Throughout the event, Khanza continued to pay attention to Abizar and his children who looked so cheerful.
Looking at the faces of Aziel and Aisyah who kept laughing as their papa seduced him with the piece of meat that he had deliberately eaten himself.
'Would they be that happy if they were with Damar, ' the inner Khanza kept watching them. Without realizing it, Damar also noticed it.
"What are you thinking?" tanya Damar approached Khanza and threw away the meat that was being roasted Khanza because the meat was burnt and can not be eaten anymore.
"The room? I didn't think of anything" he replied quickly.
"If you don't think about something then what is this?" point it at the meat that has just been thrown into the trash.
Khanza was silent and lowered his head he did not know what to answer.
"If you want to talk to me, just talk! I'm your future husband, but I'm still your best friend" he said, ruffling Khanza's hair.
Khanza looked back at Abizar and his children.
"I'm just happy to see the children's happiness."
Damar only rubbed Khanza's back, when it came to children he could do nothing, nothing could replace Abizar in their hearts.
Damar brought Khanza along to join the others.
As the night wore on, Abizar approached Khanza asking for permission to take their children.
"You're definitely going to be getting busy ahead of your wedding, I'm going to take care of them these few days."
"Can I?" abizar asked as Khanza did not answer and just looked at him.
"Yes, Brother. Can." Khanza awkwardly smiled answering Abizar's question.
There was something strange in her heart when she heard that Farah and her ex-husband were divorced. Feeling happy, pity. He himself did not know what he felt.
Poor to know that Papa of his children is now alone.
Khanza waved their way, taking them to the terrace of the house while others were still busy with their events in the park.
"The more I get to know Abizar the more I feel like he's a very nice and lucky man" said Damar, who was suddenly behind Khanza.
Khanza turned around and looked at Damar who was also looking towards Abizar's car which was getting away.
"Yes, Abi's sister is indeed a very good person," she said, looking back at her ex-husband's car.
"I know you still have feelings for her, I don't know if I can replace her in your heart and in the hearts of children."
"What are you talking about" said Khanza, wanting to go back inside and join the others.
"Abizar asked me to marry you" said Damar, prompting Khanza to stop his steps.
Khanza turned around and looked questioningly.
Damar who was still standing in his place nodded.
"What else is this? Don't make it up any minute we're getting married, don't make me hesitate to continue our marriage."
Damar pulls Khanza into his car, then drives off the barbeque.
There was no conversation between them, until Damar parked his car on a beach.
Damar came out and opened the car door for Khanza.
Khanza sat on the front hood of the car and Damar himself stood in front of Khanza.
"I'm serious about saying it, Abizar was the one who helped me so I could tell you how I felt. Not only that he also asked me to continue our relationship to the level of marriage."
Khanza turned his gaze to hear Damar's words.
"I can see the love in Abizar's eyes for you until now. He let you go because he loves you he wants you to be happy."
"What by taking me off he thinks I'll be happy? What does that mean?"
"Because he felt like failing made you happy? That's why he thought you'd be happy with me. His pride doesn't allow him to keep you after what you've been through."
Khanza looked ahead, looking at the faint rolling waves.
"Knowing the people we love so much lie to us is very sick, Damar. No one knows my pain and disappointment, when I feel like I have no one in the world but Abi's sister, I have to accept a very painful reality. UNTRUTHS. I have forgiven him, but I still feel the pain to this day. I still feel a very stupid person who loves Abi, I feel ashamed of myself, I confidently think if Abi brother's love is greater than my love, it turns out I was wrong. Why should he lie, if he's honest it's better even if it's gonna hurt me the same." Removing her tears. "Can you please me and the kids?" khanza looked at Damar who was still standing in front of him.
Damar walked up to Khanza and sat down next to him.
"Why are you so good to me?"
"Because I'm your best friend Damar."
"What if it wasn't for Abi's sister you wouldn't have married me?"
"It's possible that I'll harbor my love and just think of you as a friend. I don't know if I love you or love you, but I certainly don't like seeing you sad. I want to see you happy as well as your children."
"Our Feelings are the same. I also don't know for sure I love you or just love you as my best friend. To be clear I feel comfortable around you, I feel like you've always protected me and made me feel valuable."
Damar rubbed Khanza's tears back on his cheeks.
"We've come this far, let's continue this marriage" said Damar, who was answered with a nod by Khanza as he continued to wipe his tears.
"Honestly, I still love Abi very much, but I don't want to go back to her. I'm afraid I'll be hurt again, I'm not sure I'll be happy to run the household life for the second time with her."
"I will try to make you happy. We will get married and live in a household even though 0 without love, at least we love each other is enough for me. Love will come with time" said Damar, clasping Khanza's hand tightly and peeling the back of his hand.
They both looked at each other and laughed.
"Why are you laughing?" khanza asked in between her laughter.
"I feel weird kissing the back of your hand."
"I am also amused by your words" said Khanza laughing but his tears still did not stop dripping.
Damar pulled Khanza into his arms.
"You don't feel sad anymore, I don't like to see you sad" she said, rubbing Khanza's hair gently.
The Abizar residence.
Abidzar had prepared his children to sleep, took them to the bathroom and changed his clothes.
Aisyah who still drank milk from a bottle of pacifier. Already lying down while holding his pacifier.
Abizar rubbed his son's back until Aisha closed her eyes and fell asleep.
While Aziel is still playing with his Papa's phone.
"Ziel Adek is bobo, Ziel bobo is also yes!" abizar said softly and tried to grab his phone.
Aziel followed and lying beside his father, Abizar slept in the middle of his two children.
"Why didn't Papa marry my mom? Ziel loves Damar's father, but Ziel wants Papa to be with him."
"Ziel, even if Papa doesn't marry you anymore, it makes no difference. We'll be together, Papa will always be there for both of you." Abizar hugged his son tightly, he knew Aziel had understood their separation and he also did not want it to happen.
They continued to talk like two grown men, able to answer his son's questions while patting Azriel's shoulder holding him.
"Papa?"
"Yes, son?"
Aziel looked up at his Papa.
"Mama's getting married to Damar's father. Bubu is married to Daddy.
Is Papa getting married?"
Abizar kissed his son's forehead, not expecting Aziel to ask that.
"Papa won't marry again, Papa will only be with you. FOREVER."
Aziel smiled happily at her father's words.
Aziel hugged her Papa in return for Abizar's warm embrace.
No more questions came out of his son's mouth, Abizar slowly saw Aziel and it turned out that his son was asleep.
