CHAPTER 163 - Jealousy of the Fellows

The sky was still pitch black, even the moonlight was still shining brightly. Rayn hugged her now asleep wife in her arms. Rayn could still feel Lucia's anxiety through that embrace. Lusia's bruised eyes from crying for too long made her heart look like it was sliced. Rayn hugged Lucy's body tightly again while saying an apology softly.

"I'm sorry Lucia" said Rayn, then turned a blind eye to his wife's side.

The day had changed in the morning, the sunlight had already completely revealed itself. Sensing the light, Rayn squinted her eyes avoiding the exposure of sunlight that pierced through her bedroom window due to the open main curtain. With all his might, he opened his eyes as he looked at the person who entered and walked towards him.

"You're awake." said Lucia.

Lucia breaks down a smile, then briefly kisses Rayn's lips as a morning welcome as it has become their morning activity. "Good morning, baby" he said.

After that brief kiss, Lucia still held her face right above Rayn's face with such a close distance. He does so that Rayn can kiss his forehead in return for a morning welcome from him. Rayn clasped Lucia's face with one hand, and landed a warm kiss on Lucia's forehead.

It will always be the beginning of a sweet morning. Lucia was immediately busy checking Rayn's intravenous fluids. Thanks to Rayn now Lucia can understand a little about the medical, even if only replacing the infusion fluid. This is what Lucia does because with Rayn's condition that is already aware, of course Rayn will not let others do it. Therefore, it would be useless if the doctors came to the Villa. "Alright, then I can work today" said Lucia. "When I have had a holiday for today" continued Lucia murmured in a voice that she deliberately loud to hear Rayn.

Rayn suddenly raised his eyebrows, quickly shifting his body closer and embracing the waist of his wife who was still sitting on the lip of the bed. "Are you planning on not working today? Then don't go to work" Rayn ordered, shaking her head.

"Don't you say.." said Lucia. Not until he finished his speech was cut back by Rayn.

"Aaaass, my head hurts" Rayn cut.

Rayn is getting tighter around Lucia's waist, with the spoiled Ryan saying if suddenly her body feels limp and a little dizzy. At length he explained that he was afraid of being alone in such circumstances. What if it suddenly became a fever and no one could help it. The bodyguards would probably come right away with just a single call, but they wouldn't be able to do anything either. What if he suddenly fell unconscious or something worse happened without anyone knowing.

"So, do you have the heart to leave me alone" asked Rayn with a compassionate look.

Lusia gave a rude snort then chuckled. He could not bear how ridiculous Rayn's attitude had just been. It was clear if it was not Rayn's usual attitude and he could already have guessed he would have done that. Lucia knew very well that what Rayn wanted was for her to stay by his side.

"You said if you're okay, you're even complaining because I'm taking care of you." Lucia said.

Rayn increasingly tightly embraced Lucia, she even leaned her head against his wife's shoulder. "I just want you to look at me, that's all" he continued, looking spoiled at Lucia who had an annoyed look on her face.

"I'd rather see you upset with me than see you cry" Rayn said, closing her eyes. Even a sweet smile involuntarily unraveled describing her happy feelings at this moment.

Rayn uses the opportunity to be spoiled, no matter her pride, Rayn is willing to act like a patient again. He asks Lucia to do many things ranging from changing her clothes, reading fairy tale books to him, making pancakes and many more things. He wanted to be noticed by Lucia.

"Hah, this is what he said he only needed me by his side" Lucia grumbled.

Both have time to relax. Rayn laid her body, leaning her head against the lap of Lucia who was sitting on the corner of the sofa. They seemed to be enjoying the moment to watch television. But, as if he did not know what he wanted to see, Rayn continued to change the broadcast. Suddenly it was Lucia's cry who asked him to stop. What a shocking scream Rayn.

Lucia grabs the TV remote from Rayn's hand and returns to the channel she missed. A Live Band Music event is underway on that broadcast. Visible face of Lucia sparkling, showing if he really idolized the singer.

Ryan frowned showing an annoyed face when he saw the look on Lucia's face that was so stung happy watching the ongoing appearance on the glass screen. "You yelled at me just now and startled my weak heart just for the ride?" rayn asked pointing towards the screen.

Lucia ignored Rayn's question just now. He even further untangled a sweet smile like being hypnotized not wanting to let go of the gaze from the glass screen.

"What you like about him, there is nothing special but the talent of the voice that has been a blessing of God from his birth" continued Rayn's grumbling stare at the male singer who was stealing his wife's day.

Although Rayn clearly showed her sportsmanship, Lucia completely ignored her. Without looking at Rayn, Lucia simply replied with a nod with a gaze that remained focused forward.

"Well, baby suddenly my heart" lamented Rayn was in pain.

"Your heart is here" said Lucia moved Rayn's wrong hand and refocused on her idol singer.

Rayn grabbed the mineral water on the table and gulped it down in just 1 drink. She could not believe that Lucia was also a fangirl. Even she ignored her husband just for the sake of the man who was currently performing there. He could only willingly let his wife channel his fangirling.

"Lusia.." call Rayn suddenly staring fixedly at Lucia.

"Lussia, I'm really sick" said Rayn again now in a weak voice and sounding real.

Lucia immediately stopped and immediately noticed Rayn. The confused face turned anxious again. "Rayn, where's the sick one? I'm sorry, tell me, does it really hurt?" tanya Lucia clasped Rayn's cheek with one hand.

Rayn grabs the tagan Lusia who clutches her cheek then directs it and puts it on her chest. "Here it is. " said Rayn.

Lucia who smelled the scent of deceit and immediately took off her hand. Rayn held Lucia's hand. "It hurts me to see you ignore me" Rayn said.

Lucia said she idolized the singer since she was in school. Lusia loved the sounds and songs she created, a handsome face was only a plus point. While his friends said that he would go to his concert, Lucia also struggled to raise money to be able to buy tickets online. Online tickets are more accessible than buying live tickets.

However, it was once in his lifetime that he was able to go witness his concert in person. David gave her a concert ticket, not knowing how David could find out and get the ticket. However, Lucia was very moved and felt very happy.

"Because he liked you back then, I'm sure he already knew a lot about you" Rayn said in her heart.

"That singer, do you like him very much?" rayn asked Lucia.

Lucia said that she likes songs that are performed like a relationship with her life. "Every time I feel the difficulty alone without anyone understanding and hearing me, just hearing the song that has meaning as if it gives me spirit is enough to make me feel better. When no one was on my side, I could at least assume that the songs he performed were enough to represent my feelings and make me not alone. I foolishly felt that the song understood and understood everything."

Lucia then squinted her eyes at Rayn. "Why? Are you going to buy me a concert ticket, too? Or.. lest you have planned to waste money to rent a place to hold a special pickle like you did when you proposed to me?" ask Lucia.

Rayn grabbed a glass at the table to drink it, but she forgot that she had finished it. Rayn put down the glass again and tried to divert her silly conversation. "I just remembered, if I haven't washed my hair, can you help me?" rayn said as he broke down a sweet smile.

Instead of being annoyed with the childish attitude and even more childish jealousy, Lucia smiled forcefully refraining to be patient "Alright, I will do it for you" he said.

Rayn doesn't look like a man who can't wash his own hair, but there's no point in resisting or he'll be more childish. Lucia asks Rayn to go to her room and wait for her. He would prepare warm water and Rayn's need to help him wash his hair.

Rayn threw her body down on the sofa in her room. She faithfully waited for Lucia who was preparing warm water to wash her hair. Remembering the story of David who had secretly bought concert tickets for Lucia made Rayn again become upset.

"Why is he always acting cool for Lucia" Rayn muttered in annoyance.
