Chapter 163 Not Knowing Shame and Reprehension

Zephiel was slightly surprised by Mackenzie's praise.

“It looks like this Jade lady is a pretty good woman for you to even say something nice on her behalf.”

Mackenzie shook her head. “I didn't say anything good on his behalf. I actually sent someone to check it out. She was a competent woman who knew when she should attack and when she should retreat. Also, he understands that following Javier's instructions will be in his best interest and he secretly supports him from behind.
