CHAPTER 36 - Son of AYam

Rayn took a deep breath and slammed into him slowly. He decided to listen to Lucia and followed her back.

“This is a bookstore I used to visit with Reisa and David. We have done a survey if here has the cheapest price from other stores” said Lucia continues to talk to Rayn so that her attention is distracted by hearing it.

Arka codes if the hallway lines the fairy tale bookshelf that Lucia wants to go to, no visitors.

“So you brought me here just to remember your nostalgic time?” rayn asked Lucia.

“Of course not, don't you like to read books. I brought you here because of that. You can read a book without buying it. But if you want it, you can still buy it by getting a new”, Lucia replied.

“I also know if I like to read books. But, I mean why come here while I can do it at Villa to read. Anyway I can have Mickey order the book I want” Rayn said.

“You're right, anything you can do at Villa. In fact, seeing you grow to this size just by staying at the Villa already shows that you can live and not need the outside world. Like chicks, who can still survive even though they are only locked in a cage as long as they are still fed” said Lusia while walking to see rows of fairy tale books on the shelf.

“You liken me to a chick?” tanya Rayn took off her grip and then blocked Lusia's steps and stood right in front of Lucia.

Lucia seemed to think for a moment to answer. “Only parable” replied with a nod. While his creeping hand picked up a fairy tale book at random.

“Baperan once” grumbled Lucia shriveled by giving the book she had originally reached to Rayn without checking it.

Rayn frowned reading the title of the fairy tale book that Lusia gave her ‘Tales of Chickens and Children of the Fox’ .

“Why? You don't like her? OK, I'll find another” said Lucia saw Rayn's reaction while peeking at the title of the fairy tale book she had given to Rayn.

Lucia was surprised to see the title of the book that looked like it was deliberately insinuating to Rayn. He takes the book back from Rayn's hand, but Rayn holds it back.

“What are you doing? This story seems to fit me well. I can learn how to be a Chicken Boy who can fight the Fox” Boy, Rayn said, taking the book back from the hands of Lucia. He took her away after giving a cynical smile to Lucia.

“Then, was it for him that I was the Fox Child?” lusia asked by pointing herself at Arka who was standing not far from her.

“To know the answer, it seems you also need to read the story first with Mr. Ryan” replied Arka with a smile and then went to follow Rayn.

Lucia looked at the two in annoyance. “OK, you've never seen what it would be like to harass the Female Fox and make her angry” said Lucia.

Rayn sat on the chair reading the book that Lucia had originally given her. Lucia went to browse the bookshelves in the other hallway. Passed by three girls who look fun in the hallway.

“Wah, swear this. Very handsome if Kang Daniel choose a hairstyle like this. Manly very.. ” whispered a woman who was again engrossed with her two friends.

“I feel Cha Eun Woo or Dadi Tang is still cooler than him?” sahut another woman.

Hearing their enthusiasm for the handsome men, made Lucia think of something. He believes that Rayn's good looks can also tempt them. Lucia tries to fish and herd him to be in 1 table with Rayn.

“I am still clamps and stay loyal to Bangkan Sungkyu” chirps Lucia suddenly among them.

“You are right, I also like him” said a woman then glanced towards the source of the voice of the person she did not know but the origin of her alone. Lucia smiled, slowly she looked for an opportunity to join them and follow their chat .

“True..., so you are also a fan of it” said Lucia. Meeting with fellow fangirl makes his K-Pop soul instantly turbulent.

“Do they know which SungKyu you mean? Let's just say he is also fond of an artist named SungKyu, but not necessarily we are talking about the same person from so many idols named SungKyu .. haha” said in Lucia's heart.

The girls went to Rayn who was sitting alone, while Arka stood 1 meter behind Rayn. Realizing that some people were approaching made Rayn unsettled. Slowly he grabbed his phone to contact Lucia. But suddenly Rayn undoes her intentions when she sees Lucia walking behind the girls towards her.

Ryan waved his hand at Lucia to come to him, but Rayn's wave that also led to the girls made them mistake.

"OMG, did he just give you a code to sit there" whispered one girl. They don't know if Lucia actually knows Rayn.

The girls approach to greet Rayn with a smile and sit at the table opposite Rayn. "Well, he's a good-looking guy" one girl whispered to her friend as she sat down. A girl suggested Lucia sit next to him.

Ryan just stared at Lucia. He frowned looking at Lucia who was smiling at the girl and sitting next to them. Rayn tried to restrain herself from remaining calm seeing Lucia deliberately ignore her.

Arka's question actually invited the girl's frenzy. "What, Mister? Is he his bodyguard? It seemed like the man was so rich that he had bodyguards. It's rich, handsome again" whispered the girl. Lucia was just waiting for Rayn's reaction.

Rayn observes Lucia's deliberate attitude as if she doesn't know him. Lucia only interacts awkwardly with the girls that Rayn thinks may be her friend.

The girls kept whispering about Rayn's good looks. One of the girls is trying to secretly take a picture of Rayn.

"You can't take pictures!" shrieked Lusia stood up suddenly closing the camera lens of the girl's mobile phone with her hands. Lucia's attitude surprised them.

"You said she couldn't possibly have a boyfriend, so it should be fine as long as she doesn't mind" she said.

"How do you know he doesn't mind while you don't ask him for permission first" Lucia said.

"You're the one who advised us to be able to enjoy her good looks by sitting here, I'm just taking a chance" she said.

"What are you guys doing? Lower your voices!" Orders of one of his friends.

"Ehem... Miss Lucia" said Arka to ease the voice of the two who do not appreciate if the person in dispute is in front of them.

Lucia sat down, and the girl was silent. They only realized that they had just lost control while Rayn was still there.

"Wait, so you know them?" a girl asked Lucia after hearing Arka calling her name.

Lucia looked confused and could only respond with an innocent smile looking awkward. "Last my history" Lucia murmured inwardly.

"Lussia, what are you doing there? You don't want to go home?" rayn asked after closing the book that he read roughly.

"So you know each other? Whoa, are you really having a fuss with your girlfriend?" ask the girl to Lucia.

"I represent him apologizing if my wife has made a misunderstanding" Rayn said, bowing politely to them. Lucia suddenly glared at Rayn's words.

"If you're upset with your husband don't involve anyone else" they said.

"I'm sorry, but that's not it" Lucia replied to them realizing the situation had gone awry.

"Why do you have to say, too. ", Lucia told Rayn. But Rayn had already left him with Arka.

"I'm sorry" Lucia said, bowing to them and leaving after Rayn.

Lucia finally sees Rayn walking out of the store, calling out to her but Rayn seems to ignore her.

"Sorry, the man said if you will take care of the administration of the book he brought" called a cashier to Lucia who just passed by.

"Oh, fine. But he has brought it, how do you publish the bill" asked Lucia as she looked at Rayn who had come out. "I'll take the book first" continued Lucia. He feels there may still be an opportunity to pursue Rayn on the grounds of asking for her book.

"You can help me just by mentioning the title of the book that he brought" said the cashier who made Lucia unable to catch up with Rayn.

"Oh so, the title is "Chicken & Fox Child" said Lucia slowly by remembering her debate with Rayn about chicks.

After completing the payment Lusia went to get out. Arka was still waiting for him outside. "Where's Rayn?" Ask Lucia.

"Mr Rayn has left by driving her car" replied Arka.

"Driving it yourself?" Ask Lucia. Arka answered him just by nodding.

"And he just left us?" continued asked Lucia and returned Arka only answered her with a nod.

"I know he's angry, but how could he just leave us" Lucia said.

"Don't worry, I've asked someone to pick us up. Mr. Rayn didn't leave us, but.." said Arka.

"He may be angry with me, but why should he leave you too" Lucia said, cutting off Arka's words that she had not finished.

Lusia realized that even though her intention was to help Rayn overcome her hobby, the way she did it was wrong. It was natural for him, if Rayn was angry about it. But he felt that leaving him at the moment was too childish.

Is Rayn really leaving them out of anger at Lucia's attitude ?
