Nicko's first meeting with Kara

I went into Nicko's room with all the courage I had. I walked up to her and stood in front of her desk. He still seems to be busy typing on his keyboard. Without caring about me who was already standing before her.

I was so prepared for Nicko's chatter that he would talk about the slanted gossip that was already circulating widely in his office. I kept standing right in front of him with my head down.

“File that I signed yesterday, you took and schedule my meeting with the company” said Nicko without looking at me at all.

I was so surprised by his cold attitude that did not offend the issue about me at all, even though the news seemed to have spread so quickly even to Bima, his assistant,there's no way Nicko doesn't know about it.

I took the file he showed me, and still continued to be confused standing before him.

“I will go to Zayden room, if anyone is looking for me just phone to his room”

Then he stood up while buttoning his suit and passed me just like that, he was about to come out but I tried to stop him.

“Wait” call me while turning over.

Nicko stopped, but Nicko stood back to me.

“I know you have read the news about ku”, I said with confidence.

This is the first time I've ever spoken to Nicko again without seeing him as the boss.

“Why didn't you ask about it? Why don't you give me a warning ? Though your company has been highlighted” asked me so curious.

He was quiet for a while.

“Because I know, you can't possibly do that” Nicko replied with his back to me and he left his own room without turning my head.

I continued to be stuck where I stood with such an erratic feeling. Nicko still trusts me after what I've done to him. I feel sad, my heart hurts to remember the old days he loved me so much but I left him.

After the office hours are over. I got ready and rushed home. The sound of my phone ringing, Keysa's name appeared on my phone screen.

“Iya Key?” Ask me by slipping my phone between my shoulder and ear while my hand is still busy tidying up the file.

“Lo where ? Kara said in taman” Keysa made me surprised and rounded my eyes.

“Which park do you mean?”

“Faw's workplace garden, he asked me to come here right to your apartment, he said he wanted to see Mama”'s office

“Gue is there now” said me while pulling my bag and immediately running outdoors.

I still didn't find Nicko in the room, so I decided to call him later after finding Kara.

I kept running down the hallways and elevators so fast. I went to this office park, where Keysa was. But when I got outside the office I saw Nicko crouching next to the office building talking to a little boy in a yellow dress.

“Kara” whispered to me when I finally found her.

I ran quickly to him.

“Kara..” My shout made Kara and Nicko look at me together.

I immediately crouched down and hugged Kara with great relief.

“Where are you from ? Aunty Keysa found you in taman” said I cleaned Kara's hair with a feeling of still panic.

“Aunty Key was again calling, Kara want to pee find her own toilet” said so plain.

Kara looked back at Nicko.

“Thanks to you Om has sent Kara to the toilet earlier” I looked at Nicko who is still crouching beside me looking at Kara with a smile so sweet.

“Lain times, must wait Mama or aunty yes. Can't go alone like that, let Mama not worry” Nicko told Kara.

“This is Mama Kara” said Kara introduced me to Nicko.

“Karaa, this Om..” said I want to explain to him if he is my boss that I always tell him about.

“Temen Mama” cut Nicko makes me stare at him in confusion.

“Temen Mama temen Kara also dong. Asiikk Kara has a new friend” her exclaim looks so happy by raising her hand.

“I Caramel. Whose Om name ?” Kara introduced herself.

Kara did not realize that her introduction had mentioned a name that made Nicko stunned, Nicko immediately glanced at me for a moment with an indeterminate look.

I immediately panicked and turned my eyes away from Nicko.

“Kara's. We're home, yeah, aunty Key's waiting in the park. We will take a walk to the mall tonight” said I divert his attention.

“Oh yes. We want to eat there Ma”

“Iya darling. Come” I clasped tightly Kara's hand and stood up to follow Nicko who was still putting on his curious face.

“Thank you for sowing my son” I said so coldly.

Nicko just stared at me.

Then suddenly Kara grasped Nicko's hand gently. Nicko and I looked at Kara in confusion.

“Om later we meet again ya” Kara said so innocently.

“Sure pretty girl” replied Nicko so sweet.

Then I pulled Kara away from there, Kara's hand slowly slipped from Nicko's and she waved her hand to Nicko as a farewell.

I was eager to glance at Nicko once more, looking at his expression but I held him back by continuing to walk away from him.

Kara and I arrived at the park. Keysa ran from far away and directly carried Kara with her anxious face.

“Karaaaa where did you run out of?” Keysa sounded worried.

“How to finish pee aunty. Kara keeps meeting Om handsome”, her words make me round my eyes looking at Kara feel not welcome if she has called Nicko as handsome Om.

Keysa looked at me with a frown.

“Om handsome?” Ask Keysa to my father.

“Nicko” answered me with annoyance.

“Nicko ? How can you meet Kara and Nicko?” Keysa's question made a curse of halis with a cynical look.

“Ngapain I met Kara same Nicko ? The guy I met Kara was the same Nicko next to the office building. Lagian lo kok can do anyway ngebiarin Kara roam alone” said I scolded her.

“Not bringing her own Faw. But I received another phone call from my boss and I just stood there in the tent, hot weather. When I returned Kara's body, there was no” replied Keysa explained.

“Udah tau Kara if in love out of the apartment certainly can not be diem,lo must her hold him continue if take him out”

“Iya yes I'm sorry. Yes already now let's eat me already laper” said with a glassy.

I sighed so strongly looking at her that she was still upset with her carelessness. But I can't continue to scold her because somehow Keysa would accompany Kara on her day off.

“Ya come on. Kara's down aja dear, pity aunty Key heavy her cradle” said I asked Kara to walk with us.

“Nothing already. He'll be flashing again. Trauma I” his words make me laugh to hear it.
