Love, Let it Get Lost

Caramel Madhava. P

At night, Kara and Nicko prepare to go to bed. The three of us sat on the cliff edge of the villa and looked out at the open sea before us, Kara mediating between me and Nicko and she was silent with ice cream in her hands.

Kara has been wearing pink baby doll pajamas, Nicko and I are wearing light blue dress.

“His sun is gone huh Ma?” Kara said as she continued to watch the moon that was already over our heads.

“Iya darling. The task of the sun is done, now it's the moon's turn to stand guard at night”

“Ga month of sleep ?” Her innocent question made Nicko and I smile.

“They are not tired?” Her question still confused me to answer.

“No darling. They will never feel tired. Now that Kara's done eating her ice cream we should sleep” pinta I see the ice cream in her hands is running out.

“Why should we sleep Ma? We're going to be vacation” said with a very funny behavior, making me and Nicko laugh to hear it.

“Mah. What is Kara's name for Caramel? Like the name of candy?” Ask her.

I just realized Kara's getting bigger and she's been curious about everything.

“Because Papa loves the smell of caramel. Love Caramel milk, love Caramel candy, love caramel sponge and all that taste Caramel Papa like”.

Nicko looked at me so deeply. I don't know what he thought, but from the beginning implied in my mind is just caramel, because caramel is the thing that always makes me remember Nicko.

Now Kara glanced at Nicko.

“True Pa?” Ask Kara.

Then Nicko stroked Kara's head gently.

“Iya Darling”

“Kok is the same as Kara? Kara also likes Karamel”

Nicko laughed at his son's words, then he nodded his head.

“Certain meaning P behind the name Kara what is Ma? You see, Kara's teacher once asked that but Kara did not know” Tanya Kara made me speechless and thought with restless mind.

Because the meaning of P’ in the previous name Kara is Prawira, the last name of Ben, because I used to think that Ben also has the right to have the name of my son.

Nicko looked at me confused, I saw Nicko as if he were waiting for my answer.

“P it is Pamela” answered me while smiling at her.

“Caramel Madhava Pamela. Which means the sweetest Mama and Papa kids in the world”

“O yes?”

“Iya”

“Now sleep, otherwise ,tomorrow we will misfortune to play again on the beach”

Kara then smiled and pulled her blanket, she looked at her Papa who was behind her then wrapped her hands around her Papa's neck and she closed her eyes.

I smiled at Kara's sweet behavior like this, she could immediately feel such great affection for Nicko. The bond they have is so strong.

Then Nicko kissed Kara on the forehead and she stroked my hair.

“Good Night's. I Love You” Nicko whispered.

Next nya. As usual I woke up early and prepared to prepare Kara and Papa's clothes. I took a shower first and opened the contents of our suitcases, prepared our traveling clothes and also our shoes to get around on this island.

I woke up Kara and Nicko slowly.

“Honey wake up, let's take a walk” said I in Kara's ear.

Kara squirmed a little and opened her eyes looking at me still feeling sleepy.

Kara yawns and then she wakes up forcing herself. I carried Kara and took her to the bathroom to bathe her.

I rubbed Kara's body and observed her, we joked occasionally in the bathroom and Kara splashed a little water on my body.

“No Kara” says I commemorate.

“Sorry Ma” said Kara while continuing to laugh.

Then I went back to bathing Kara.

After I finished cleaning Kara's tiny body, I wrapped Kara's wet body in a towel and I carried her back to the room to put on her clothes.

Nicko is awake. He was receiving a phone call on the balcony and closing the balcony door, he looked like he was seriously talking to the person on his phone. I put Kara's clothes on the bed with a confused face and was curious about Nicko.

He finished talking on the phone and Nicko went back into the room while staring at the screen.

“What's up?” Ask me to worry.

“Zayden. There is a small problem in the office, he can not solve it”

“About what?”

“Not a big problem, I've helped him, now it's fine” replied Nicko.

“Mama try smile” pinta Kara by practicing the way she smiles.

“Mama can't” I said as if sad.

“Begini. Mom's teeth show like Kara”

He kept showing me his white teeth.

“Begin?” I asked while I was in my teeth, but my face was so sad.

“It is like that. Now beautiful right?” Kara asked Nicko for his opinion.

“This new beautiful” ledek Nicko.

He smiled as if he was satisfied to see my silly face.

I shook my head and went back to wearing Kara's pink shoes.
