"Because of Ms. sales performance. Jade Odell, GM of Drakon Real Estates, or lack thereof, I propose that our GM representative, Ms. Neve Odell, will take over sales..”.
Matthew presented Drakon's zero sales on the Sky Loft project during Odello Corp's monthly meeting, and followed up with suggestions taken over by Neve.
Although everyone could see that he was draining Jade's strength, no one could say anything. After all, it was a fact that the project did not generate sales under the leadership of Jade, who had been hit hard. Throughout Drakon's early history, there has never been a case of not making a week-long sale.
No one objected to the proposal, so Jade could only accept it even if she was reluctant. After the meeting, as he wakes up to leave, Neve corners him. As everyone was leaving, Neve looked at him mockingly. " Aren't you very proud before? of what? You have opened a sale for a week, but the sale remains zero. Are you still proud? Are you still showing off?
“I'll be honest with you. I'm the one who sabotaged you. Don't you want to know how? Don't you know where the problem is? Hah, I know, but I didn't tell you! I want you to die without knowing why!
“Jade, oh Jade. It is a momentary joy, not a victory. You celebrated too early!
“Starting today, I'll show you what exactly that ability is, and you'll realize that the Sky Loft project could be selling well. Too bad you can't sell a single unit.”.
Delighted after taunting Jade, Neve went swaying, striking like a catwalk model. No matter how angry Jade was, she did not have a better solution and thus could only stare and shoot.
At the same time, Javier brings Herschel to the Sky Loft project sales office. The crowded and busy sales office today is quiet. Not even the seller.
When Javier and Herschel entered the sales office, there was one salesperson behind the counter and two more in the break area next door. No one looked at them while playing on the phone. It was as if none of them had noticed that the man had entered.
Even so, the automatic sensors on the door chirped like robots but "welcome home" as Javier and Herschel stepped in.
Herschel told the sales representative behind the counter, "Hello, I want to see one unit."
The seller did not even look up. “Sure, please. I didn't close your eyes, did I?"
Javier frowned. This attitude of the sales office was nothing like the "passion" atmosphere Jade was trying to get. It was clear that the passion Jade had seen before was what the sales representative wanted her to see.
"Customer" Herschel disappointed. "What about the attitude of service?"
The seller finally put down the phone and looked at Herschel with an annoyed expression on his face. “Why do you care? Buy it if you want, and forget it if you don't want to. If you think you're that great, buy a house somewhere else!”
Herschel wanted to answer, but Javier stopped him and asked, "Does your sales manager know that this is your service attitude?"
The sales girl scoffed. “Of course he did. If Bu Odell had not told us to do so, would we dare to treat customers like this?
“In addition, you two are lucky to have met me. It's already a good attitude. Last time Ms. Odell talked to the client, he dragged the poor client into a room and berated them for about two hours. He also made the man's son cry.”.
The seller continued, slandering Jade with various stories. Obviously, someone had to ask this behind their back whether it was Matthew or Neve.
After hearing the seller girl complain about Jade, Javier told her, “It's okay. I'm not arguing with you about this. I have set my mind on the Sky Loft project. Book one unit for me!”
Javier is ready to pick any unit as he walks into the project model, but the seller keeps scrolling his phone.
Forget not being able to sell units in a week. With this attitude of service, they would not be able to sell anything even if they tried for centuries!
Javier receives a call from Jade after she leaves the sales office. She tells him that Neve has now taken over the office and the sale no longer has anything to do with him. The man thinks this is good news. “Of course, use this opportunity to rest. You've been pretty busy lately.”
Jade did not want to rest, but it seemed like she had to rest. Neve has taken her sales job from him.
After a call with Jade, Javier handed Herschel the lighter camera he held in his hand and gave him some instructions. The last one nodded.
"I understand. Don't worry, Sir. I'll make sure it's done.”
Javier looked at him and Herschel immediately retreated. "Trs. Kersey's a rough one."
Yeah, just the address terms Javier needs. It's not good if other people hear it called "master" here and there. His profile is too high to like…
That night, Neve appears at the sales office looking triumphant and cheerful. He observed the handful of salespeople in the office with a satisfied smile.
“You have done a lot of good work, but from now on, I am in charge of the sales office, so I want you to sell the project with 120% of what you have. As long as you reach the sale, money will not be a problem. There is still so much to leave!”
The sellers beamed. Their favorite thing is a boss who doesn't care about money. Jade.not bad, but she's not as good as cash!
Neve inevitably looked arrogant again after she gave instructions to the seller.
' Ah, Jade, it is impressive for you to get the contract, but you still have to give me a way to complete the sale. Whoever sells the project will be the superior one! You will be under me from today onwards, and I will step on you as I please until you die!'
While Neve is happy and feeling good about herself, someone comes up with a reporter ID and a camera.
“Hai, are you Miss Odell? Sales office manager Sky Loft?”
"Yes, I'm Neve Odell, the manager of this sales office."
“Oh, there it is. Good bye."
The man then goes with the camera, leaving Neve dazed and wondering what has happened. He thought it was a news channel from a TV station that came for an interview when he heard that this sales office failed to make a sale. He really thought that he could slander Jade to the fullest, only for that person to leave after a single question.
By the time Neve returned to the real world, the reporter was gone.
“Fuck? What's wrong with you!"
Neve cursed and forgot about it, too busy continuing her fantasy of victory. However, at the same time, the "journalist" who had just interviewed him got into the car driven by Herschel ...
