CHAPTER 167 - Lie

The days are beginning to pass....

Rayn looked serious sitting relaxed in the lounge room while watching the show on television. A recent criminal story about the arrest of a wealthy businessman's son who was involved in the drug trafficking. Not only that, the case became big because it involved several important people of the country.

Lucia approached Rayn with a potonagan of fresh fruit for Rayn. Lucia was sitting right beside Rayn, she saw Rayn's face that seemed to enjoy the show she was watching. "You watch a news story?" asked Lucia a little astonished. Because Rayn used to watch cartoons.

Lucia finally witnessed the news that was being reported. Looks like a young man with a thin body that really shows if he is like a stretcher. "Is he really just a dealer? but it looks like he is also like a wearer" murmured Lucia.

"He's the worst of all." Rayn chirped in a relaxed tone.

The news featured arrests of several people already designated as suspects. Lucia was very surprised to see that one of the suspects was a person she knew very well. Rayn untangled a thin smile as if satisfied as the man began to be highlighted.

Jarry, yes that man is Jarry. He is set to be a suspect who has a role in selling illegal goods to some clients who come from among the rich. Even the results of the examination stated that Jarry was a user who had a very high level of addiction.

"Isn't that Jarry...?" ask Lucia to reassure herself again if the man is indeed Jarry who was recently involved in a fight with Rayn.

Lucia immediately panicked. "Rayn, what should we do?" her question seemed to stare at Rayn then looked at Arka who was standing not far from the sofa. Rayn did not understand what made Lucia panic all of a sudden.

Lucia was restless because in the arrest was seen the face of Jarry who still had how much bruised due to the beating done Rayn. What would have happened to Rayn if during the investigation Jarry told police how she could have had that horrible face. What if Jarry also reported the incident at the time. This is what makes Lusia worried if Jarry will bring Rayn in trouble. Lucia asks Rayn if she should tell Mickey this to take care of him.

"What should I take care of?" asked a man who suddenly whispered in Lucia's ear.

Lucia sotak was surprised and Rayn immediately grabbed his shoulder to get closer. The man was Mickey, Mickey frowned with pouting lips to see Rayn's reaction as if afraid of his wife being robbed. Mickey grabbed a piece of fruit and sat on one of the empty couches.

"Don't worry, once I get him to jail he won't dare to act more foolishly. Because he knows, once again act, I'll make him more miserable and rot there." continued Mickey with a look like a psychopath.

Lucia looked directly at her husband. If true what Mickey said, it means that everything Mickey did was definitely clear by Rayn's orders. Maybe that's why Rayn enjoyed the news so much. He was also part of the arrest.

Rayn immediately turned off the television, she grabbed a fork in the hand of Lucia who was still stuck in the piece of aple and fed the piece of aple into her own mouth. "Until when are you going to let the aple get stuck in there" Rayn said, then chewed. He tried to divert the conversation.

"Rayn, why do I feel like I don't know you anymore" Lucia said with a serious face. "You know how much I worry about you? Was it all just a futile worry?" tanyanya.

"Not knowing me, but not knowing me. Even so, I don't want to admit it because I want you to be the only one who knows me very well. And I'm in the stage of showing it to you" Rayn said.

Mickey smiled as he leaned his body against the back of the sofa to relax. "But unfortunately there is nothing you can do Lucia, because now this mysterious man is already your husband" Mickey said.

Hearing that, Rayn suddenly thrust a fork into the piece of aple and pointed it at Mickey. "You want to feel it too? I'm not sure it's going to be as sweet as your expectations" Rayn said.

"After all of a sudden you come here?" ask Rayn.

Mickey sighed showing his disappointment. "Well, did you suddenly say? Am I considered a guest? Don't forget, I've lived here for years. I came home not to come..!. Anyway how can I calm down, when I don't have much trouble going on even every morning I have to compress under my head for thinking about it.

"The problem? You speak as if you want to corner me if I can't protect it" Lucia murmured

"I also feel like it's Miss Lucia" said Arka who felt as if she was considered a failure.

"Well, I smell the scent of rebellion" Mickey grumbled.

Ignoring that, Lucia refocused on Rayn's problems. "But Rayn, did you really do it? Put Jarry in jail and also how do you know if he's on drugs?" ask Lucia.

Rayn casually replied" Indirectly she told me, I was just guessing but it turned out that my guess was right" that's all

Lucia felt that if all this was fake, Rayn, Mickey, Arka, were not they people who were always together and I was like just a new character among them.

Jarry and his friends often hold drug parties, not only that they also provide women's services to satisfy the desires of clients as a service from them. Like that time, he planned to take Lucia to the party and exchange it for the illicit goods.

As the conversation passed, Lucia stopped showing her sense of regret. He did not discuss it anymore as if he thought nothing serious happened.

Day changed night...

Time still shows at 11 p.m. Lucia woke up from her sleep. He settles on walking out leaving Rayn in deep sleep. Lucia also went out of Villa to the supervisory room which is not far from Villa uatama. There Lucia was greeted submissive by two people in charge of supervising the Villa cctv for 24 hours alternating with 2 other staff.

Lsuia asked them to play some clips. Lucia wants to know what Rayn did during her time at the Cafe. Rayn often leaves the cafe or does anything else unusual. Lucia was very curious, why it was so easy for Rayn to do all that. How Rayn could have dragged the man to prison.

All Lucia knows is that Rayn spends her time painting, reading fairy tales or doing other simple jobs to fill her boring time.

After twisting the past few days, Lucia did not find anything strange. He stopped because there was not enough time to check everything. But when the playback was stopped and CCTV showed real time now, Lucia saw Rayn who was already sitting at the reading room table. He leaned his body against the chair and seemed to be casually staring at the computer screen.

Lucy doesn't know what Rayn is looking at because the cctv doesn't highlight the Rayn screen. CCTV was just highlighting the front. Lucia then asked the supervisor to turn back on what time was random.

Rayn is active on her computer. Rayn did it when Lusia worked at the Cafe or sometimes even midnight Rayn suddenly seemed busy in front of the commuter as it is today.

Lucia kept turning a few days back a few weeks. He did not expect if Rayn spent a lot of time in front of the compuer can be for 3-4 hours of routine 4-5 days.

Lucia returns in real time now. He looked at Rayn who was still there. The supervisor displays that point in one full-screen view.

"What is he doing, even right now?" ask Lucia in heart.

Amidst her curiosity, Lucia sees Rayn reaching for her phone seeming to be contacting someone. Lucia was shocked when she heard her phone ring, Rayn was calling her. Not wanting Rayn to be too suspicious, Lucia answered Rayn's call.

"Lussia, are you in silence? There's something I want to show you, but I didn't find you at Villa" Raym asked without the usual anxious tone.

"Aaah, I'm looking for some fresh air, I'll be right back" Lucia said as she paid her respects to the watchdog.

"All right" Rayn said.

Rayn turns off her phone and then stares back at the pc screen where she displays a cctv view of the current surveillance room.

Apparently Rayn was looking at Lsuia who was there. In fact he saw how Lucia lied to him by saying she was looking for fresh air.

"You lied to me" Rayn said as she watched Lucia leave the surveillance room.
