Chapter 57 Is Strong Because of Difficulties
Matthew had no idea what kind of thoughts were going through Herschel's head, nor did Jade. The only one who did, of course, was Javier, and of course he would not let him commit murder. Matthew was too pitiful and like a small fish that killing him would attract too much fame and attention from the snakes he deserved.
He glared at Herschel, and the man quickly leaned over to pick up the stick before returning to his car, act as if he is just trying to find the right tool to scrape off the small pebbles stuck in the tires of the car. This effectively diverted all attention away from him, and Matthew immediately returned to the previous topic.
"Sorry, son, don't get used to letting outsiders in for no reason. Exit that property.”
“But he's not an outsider. He's the driver I just hired" Jade replied. “The Drakon Real Estate driver who set up for me did not give me a sense of security, so I hired him. Don't I have the right to do so as an executive with absolute power, hmm? If hiring my own driver turns out to be a privilege not protected by my authority, then I may have to reconsider taking this position.”
He effectively said, 'Both Javier and I are both defending themselves.'
This puts Matthew in a tough spot. He didn't want to offend Zayn because of a dispute that was, frankly, very superficial. Facing such a threat, what else could he do other than agree ?

Watching Matthew do verbal abuse, all quiet and obedient, Matthew could not help but laugh in satisfaction.
He stayed a little longer to help Jade fill out some legal documents and other related papers. After he finished, he got into his car and left satisfied.
Jade turned to look at Javier with eyes that contained a hint of sadness. “Yes God, I'm sorry, Javier. You wouldn't have to suffer through all that if it wasn't for me. ”
Javier looked at himself apologetically and smiled gently. "It's okay, you don't have to worry about me. No cuts on my back.”
To him, it was just the barking of an honest stray dog. Javier has a plan to muzzle the dog. He had enough patience to spare until then.
Jade spent the morning learning how to run her new company. However, before he got used to his job, the headquarters of Odello Corp. sent an envoy to give his first mission to the young woman. Jade gestured for her secretary to let the envoy in.

The young woman was so touched that Jade could not say a word despite taking part in the dispute. Refusing the opportunity to speak, he could only glare at Neve, peaking.

Jade almost flipped her office table in anger. He expected obstacles, but he did not expect Matthew and Neve to use such despicable means!
The lunch time turned into a Jade nagging session. He recounted the whole ordeal before it ended with burning feathers, “This is an impossible mission, simple and simple. Like, absolutely impossible! Sky Loft has its own sales and marketing company for God's sake! Why did they let us take their advantage for no reason?!”.
Javier nodded in agreement. Under normal circumstances, this would be an impossible task. Even bribing one of Sky Loft's executives won't work due to the fact that they own the company and the sales agent themselves makes the possibility moot.
But then again, if Javier remembers it correctly, Sky Loft might actually be owned by his family…

It may sound like Javier is boasting, but Chad knows it wasn't the young man's intention. Kersey's business network is so great that she can barely remember every obscure and mediocre company they have.
