Why am I always wrong?

Kirana came back to the office with a face that still looks sniffy to me. I stood up to greet him but he passed me by and went straight into Nicko's room without asking for my confirmation again. I stared at Nicko's door upset that he had been acting sweet every time he came, but he always sniffed at me, but I had to keep doing it for my professionalism at work.

I don't know what Kirana and Nicko are talking about in there, I'm trying not to find out. I sighed because my heart was already feeling so uncomfortable, and decided to go to the pantry room.

I passed some employees there and took the time to return their greetings with a smile. Since all the office employees have known my status as one of the subsidiary owners of this company, their attitude has changed drastically 180 degrees, they so often greet me or smile at me, he said,actually it all makes me uncomfortable, but I let it go.

Arriving at the pantry saw some employees out of the pantry with their drinks, I guess there was no one in there but it turns out there was Davina who was also making chocolate milk. I immediately remembered the annoying incident in the office some time ago, the whole office finally found out the truth of my status was from Davina. He tried to humiliate me for helping Kirana his close friend. I felt more and more uncomfortable seeing her presence, but Davina looked nervous every time she saw me.

I pretended not to care about it, and opened my caramel milk jar on the pantry table. I immediately brewed my caramel milk.

Davina approached me slowly.

Davina looked surprised to hear my words. Then I left him who was still standing in his place. To be honest I was still so upset with him, but I was lazy to take care of things that were not as useful as him.

I went back into my room in a bad mood. I tried to calm myself down and refocus on my work.

The phone rings, don't know why I'm so sure if it's from Nicko.

I feel uncomfortable in this situation. I felt foolish to see these two people fighting in front of me, then I slowly turned around and was about to leave the room.

I turned back with a very confused look.

I don't know what it means to ask me to stay there and listen to their debate, does Nicko just want to prove that he's not interested in the marriage discussion that Kirana keeps talking about ?
