Chapter 429 Your Evil Mind

Luca's father feels his heart breaking hearing what Javier has to say, and he panics. “Master, that's not what I meant. I-I.. I forgot myself and rambled. me...”.

Javier patted her on the shoulder without saying anything and put on his shoes to leave. Luca did not care about wearing shoes as he rushed after the man to apologize, but Javier simply left him with a faint smile.

Luca was agitated when he returned to their home.

“Daddy, have you gone crazy !? He called you uncle, and you really thought you were his uncle? Why did Mr Kersey come here in person to talk about this if not necessary? He's helped us enough, and you're asking him to stop? Are you crazy!?”

It was inappropriate for Luca to say that as a son but forget that he was currently feeling inappropriate because even his father felt that he must have gone mad. A cable must have been connected wrongly somewhere in his brain so he asked Javier to back off without thinking. Why would Javier have to take this step back? Just because Manny's a relative of Pangani? Luca's father slapped him in the face. "Well, how stupid am I!"

The older man was worried Javier would vent it on Panganis, so he shakily pulled out his phone and called Mary Jane.

"MST. Gould, I've made a mistake. Help me...” Javier received Mary Jane's call shortly after she left, and they talked about what just happened.

“Aunt MJ, don't worry. I'm not that small. I won't do anything to them.”

Regardless, Mary Jane told him, “People can never misunderstand the relationship between a master and a servant. I'm not going to say a word no matter how you handle this. Old Man is guilty of stupidity. No one held a knife to his neck to ask him to do so.

“He must remember the hand that feeds him. If he were to take from his master and still snap at his master, it would not make sense to him. And the easiest solution for an insensitive dog is to pull out his teeth!”

Mary Jane was considering the matter entirely from Javier's point of view, and it warmed Javier's heart.

Nonetheless, he was rather uninterested in wreaking havoc for Pangani over something as small as today. There is no need like that.

After a brief chat with Mary Jane, Javier ends the call. Then, he called Saoirse.

“Saoirse, I'm at Medb. See if you want to wear stockings and heels to come greet me. Let me feel your passionate warmth?”

Saoirse was having a meeting and blushed when she heard what she said. Fortunately, he didn't call the speaker, or he would die on the spot from embarrassment.

"I have a meeting, I'll call you back after that."

That is the privilege of a boss. Leaving the meeting room in a hurry, Saoirse is ready to get into the elevator and leave, but she returns to her office after learning that she is wearing pants.

The partition in his office was a break room, and there was a closet there. When Saoirse came out again, she was wearing a short black-and-white dress with a pair of diamond-encrusted tights. He was happy with his performance, so he left his office and called Javier. “I'm done with my meeting. Where are you?'

When Javier met Saoirse, he was at the hotel spa.

Spanya's good. It was not a large common room but an individual room. Even the pool and the items were separated. It is clean and hygienic, as well as comfortable. Hotels will not care about whatever they do or how many people are in one room.

Therefore, there were two people at the Javier booth — himself and Saoirse, who had just headed there. Seeing her sexy legs wrapped in diamond-encrusted tights and wild-looking black heels with leopard prints, Javier grinned.

"Saoirse, why do I feel like I have endless power every time I see you?"

Saoirse was embarrassed by Javier's glaring gaze. He used to tease her every time they met, but her dynamic had increased to eighty since their relationship went further.

Javier's the one who teases her every time they meet now. It overwhelmed her a little, but she couldn't help but like it.

Looking at the face that he had longed for day and night, Saoirse suppressed his yearning and acted indifferent.

“Unending power? Be a worker then. Don't waste that energy. It would be nice to make a few bucks."

Javier pretends to be sad. “And this is how you treated me when I deliberately flew here to meet you?”

Saoirse caught red-handed. "Are you really flying here just to see me?"

"Of course not!" Javier nodded in seriousness, Saoirse was a little pleased when she saw Javier nod, but she was instantly angry because of what she said.

"Javier, I'm gonna strangle you to death!" It's not just a verbal threat. Saoirse literally crouched down with her arms outstretched to strangle Javier's neck, but the latter got it first before she could get it…
