Chapter 154 You Think You're a Big Man?

The news from Edelgard is that she somehow got negative coverage for no apparent reason. He felt he was an unrelenting target for haters, as the internet was filled with all sorts of anti-Edelgardian sentiments.

However, as soon as she closed the office door, Jade let go of her excitement. God, he feels so good! Javier's been watching him instead of Edelgard! It made her feel like she had defeated a celebrity in attracting the attention of men!

Javier heaved a sigh of relief and threw the paperclip into the trash. Not surprisingly, the tear in the Jade stockings did not just appear. He did it because he needed to distract Jade.

As the man walked towards them, Edelgard complained softly. "Oh my God, what's wrong with your friend over there?"

Luca is embarrassed. Before he could explain anything, Thorin had joined their table. She waved at Luca and greeted him with an eye-catching voice. "Yo, Luca, my friend!"

He flopped down on his chair and turned to Edelgard, showing off his diamond-encrusted teeth as he grinned. Good night to you, Miss Popularity. You know how much effort our homie takes to pull you into his arms and kiss you?

Edelgard ignored him, a fact that Thorin took calmly. Undeterred, he turned to Jade.

He's mesmerized. Jade was so beautiful that she made Thorin forget to breathe. She looked at him in a daze for more than 10 seconds before he finally recovered and gasped. "****, you're beautiful!"
