There are other companies here to try their luck as well and they seem to be already in talks with Javier.

Realization hit Zayn. This is the purpose of Doug's visit today.
Once Zayn finds out about the man's goals, he wants to sabotage the problem. However, when he thought about what the man had said, that Doug's company wasn't the only one that wanted to acquire a fossil fuel plant and that there were other companies that were negotiating with Javier, that won't deter Javier from selling his factory even though he sabotaged the deal between Javier and Doug.
After some thought, Zayn had another idea. Since he could not sabotage her, he could take advantage of this situation and take a lot of advantage of the deal!
With that thought, Zayn burst into laughter.
