CHAPTER 111 - Comfort

"Did he find anything?" inner Dr. Leona asked in her heart.

Dr. Leona realizes that Mickey may be disappointed in her, but believes her decision was right. Without delay, Dr. Leona immediately contacts Lucia to arrange a hypnotherapy schedule with Rayn. He will repeat the moments of Rayn's meeting with Lucia. Dr. Leona needs to know what the real reason is that Rayn has no reaction to Lucia.

Dr. Leona hopes to find clues to determine the treatment method she will take for Rayn's phobia. There must be something between Rayn and Lucia that makes them like they have a bond. The meeting of the two may indeed be fate, but Lucia's bond with Rayn's phobia is not just a coincidence.

"I will persuade him" Lucia replied in a phone call after hearing Dr. Leona.

"Thank you Lucia, I'm counting on you" said Dr. Leona hung up the phone.

Lucia went to meet Rayn who was busy in her painting room. Lucia conveys Dr. Leona will schedule advanced hypnotherapy. Lucia assures Rayn that no matter what happens, she will never leave Rayn, she will always stay with him and be by his side.

Rayn refused when she heard that hypnotherapy was related to Lucia. However, seeing the hopeful look on Lucia's face, Rayn's heart breaks and agrees to hypnotherapy. Suddenly Rayn realized that there was no way other than herself that could end the phobia.

Lucia is the only person who became his motivation to recover. Rayn wants to be the perfect man and lover for Lucia. He wanted to give her complete happiness and see the world together without feeling anxious. Rayn hopes that someday she can give a real special date like other couples. Yes, he believed that the day would definitely come for him and Lucia.

In the reading room, Rayn has been lying half-sitting in a position as comfortable as possible. He is ready to receive instructions and suggestions from Dr. Leona. A suggestion that is the core of the hypnotherapy process. Just like before Dr. Leona gave directions to regulate breathing accompanied by music. Rayn began to relax and focus on the suggestions given by Dr. Leona.

Dr. Leona began to gain wider access to Rayn's memory by using affect bright or bridge feeling techniques. Rayn begins to get the therapist's guidance from her conscious mind to her subconscious mind. Rayn is now entering a deeper state of hypnosis.

In his subconscious mind, Rayn was now in such a dark room. The room was very dark but strangely he saw so many people surrounding him. Rayn tried to get up and wanted to run away to hide, but unfortunately she continued to be trapped surrounded by people who looked at her strangely. They look like they want to attack and try to touch him, making Rayn feel even more suffocated.

"I can only survive, I can't run, my legs seem to be dead. But I heard his steps." said Rayn still with closed eyes.

"...?" Whose steps did you hear?" ask Dr. Leona encourages Rayn to find the answer.

The hypnotherapist had brought Rayn on while she was at the Psithurism Art Gallery. Yes, it was the day he met Lucia.

Rayn was increasingly suffocating and was no longer able to hold on, she simply closed her eyes and ears with both hands. However, slowly he heard footsteps walking towards him. 'Am I okay?' the question became the only sound he heard along with the touch he received.

Dr. Leona continues to encourage Rayn to find out who that person is. "Open your eyes Rayn, look who she is? Who is the one who touched you and asked you?" ask Dr. Leona.

"Mother.." Rayn said.

"Mother....? You mean she's Ms. Angelina, your mother?" Ask Dr. Leona. "Are you sure that person is your mother?" tanyanya.

Dr. Leona tries to suggest Rayn to come back and repeat. Dr. Leona reminds Rayn that her mother is calm in heaven and that she will never be there.

That's the answer they get in the end. On that night, the comfort that Lucia gave that was able to make Rayn calm. It turns out that what Lucia did was the same thing Rayn's mother did to Rayn whenever Rayn got scared.

When Rayn was little, just every time it rained at night after her bedroom lights were turned off, Rayn was terrified of sleeping alone. When Ryan's mother came to his room, he brought Rayn his blanket and asked Rayn to sit with a flashlight. Rayn's mother then covered Ryan's head with a blanket that she brought and then turned on a flashlight to give Ryan lighting behind the blanket.

The blanket would be a defense that made Rayn unable to see her surroundings. By giving him a limit of view, it will be able to reduce fear and forget the fact if he is alone. It would make Rayn feel like she was in her own world without anyone else being able to get into her defense.

Just like Lucia did back then, Lucia gave her jacket to cover Rayn's head so that she could be calmer. After that he turned on his cell phone flashlight to give Rayn some light. It makes Rayn calm and feel comfortable when she is with her mother.

Lucia's embrace makes her feel like she's being hugged by Ms. Angelina. Comfort is what Ryan feels, he is like finding the figure of Ms. Angelina in Lucy.

After learning the facts, Dr. Leona finally decided to do the termination. A stage awakens Rayn to regain consciousness.

Rayn regained consciousness, slowly opening her eyes. He looked at Lucia's gaze that was waiting for him to come to his senses with anxious feelings. Slowly Lusia reached out her hand reaching for Rayn's cheek. Rayn's eye bead follows the movement of Lucia's hand about to touch her.

Rayn had previously rejected hypnotherapy because she was afraid that she would no longer be able to get a touch from Lucia after hypnotherapy. But finally he could still feel the warm touch of Lucia's hand that was clutching her cheek. That means everything's still fine. Rayn breathed a sigh of relief and dropped her tear.

"Everything will be fine Rayn" Lucia said, wiping away Rayn's tears and embracing her. Rayn again dropped her tears in Lucia's arms and she returned to Lucia's embrace by hugging her.

Dr. Leona asks Lucia to let Rayn rest. He injects Rayn with the drug so Rayn can sleep.

"What are we going to do after this?" ask Lucy to Dr. Leona escorts Dr. Leona to her car.

"Don't worry, I believe that he'll get well soon. Wait a minute" said Dr. Leona.

"I don't care if I have to wait for him at any time. As long as it doesn't hurt him and make him hurt again, whatever it is, I don't mind" said Lucia.

Dr. Leona smiled hearing that. "She's very lucky to have someone like you by her side" Dr. Quiz said. Leona is also happy about the presence of Lucia in Rayn's life.

Dr. Leona left Villa, on the way she contacted Mickey. Unfortunately Mickey doesn't answer his call so Dr. Leona decided to leave a voicemail.

"You said you wanted to believe me, right? I hope this time we can be in line. I've decided on the method I'm going to do to cure Rayn's phobia. I will use the Flooding technique and this time will involve Lucia in this method."
