Chapter 58 Letter of Contract Agreement

He barely had the chance to introduce himself as the boss of Drakon Real Estate, but Sky Loft immediately welcomed his arrival with warmth and hospitality  . 

“Welcome, Miss Odell! Lucky to have you here! Our GM has just arrived and is attending some of our current project meetings, so please make yourself comfortable. The executive meeting will be over soon. Until then, drink coffee or tea!”

Jade thanked the friendly worker and went to the sofa to wait. Ten minutes later, he saw the general manager of Sky Loft rushing over to him and welcoming him. "MST. Odel, right? Nice to meet you! I'm Sky Loft general manager Will Schumer. Welcome!"

Jade was amazed by his exaggerated attitude. More than that, he was curious because the GM himself came to see him. Why is the case not handled by the branch representative?

After all, Jade did not let her confusion appear on her face. Instead, he moved forward and shook Will's hand. “An honor to meet you Mr. Schumer.”

After a brief introduction, Jade cut to the point. "Trs. Schumer, I'm here today to ask if..whether we can make a deal and make Drakon Real Estate a sales agent for all your properties in this city.”

After a very honest opening statement, Jade waited for the ridicule and ridicule she thought would follow.

Instead, Will gave her a friendly smile. “You should know that Sky Loft has its own sales and marketing company for that reason, right, Miss Odell? A company that has shown excellent performance as well. What reasons are driving this proposal?”

Nevertheless, there is no fraud in Will's work  . He proved it as soon as he ordered his secretary to start making a letter of agreement. "We have to sign a contract. Drakon Real Estate will hereby officially be our sales agent,” he explained. “For dividends and all related matters, we will discuss them at length when we draft a detailed contract. Sounds good, Miss Odell?”

Jade still could not believe his luck. "No, I-I mean, wait!" he stuttered, asking the question back to the questioner. “You... Are you serious? Drakon Real Estate will be your official sales agent from now on?”

Will nodded with certainty. “I'm serious, Miss Odell. I'm not used to telling such rude jokes. ”

His secretary walked up to them with a letter of approval made as directed, and Will wrote his name on the dotted line.

Jade exited the building in a daze. After he returned to the car, still feeling confused, Javier asked him, “So...not going well?”

Jade shook her head. “No, it's stranger than that. It's going too well. So I suspect... conspiracy!”.

With wide-eyed eyes, he began to tell an incredible story of how he managed to get a deal with almost zero difficulty. “Seriously, this is all too crazy, right? Which part of this is logical? All I said was 'Oh, we locals know the market better' and suddenly, he just... agreed with me as if I had just stated the most reasonable fact in the world!” yells. “And then he told his secretary to immediately make a letter of agreement. I can't stop wondering ... How is this all legal ?! ”

Despite the mistrust filling his eyes, Javier decides not to explain too much. “Who cares about the little things? With the deal in your hands, we basically win, "he replied with a laugh. "You know, maybe the real reason she wanted to sign was because you were too pretty for her to refuse!"

The approval letter is in the hands of Jade—, both trump card and victory card.

Meanwhile, at the end of the sofa in the chairman's office, Neve made herself comfortable while glaring at Matthew with satisfaction. “To be honest, Dad, the bullshit you tried to throw at Jade is very weak. This was so childish that of course, he would handle it as if it was nothing. This is really nothing! In the meantime, look what I'm doing, Dad! I took out a big gun from the start! 'Real Estate brokers must earn the right to work as Sky Loft agents... Neve enjoyed her excitement as her father added, “That was Zayn's initial intention, wasn't it? He just wants to act like a good guy and make us look like bad guys, right? Now that we've done what he wants, the rest of our plans depend on you, princess!”

Neve laughs. "Don't worry, Dad. Just take this against him who calls me his successor. I will do what he cannot do and make Drakon Real Estate an agent of some other company as well. This will be my best chance to shine! Even if Zayn refuses to let me take that character, I can always talk to him. With my beauty, attractiveness***, and abilities, which far surpass Jade, I will get my heart's desire in no time!

“Then, when Zayn's heart was mine..”. “We can finally get together and finish Jade."

Matthew nodded, a hint of burning hatred filling his movements. "perfect. And I don't want him to just leave. I want everyone he brought from his secluded pit to leave! I want them all to cross the name Odell. I'd like to see that***** and his mother walking to the curb like a bum! That's what they have to do because it leaves my child paralyzed, I want Revenge! I want them to suffer!”

Matthew and Neve's jokes continue, their banter escalating as their feelings grow over time.

Just then the secretary knocked and opened the door with a message: Jade is there.

Mathew wanted to fire him impatiently. “I don't see someone so clearly here to cry over his work. Get him out of here.”

The secretary will do it when Neve comes in. “Now, no. .. You can't turn it down , Dad! We need to hear it, and then tell him it doesn't mean Jack gets any sympathy from us! We will make him think that he might get help from us.and then crush his hopes and spirit hard!”.

Matthew was quite happy with the idea. “Oh, good call! All right, let Jade in. ”

The woman in question walked into the office a few seconds later with consent in her hands. However, before he could speak, Neve quickly cut him off. “Jeez, girl. I delivered my message earlier today, and a few hours later, are you here to admit defeat? That's a bad work ethic, honey. You can't give up before you throw your first punch, Don't you know that? Sighs. It is inappropriate for someone who considers himself an executive to quit like a fool.

No one wants to lose, Matthew continues where Neve's trick sweep left off. “Sorry, Jade, but you're really disappointing. I trust you. I've trusted you enough to give you such an important mission, and now you're doing it? How can?”

Neve couldn't hold back her punch as she fell. “Oh, he's just a meek guy who never goes through a real challenge, Dad. He was devastated by the weight of the task you gave him! Maybe you should fire him and get some random fool to replace him instead of letting this pressure destroy our poor little Jade. All we want is a puppet, so who cares who takes that place? Hell, we're gonna help him by firing him. We might as well become knights to protect the weak and vulnerable girl in trouble!

Matthew roared, his laughter uncontrollable as it escaped from his lungs along with all the humiliation he had for him.

Neve also giggled, but there was danger in her laughter. Sounds like a venomous snake ready to kill its prey.

Jade frowned, her eyes cold. He then showed the letter of agreement right before their eyes. "Have you two finished laughing? If you are, smart. Shut up, open your eyes, and look.”
