Lunch With Andi

After he finished delivering Ayunda to his school, Alexa immediately went to the hospital. Alexa uses high speed so as not to be late.

When he arrived at the hospital. Andi approached him.

"Assalamualaikum Alexa." Andi said with a cheerful face.

"Waalaikumsalam" replied Alexa while going to her room and Andi followed her.

"Al, I want to say something to you" Andi said.

"What?" ask Alexa.

"Here, for you." Andi gave me a box of Alexa's stock that he brought to his contract last night. The lunch box Alexa made was filled with fried noodles last night.

"Well! Why bring it back?!" ask Alexa

"Because this box has you" Andi replied while sitting in a chair in front of Alexa's desk.

"But I gave it to you."

"Where can I take what I've given to others."

"But in this box of supplies is inside, are you still unwilling to accept it?!"

"There's contents? What?!"

"Hehe just sambel rice, chicken and lalapan anyway. I made it with my own hands."

"Seriously? You make it yourself?" ask Alexa not sure.

"Yes. Had finished praying, I was willing to go to the market and buy chicken and vegetables and seasonings because in the rent only live rice, salt, sugar and onions. So I had to buy a complete condiment so that it tasted good and you liked the dishes I made." replied Andi smiling.

"Astagfirullah, is he willing to do that just for me? Is that how much he loves me?" inner Alexa.

"Are you going to accept this?" ask Andi.

"All right, I'll take it." replied Alexa who did not want to make Andi disappointed.

"I hope you eat it and don't throw it away or give it to someone else" Andi said. He did know that all this time, what he gave to Alexa would certainly give it to Vita, his best friend.

Where does Andi know? He always sees Vita always holding onto something that Andi gave to Alexa. Even Andi had also heard himself when Alexa spoke to Vita, that Alexa does not want to receive any gifts from him but Andi still just give something to Alexa hope later Alexa will accept it and also want to open her heart to him. Andi believes his efforts and true love, will be fruitful. He believes that Alexa will certainly accept himself and love him as he has always loved Alexa even though Alexa often makes him disappointed with all the rejection he gave her.

Alexa herself was very surprised, how could Andi know that she always gave all her gifts to Vita. And why Andi never rebuked him even as if he didn't know anything. Alexa was so embarrassed and felt so guilty to Andi.

"I promise, I'll eat it. But I ate at lunch, yes, because now, now, I'm still full and I'm sorry I didn't make you breakfast as I promised yesterday because I wasn't the one who cooked this morning but aunty" Alexa said.

"No papa, it's up to you to eat anything." Andi smiled.

"I came out first I want to be ready for surgery at half 8 later." Andi.

Alexa just smiled as she nodded, "Yes."

After Andi came out, Alexa could breathe a sigh of relief. Alexa opened the box and there really is love-shaped, love, vegetables that are strung together into a reading of I Love You and also chicken meat that is shaped in small pieces then in the form of flowers and also sambel placed on rice so that like a heart sign.

Alexa smiled, for the first time. Alexa was pleased with Andi's giving.

After that, Alexa closed back and put the box on the table.

Alexa saw his watch was 7 hours past 10 minutes, even Andi was ready for surgery even though it was still less than 20 minutes, while Vita was still not nongol.

Though usually every time he comes or Alexa comes, Vita will always come to him or come to his room but now even Vita has not been nongol at all.

Alexa can sit back because she has a schedule at 8 am which is important that she had checked. This checkpoint is not only in hospitals but all large companies and small companies have many who use checks or employee absences.

And soon there was a reply, though,

"Getishalight." (Vita)

"Why haven't you come at this hour yet?" (Alexa)

"I'm not going in now." (Vita)

"Why?" (Alexa)

"Brothers from abroad come, I can't possibly leave him.. Especially tomorrow morning he went to his country. Pity me if I stay. So these two days, I didn't go to work. If there is food, flowers and chocolate. Don't throw it away, send it to my house." (Vita)

"There is no day. Yeah, I'm gonna go work." (Alexa)

After that, Alexa immediately put her phone into her pocket without waiting for a reply from Vita.

After that, Alexa immediately gets ready to work serving patients who need her help.

It's lunchtime now. Some doctors stopped their activities for lunch in the cafeteria.

Alexa just bought iced tea and took it to her room and after that, she ate provisions made by Andi.

When Alexa was preoccupied with eating, someone came. He is Andi.

"Assalamualaik."

"Getishalight."

"Can I come in?" ask Andi

"May, please." replied Alexa.

Andi also entered, he also brought the same provisions as having Alexa just had himself not shaped like love have Alexa.

Honestly Andi was very happy, because he saw with his own eyes, Alexa eating his cooking.

"Can I have lunch with you, relax, I'll bring provisions." Andi showed me the stuff he brought.

"Yes, can. Just sit down."

Andi sat down and put his provisions and mineral water on the table.

"So I actually went to the cafeteria, it's just that I didn't see you and Vita, so I decided to go to your room" Andi explained without asking.

"Vita didn't come in, and I don't like eating alone in the cafeteria. So I eat here." replied Alexa while continuing to enjoy her food.

"I'm not bothering you to eat, am I?" andi asked while opening the door.

"No kog, just relax" replied Alexa.

"Thank you, I'm so happy to finally be able to eat both of you." Andi smiled while eating her lunch.

"Well, I'm happy too, eat something nemenin." Usually Alexa always stay away from Andi, but not for now because it turns out Andi is a friendly, cheerful person, have a very broad knowledge and good at chatting let alone together doctors make them able to share knowledge with each other. They continued chatting until their food was both left. After that Alexa washes his lunch spot, and he also purifies Andi's too. When he finished, he gave the place to Andi.

After eating, they decided to go to Musholla to pray dhuhur.

After the prayer, Alexa told Andi that she had to go to pick up her sister for 10 minutes, her sister will drop out of her class and Alexa promises to pick her up and take Ayunda with her to the hospital where she works.

Andi also agreed.
