CHAPTER 180 - Baby Shoes

Rain had rained on the city, Rayn decided to go straight back to her residence, she brought Lusia to stop at one of her private apartments not far from the Foundation. Everywhere they go, Lucia reports to Mickey.

When I arrived at the apartment, Lucia went straight to the bathroom to clean herself. Lusia's phone kept ringing, video calls came in from Reisa. Rayn grabbed Lucia's phone and answered the call. Reisa was very surprised to see Rayn who was in a call.

"Lussia is in the shower, if you have something to say to her you can tell me or I'll ask her to call you" Rayn said.

Reisa sends a message to Lucia if she and David are currently in Mexico. In the next two days, they will visit Lucia in Canada after David's business dealings are over. Reisa wanted to surprise her but she was even more impatient to tell Lucia.

Reisa ended the call, just a few minutes after which Lucia was out of the bathroom. Rayn stared fixedly at Lucia who was standing wearing a juba towel that exposed a little part of her chest as well as the wet hair that had decomposed.

Lusia quickly tightened her towel robe. "Don't think about it, I'm so tired" he said.

Rayn laughed a little at it. "Come here" said Rayn asking Lucia to come to the sofa where she is sitting now.

Lucia approached Rayn and sat down. Rayn grabs a small towel and hair dryer from Lucia's hand and asks Lusia to lie down and rest her head on Rayn's lap.

"What are you gonna do?" ask Lucia.

Rayn grabs Lucia's hair and breaks it. "Don't you say you're so tired, I'll help you dry your hair" Rayn said.

"I can do it myself it will be faster and not bother you" said Lucia.

Without many more words, Rayn began to dry the still dripping water with a towel. Rayn carefully rubbed gently on Lucia's hair and held back with a towel to absorb the dripping water.

"Rayn, this will get you wet" Lucia said.

Rayn broke down a smile. "If you want I can do it every day for you. Not only does it dry your hair, but all the romantic activities you want, I'll do it for you" Rayn said.

Lucia was silent, she stared fixedly at Rayn's face which was right above her face. With a glare of sparkling eyes Lucia clenched both of Rayn's cheeks, pulling her down and dipping her short.

Rayn fell silent, rounding her eyes with her hand still holding the towel. "Is there anything in there that's been making you more aggressive lately?" rayn asked as he looked at Lucia's stomach.

Lucia took off her hand. "I'm just being very happy, and wish we could go through the days feeling like this every day. The day I can always be with you, without any anxiety and anxiety about anything. Rayn, you know that I love you so much. Thank you for accepting myself in your life" Lucia said sincerely.

"I'm getting sleepy, I'm going to rest for a while" continued Lucia and closed her eyes.

Lucy falls asleep in Rayn's lap. "You cheat, how can you say love is alone. I love you too dear" said Rayn, then kissed Lucia, who had fallen asleep.

It was getting late, the rain had stopped. The shady weather outside with a breeze of cold wind provides a soothing peace of heart. Lucia awoke from her sleep, she found herself already in bed. Rayn had carried and moved Lucia to sleep soundly in a comfortable place.

Lucia got out of bed by calling her husband's name. Lucia walked into several rooms but did not find Rayn's figure. Lucia frantically rushes to pick up her phone on the nightstand and calls Rayn.

Rayn answered her call making Lusia feel relieved. "You're awake, I'm outside. Do you want to go enjoy the beauty of the city cycling with me?" ask Rayn.

"You, you go alone?" ask Lucia.

Rayn said she was alone, but there were guards everywhere watching her. Rayn doesn't care about them because she just wants to enjoy her time. "I'll come back to pick you up" said Rayn staring up at the apartment.

"No Rayn, I just need to change my clothes. I'll go see you" Lucia said, then turned off her phone.

Rayn waits for Lucia until she exits the apartment. Lucia walked over to find the location point Rayn had sent. Lucia sees Rayn busy with a bicycle on the side of the road.

Lucia walked over and called out Rayn's name. Although the sound of Lucia's call mingled with the roar of the vehicle, Rayn could clearly hear Lucia's cry calling out her name. Rayn waved at Lucia, one hand holding the bike to keep it standing.

Lusia unraveled the smile she immediately approached Rayn with a happy feeling. "Don't you say we'll ride together?" ask Lucia. Lucia was astonished when she saw that there was only one bicycle with one seat. "You didn't mean to ask me to sit in front, did you?" ask Lucia again.

Bicycles were exchanged, Rayn sat in front and asked Lucia to sit in the back. Rayn grabs both hands of Lucia to hold onto her. Both are cycling to enjoy the beauty of the city that has just been rained on. The still wet streets create the scent of pertichor mixed with cool air.

Both seemed to enjoy the moment so much that the weather began to warm again because of the afternoon sunlight that again appeared behind the clouds. The sky was bright again, Lucia saw Rayn who began to sweat.

"How do we rest for a while, look at you sweating. Are you pedaling with all your power? or because I'm too heavy?" lusia asked as she wiped her husband's sweat with her fingers.

Rayn and Lucia stopped and proceeded on foot around the store. Lucia saw a clothing store with three floors that stole her attention. "Is there anything you want to buy?" ask Rayn.

"Let's go in, either there's something I want to buy or I won't know after we look inside" said Lucia holding Lucia's hand.

Lucia and Rayn entered and asked the guards to wait outside. They do not want the presence of the bodyguards will make visitors uncomfortable. Lucia wants to enjoy the moment like a local couple. Cycling, enjoying snacks, walking hand in hand, and into every store you find.

Lucia sees some knick knacks then tries some hat buckets with Rayn. "I want to get it for you and me" said Lucia trying it out with Rayn. "Even though we are married, we are still like a young couple" Lucia continued.

Lots of interesting stuff in a store that size. All like all-round, all the needs for all ages are sold there. Lucia then saw the coat and tried it, a salesman offered a scarf that is very suitable combined with the coat that is being tried by Lucia.

"Why do you think Rayn?" tanya Lucia looked over.

"Rayn...?" call Lucia who doesn't see Rayn with her.

Lucia takes it all off and goes to find Rayn who she doesn't realize is well when Rayn is no longer with her. Although the store was not too crowded visitors but Lucia immediately panicked and worried. Lucia contacted one of the bodyguards asking if they saw Rayn coming out of the store, saying they kept watch but did not see her.

Lucia traced each row of clothing displays and began to browse each floor. Lucia went up to the second floor and asked the existing saleswoman if they saw the man with the traits she mentioned.

Lucia looked around while contacting Rayn. Rayn's tone of call rang not far from him. Lucia rushed to run towards the source of the voice. He sees Rayn's back, as Rayn answers Lucia's phone call.

"You worry me" Lucia said in a phone call as she walked towards Rayn with a hunting breath.

Rayn heard his wife's voice and turned to look at her. Rayn broke down a smile and showed the thing in her hand to Lucia. "Isn't this so adorable" he said still on call.

Lucia stopped her steps, she turned off her call and walked over to Rayn. A pair of pre-walker knit baby girl shoes in white base with pink flower accessories. Adorable shoes with such a small size made Rayn feel so moved.

Rayn felt she could not imagine what she would do if they had a baby. Seeing the size of the legs with fingers so tiny makes him worried. "Looking at these tiny shoes, I was suddenly afraid that I would hurt them when I hugged our baby" Rayn said.

"Our baby? You want a baby girl?" ask Lucia.

In the middle of their conversation, how many visitors began to come. Lucia immediately took Rayn's hand to invite her to leave the place. He was worried that it would be difficult to deal with the situation because the store was getting crowded. Rayn immediately put the baby shoes back in place and they went to the cashier to pay for some items that had been selected.

Both of them again enjoy a moment of togetherness by walking around. "What do you want to do if we have a baby, other than call you dad?" ask Lucia.

Baby girl or Baby Boy, I had a hand to raise her my way. But I will not impose my will. I'll teach him cycling and we can go cycling together like now. I want to have her birthday party for her.
