason that I can accept. But, I think you also need to go on a date to better understand how I feel" Rayn told Arka as she walked out of Lucia's room.

Arka can only look down following Rayn out. He then called and let the nurse in to examine and treat Lucia's wounds.

Rayn re-entered after Lusia finished receiving treatment, she asked the nurse about the progress of Lucia's recovery. Rayn asked in as much detail as possible even to the smallest part she had to pay attention to. Lusia gave a small smile looking at the man who currently looked so serious listening to the words of the nurse and behaving like her husband.

"Did you also hear what the nurse said?" rayn asked to disperse the daydreams of Lusia that had been out since when it started.

"Oh that" said Lucia glanced and already did not see the figure of the nurse in her room. He didn't even know when the nurse was leaving.

"Can you clean yourself? Do you want me to help you?" ask Rayn.

Lucia suddenly clenched her body, she stood walking away to go to the bathroom. "What do you think, of course I can do it myself. My hands are still fine, you don't have to worry" Lucia said.

"If Lucia doesn't want to, why don't you just help me clean up?" mickey's comfortable-looking voice rests on the Sofa.

"Mickey? since when were you there?" lucy asked in surprise at Mickey's whereabouts.

Mickey opened the refrigerator door and exclaimed. "I forgot you had nothing but this fucking drink" he said looking at Rayn's fridge.

Mickey sighed and picked up a bottle of alcohol and closed the refrigerator door. "Yes, maybe now I need it a little" he continued by sipping the water directly from the bottle. He then walked back to the sitting room.

Lucia looked at Rayn sharply. It's hard to believe that Rayn is a reckless man who always runs off on drinks when he's down. With quick footsteps Lucia walked into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator door.

"Arka, get me in the box or whatever it is to get rid of all this!" lusia's orders loudly while staring at the row of drinks inside the refrigerator.

Lucia's screams startled Mickey who was about to gulp back the drink in his hand. Lucia approached Mickey and looked at him sharply. Mickey smiled slightly then slowly handed the drink in his hand to Lucia to get rid of.

Mickey was speechless with a fearful mimic towards Lucia who was still staring intently at him. Like a kind of female ready to pounce, Lucia did not let go of her gaze and made the man code Rayn for help.

"You've taken my drink, is there anything else?" ask Mickey. "Ah. I know, Ok I admitted wrong for letting him keep those drinks. But every time I come, I always throw it away but the next day the fridge is filled up again" Mickey said with an awkward smile shrouded in fear of being pounced on by Lucia.

Mickey immediately pulls Arka's hand and asks her to stand by her side. "I can make Arka a witness. Oath" continued Mickey by giving the symbol both fingers raised to show his vow.

"Have you forgotten your biggest mistake?" ask Lucia.

Mickey's biggest mistake was the fact that he had fooled Lucia by saying that Rayn had returned to Canada. Lucia forgets at once, if Mickey is Rayn's, after all, which means he'll always be on Rayn's side.

"That's." said Mickey restrained.

"All right, I forgive you. Seeing you come back from Canada and looking after him has been very grateful to me" said Lucia.

"I'm sorry Lucia. But I'm glad you're back and you're together again" Mickey said, sighing. "Now I can sleep and not have to worry if that man will do anything stupid."

Mickey always keep Rayn at Villa after completing his work. He even often wakes up at night because he worries that Rayn will do something stupid or something. Not infrequently he had to fight with Rayn every time Ryan had too much to drink or every time he got rid of the drink.

"Why should you be relieved when you still have to look after her" Lucia said.

Rayn turned her head to look at Lucia with raised eyebrows in wonder. "What do you mean?" tanyakanya.

"Because after cleaning up I have to go back to Reisa's apartment. After all, didn't you ask me to return to live with Reisa right" Lucia replied further to go to the bathroom.

"Lussia.." call Rayn to hold onto Lucia's arm.

Lucia turned her head to look at the man who was grasping his arm firmly. Lucia sighed then slowly released Rayn's hand.

"Lusia.., I" said Rayn panicked, as she felt her heart pause and her breath clenched at the attitude of Lucia who let go of her hand.

After forcibly removing Rayn's hand, Lucia slowly approached and hugged Rayn's body. "Are you afraid I'll leave you? Didn't I tell you that I would never leave you Rayn" Lucia said as she hugged him.

Lucia let go of her embrace. "I just went back to see Reisa, I'm sure she'll be very worried."

Hearing that made Rayn sigh in relief. Lucia smiled and clasped Rayn's face. "Auhhh are you that scared? Very adorable" he said.

"You intentionally insulted me?" I asked Rayn.

Lucia only replied with a small laugh. Arka and Mickey also smile at the behavior of the two. Rayn's frustration instantly changed after seeing Lucia's beautiful smile. A happy smile that he had not seen for a long time.

"Maybe you still don't fully know how precious and special you are in my life. I think I have had so many worries that it forces me to want you more.Don't hate me and never leave me, even though one day we'll get back to the point where we can't see our future, keep believing in me. It is my greed that makes you my destiny. The only person I want to protect until the end."
