CHAPTER 105 - Not a Dream

Every relationship is unique and difficult to guess. Even in an instant everything can end for reasons so simple or big that it can no longer be maintained.

Of the many reasons that can occur in a separation, Lucia cannot accept if Rayn, the man who is now standing before her, uses her weakness as an excuse to break the relationship between them.

"I.." continued Lucia but was restrained by her intermittent breathing.

"Lussia.." call Rayn with an anxious face.

Rayn welcomed Lusia's hand and turned around to hold it. One hand Rayn grabbed onto Lucia's face and clasped her, she could feel Lucia's face being so hot from having such a high temperature.

"Lusia, are you okay?" rayn asked again with an increasingly worried look.

Not yet to answer the question, Lucia's body immediately fell limp. Rayn immediately grabbed and held onto Lucia's body. Lucia was no longer able to survive and fell in Rayn's arms.

"Cats....!!!" rayn shouted frantically calling Arka.

Arka who had been on guard not far from the two immediately ran over to Rayn and Lucia.

"Quick call Dr.Brian !" he orders Arka to call Rayn's personal doctor.

Rayn immediately carried Lucia's body and took her to Lucia's room on the floor.

Dr. Brian arrived and immediately checked the condition of Lucia who was currently unconscious. Rayn stood not far from there, this was because her phobia did not allow her to be close to Dr. Brian. With an anxious and agitated face, Rayn endlessly prayed for Lucia.

After the examination, Dr. Brian advised that Rayn could better maintain the condition of Lucia well. They need to pay more attention to the recovery of Lucia's wounds post-surgery.

Rayn asked Dr. Brian sent a nurse to his residence to help treat Lucia's wounds during the recovery period until they were completely healed.

"Well, I will arrange the best nurses in our Hospital for you" said Dr. Brian then decided to leave.

Again and again Rayn had to see Lucia lying helplessly with an infusion needle in her hand in an unconscious state. Slowly Rayn stepped up to get closer, she grabbed onto Lucia's hand and stared fixedly at Lucia's face that was still closing her eyes.

"I'm sorry if I end up hurting you again" Rayn said.

"I've tried my best to eliminate any remaining desire to have you. I forced my heart to live a peaceful life again, just like before I knew you. Erase all memories and leave only fragments of memory without you in it. I think I can do it. But, every time people ask me if I'm okay, it just reminds me that I'm not okay" said Rayn then closed her eyes followed by a circle of tears that flowed down her cheeks.

Now that there was no way for him to run, he regretted the time when he chose the dark side. Rayn began to realize that she had wasted many moments to be happy together.

Rayn got up from her seat and laid her body in a bed right next to Lusia. He continued to stare at Lucia's face with his hands still together.

After quite a long sleep, Lucia finally opened her eyes. He felt Rayn's hand holding his hand. Lucia turned her head and looked at Rayn's still-awake face looking at her. Lucia instantly cried, a cry without a sound that tormented the inner.

"Tell me if you're real. Tell me if this is not Rayn's illusion" Lucia said with tears in her eyes.

During this time Lucia was indeed unable to remove Rayn's shadow. He was afraid that the man he was currently with was just a shadow created from his longing. He was afraid that everything that had happened was just a dream.

Rayn reached out her hand, brushing the strands of hair that covered Lucia's eyes. The touch made Lucia drop her tears again.

"If this is just a dream, let me have this dream in a moment" continued Lucia who could only look at the man who also looked at her with a shady look.

Hearing Lucia's words made Rayn's heart scream even more. Without replying with a word, Rayn brought her body and face closer to Lucia's. Now the faces of both are only a few inches.

Rayn can no longer stem the stifled longing. The more fixed he looked at the beautiful bead of Lucia's eyes that were still covered in tears.

Slowly Rayn rubbed the tears with tenderness and then clutched her little face with a soothing look. Yes, however, Lucia still has the status of her lover.

"It's not Lucia's dream" said Rayn Lirih and kissed Lusia's ranum lips gently.

The sweet touch of Rayn's lips shook Lucia's heart. He closed his eyes feeling every touch so real, as he again dropped his tears.

All is real, the touch is so soft and sweet, the warm breath and the embrace of Ryan's hand that he felt everything is real.

It is not an easy choice to maintain a relationship when only one heart is fighting for it. Nor is it an easy decision to untie when the heart still wants it.Whatever it is, it is still not the best way if you choose to part with reasons for happiness but ultimately suffer from each other.

"I don't want to and won't let you go again no matter what."

Yes, this phrase that they seem to want to convey to each other. God has now reunited Rayn and Lucia's destiny line after giving her a test to strengthen each other's hearts.
