CHAPTER 123 - Wedding Day

Wedding Day's....

Lucia is now in the room with professional makeup artists who used to decorate high-end models. Perias face began to decorate with various types of powder and palette containing various colors of makeup in his hands. Lucia looked at the back of the mother who walked out of the room. He sat down to prepare himself and bide his time. Lusia let out a long sigh to ease her nervousness then smiled.

The marriage of Rayn and Lucia will indeed be a different marriage from the marriage of other couples. His second marriage will only be attended by his mother and younger brother as witnesses of the bride, while Mickey and Dr. Leona will be the witness representing Rayn's family.

Although the wedding was not as grand as the wedding in general and could not be attended by many people, but Lucia did not complain anything to Rayn. Reisa and David have just arrived in Canada, he went straight to the venue when he arrived at the airport. Reisa had planned to be in Canada one day before Lucia and Rayn's wedding day. But there was a little problem with the Visa Reisa, because it came too late.

Reisa has a panic attack, because she thinks she is late and misses the happy moment of her best friend. Even on the way from the airport he constantly complained to David and asked the driver to drive quickly.

"Reisa, you're not too late. The show has not started, sit down, we are waiting for the bride to come in" said Ms. Lucia grabbed Reisa's hand and asked her to sit right next to him, David also sat beside Reisa.

Lucia now stood looking at the door of the Church in front of her. In front of Lucia, also stood a pair of adorable boys and grazers with a bouquet of flowers in their hands. The two became bridesmaids who were ready to take Lucia to the altar after the door in front of them was opened. Lucia became increasingly nervous, but suddenly a man's voice sounded.

"I'm glad it's not too late" said a man standing next to Lusia.

Lucia immediately turned her head and she was surprised to see who was currently beside her. "Mr Charles" called him.

Mr. Charles wordlessly bent his elbow and gestured for Lucia to embrace his hand. "I know, this should be your father's job. But, I will not let my future daughter-in-law enter alone" he said with a focused gaze towards the door without looking at Lucia.

"Lord Charles.." said Lusia lirih who could still only call his name.

"Shouldn't I have been able to be called - Father? Just as Rayn called me" said Mr. Charles smiling. This time he turned his head to look at Lucia by unraveling the warm smile of a father.

Lucia smiled and held Rayn's father's hand because Rayn's father's presence meant she had approved of them. Honestly, Lucia still did not understand what made Rayn's father approve of her. However, as Lucia feels right now, she believes Rayn's father is not what Rayn thought he was.

The staff were ready to open the door for Lucia. The door opened, the bridesmaid and the bride entered.

Lucia began to walk slowly towards the altar of Church in the song Ave Maria with Rayn's father. Lucy looks beautiful with a white dress, on her head there is a flower crown and holds a bouquet of flowers that have become part of a wedding. Lucia smiled at Rayn who had been there, Ryan looked at her with a sweet smile.

Rayn welcomed Lucia who was now standing right in front of her. Lord Charles released Lucia's arm and handed her over to Rayn. Rayn grabbed onto Lucia's hand and they looked at each other and continued their steps. Until the front of the altar, they stared ahead and stopped.

Rayn and Lucia then faced each other, listening to the instructions of someone who bibi both tie the promise.

Rayn grabs Lucia's hand, slowly she begins to pair the ring in Lucia's sweet finger and pronounce her Sacred Promise.

“I, Rayn Dean Anderson, hereby accept you Lusia Alkeysha as my life companion. I promise to be faithful with you until death do us part. Will not be swayed by temptation. One hundred years, even a thousand years, like a rock I will love, please and cherish you. With this I promise.”

Lucia was moved to hear the sacred promise Rayn had made. Now, as she puts the ring on Rayn's ring finger, she makes a sacred promise in front of the witnesses present and also in front of her beloved mother.

“I..” Lucia paused for a moment then resumed her sacred promise.

“I, Lucia Alkeysha, am willing to be your life partner, Rayn Dean Anderson. I promise to remain faithful with you until death do us part. Even if time passes a hundred or a thousand years... Like the sun and the wind blowing, I will always faithfully accompany you by your side. Love you, make you happy and respect you. With this I promise.”

Rayn smiled happily to hear it, she looked at Lucia's face with her shade as they were officially declared as a husband and wife. Rayn was clutching onto the hand of Lucia who was still in her grasp. Slowly he brought his face closer and gently kissed the lips of the ranum Lucia. Small grains of sparkling sparkling light colored their happiness.

The witnesses stood up and clapped their hands, and they were all happy. Lucy's mother unraveled a happy smile accompanied by dripping tears. Those tears are her tears of happiness. Finally he could slightly make up for the original taste because it had always been a burden for Lucia.

"Had your father been here, he would have been so happy to hold his daughter up and take her to the altar. Honey, I'm sorry I couldn't bring you here and see our daughter's happy moment. You know, our daughter is so beautiful today, she even smiles happily" she said in her heart looking at Lucia who was smiling happily in front of Rayn.

Now, Rayn and Lucia have officially become husband and wife couples both in the eyes of religion and in the eyes of the law. Rayn mesih looked closely at the face of his wife who was now really the owner of his heart and also became his whole. A sweet smile unraveled Rayn's lips when she saw Lusia also looking at her and smiling back at her.

Rayn approached about to hug Lucia, but Reisa's cry stopped her steps. "You've got the kiss, this time it's our turn to give a hug to say congratulations" said Reisa then spread her arms to hug Luisa.

Rayn swallowed her saliva holding her hand which was also ready to hug Lucia. Slowly he lowered his two hands and stepped away. He gives Reisa a chance to get her right as Lucia's best friend.

"Uncle.." cried Lucas calling Rayn from ignorance.

Lucas stretched his hand towards Rayn. "Lucas will give uncle a long-distance hug" he smiled at Rayn.

Rayn replied with a smile and spread out her arms in a long-distance hug from Lucas. In Rayn's heart, she desperately wants to really give her a hug, but she can't hold it because of the phobia she's suffering from.

Rayn then looked at the father who was left there, Rayn's father smiled and nodded as Rayn looked at him. Rayn wanted to hug him, but whatever the force, she couldn't do it either.

Lucia walked over to Rayn who looked alone. He then took Rayn's hand. "Let's take a picture with them" said Lucia.

"Don't worry, I won't let go of your hand" Lucia said with a smile as she watched Rayn fall silent.

Rayn and Lusia stood side by side where Lucia tightly grasped Rayn's hand. Behind the two of them, stood Lucia's mother and Rayn's father as well as the others with a distance of one meter from them. The photographer will try to take the best picture possible so that there is no visible distance between them.

Rayn tries to hold back her phobia and smiles at the camera, as does Lucia. Everyone smiled happily and their wedding photos were created.
