Meeting with important people

I was about to leave those who started playing.

“Where to ?” Nicko asked me to stop my steps.

“I want to go to the room. Rest” answered me ketus.

“You think I'm a babysitter ? I'm a guest here, you better make me a drink. Milk caramel” pinta so delicious.

I was just about to curse her, but Kara was talking.

“Kara also mau” Kara said with a smile on me.

Kara's request certainly can't be denied. I smiled at Kara and Nicko with a very upset heart.

“Oke” answered me, and I forced to make them both caramel milk in the pantry.

I felt like I was a wife making drinks for my husband and children playing together in the house, and I think it's like this family would be perfect if we were together like this. But I immediately shook my mind, and returned to my real world. I have to remember, if Nicko's engaged, and I can't be swathed by my past.

After I finished making the milk caramel, I brought the glass to the living room for those who were playing. I keep that caramel milk on the living room table. Then I sat down on the couch and saw Kara so happy she was playing with Nicko by drawing a flower inside her pad. Nicko looks so friendly to Kara, and she can quickly take Kara's heart. Does she feel like Kara is her biological child? But again I brushed it off. There was no way Nicko could have expected such a thing.

Evening has arrived. Kara looks so tired playing, but Nicko still looks so fresh and does not seem to be tired once. Nicko continued to read a beautiful garden fairy story to Kara who was beside her who was crying out drowsiness. But Kara tried not to fall asleep and continued to listen to the story of the Fairy. Not long after, Kara finally fell asleep, in Nicko's lap without permission.

I was surprised and approached him immediately.

“Leave it” said he stopped me from taking Kara and moving her.

“I want to move her to hambar” I said with a little whisper.

“No need. Let him sleep there”

“Then you?”

“Why? I can't stay here overnight?” her question made me stare at her sharply and directly hold Kara tightly staring at Nicko.

Kara fell asleep on my shoulder.

“I'm asking you to go home. Tomorrow you have a meeting in the morning once” said I reminded him of his schedule.

Then he lazily stood up and took his watch.

“Why do you always schedule morning meetings for me? Can't you schedule daylight?” His question considering Nicko from the past was a slacker, and most difficult to get up early.

“Why?” Ask me by glaring at her.

“You don't like my job? Then fire me, it's easy, right? Then you find another secretary out there, must be many” Continue me with so juteknya. And I'm back stroking Kara's back.

“It couldn't have happened” replied her weakly.

“Why?” Ask me, still cranky.

Nicko looked confused to answer her.

“Because it is very difficult to find a good secretary like you”, Nicko replied, making me dissatisfied with his answer.

“Go home. I want to put Kara” to sleep said I immediately went to leave her alone in the living room.

I tried to hide my awkwardness from her. I don't want to look nervous in front of him. That would be very difficult for me.

I went into the room and put Kara to bed. But when I was about to wake up, Kara called me.

“Mama”

“Iya darling” suhut me. Then Kara hugged me in her sleep.

Yep. He wouldn't be able to fall asleep if he didn't hug me like this. Then I smiled and kissed her forehead. I heard Nicko's steps getting closer, but I didn't want to turn my face to his. Then she went into the room and turned off the lights and closed my room before she left.

I fell silent in my bedroom and thought back about Nicko. It's so painful, my feelings that once got lost are now back home. I feel that. My love is back for her.

Tomorrow morning at the office. I've been so busy accompanying Nicko to meetings with all his clients. I sat next to Nicko and copied everything that was discussed in this meeting. As usual, the meeting went well. Nicko and I stood up to say goodbye to all his clients and I cleaned up all my files and my laptop to bring back to my desk.

“Today I have an important meeting with the president of our office lest anyone interrupt until the end of lunchtime” pinta Nicko by pocketing his suit.

“Is there an exception?” My quip without being completely aware of his sentence that mentions about ‘president of our office’.

“That means?”

“Yes I was afraid, your fiancee suddenly came back and she forced to meet you. Later I can be fired again” ledek me by staring at him so lazy.

“Already. No need to discuss it” her pinta with a look of annoyed face.

After tidying up my files, we walked out of the meeting room and headed back to our room. Everyone who looked at Nicko immediately greeted him so politely, and Nicko only replied with a nod of his head.

After arriving in my room. I immediately stored all the files on my desk and laptop next to my computer. I re-opened the laptop and copied the archive to the office computer. Not long ago a middle-aged man walked into my room.

“Good day. There is something I can tire..tu” said me with the last word hanging because I was so surprised to see who the man who just entered my room.

The middle-aged man was no less surprised to see me. Her tall and full stature, her hair that had started to whiten a little made me miss her very much.

“Papa” whispered to me with so wide eyes looking into Papa Nicko's eyes.

“Fawnia” reply no less surprised.

Then I came out of my desk and hugged her so tightly.

“Fawniaa. Where have you been all this time?”

My tears suddenly flowed. Papa Nicko returned my embrace so tightly and continued to kiss my hair.

I miss the Father who is in him. He was Papa's replacement all along. I loved him so much because he never once distinguished me from Nicko. Om Rio, is Papa's best friend who eventually replaced Papa's figure after Papa died.

“I miss Papa” said I was still in his arms.

Nicko saw us hugging behind his window. He was so excited about our meeting. Unconsciously, Nicko's tears also dripped and he immediately wiped it.
