The Hero
Chapter 365 It's For The Company

A student works at a particular cell phone company after she graduates.

Since he had just entered society, he could not return home with his rich and famous status. Of course, his parents did not care about such a thing, but when his relatives and close friends asked him which company he worked for, he was, he could only see the iPhone they had waved in their hands as he gave his honest answer.

"I work as an intern at Holley."

His relatives urged and asked, “Is that a foreign company? Is it big? Is it registered to the public?”

The graduate honestly replied, “This is a technology company in our country. It is a large-scale company, but not publicly listed. ”

After that, the graduate was scorned and criticized by his close relatives and friends.

After Javier told them this story, he drank and continued. “This may be a story, but it is rather obvious to see that the consensus in the public mind is that companies that are not publicly listed cannot be recognized as large companies.

“Because of that, many entrepreneurs are making all sorts of plans in hopes of bringing their companies to the public in the beginning. In fact, do they know what the difference is between a public company and a private company? I guess not so.

“Open companies usually mean a particular company will split its shares into very small portions and then spread throughout the market to sell. If a particular organization or person focuses their attention on this particular industry or company background, they will be able to purchase shares of this company through the market.

“Instead, if the company remains closed, all shares of the company will belong to its originator. Suppose someone is interested in investing in a company. In that case, they must obtain approval from the originator and the shares are transferred to them through non-public or partially public means.

“For some conservative entrepreneurs, not having their company publicly listed means they will have the greatest power in their hands. At the same time, they will also be able to implement strategies that will make their company more secure.

“To society, if a strong company does not go public, only a handful of people can enjoy the prosperity gained. However, if they are going to go public, everyone will have the opportunity to become happy shareholders who prosper together.”

Javier stops and looks at his screen, where Lloyd, Saorise, and Trevor are involved.

"Do the three of you think that I plan to keep all the profits earned for myself and throw you all to the ground?"

Lloyd rolled her eyes while Saiorse flipped through her documents. The truth of the matter is that every single one of them knows exactly how rich Javier is.

If Javier is interested in that very little amount of money, it's the same as Jeff Bezos who robs money from a beggar, totally absurd! None of them probably had such thoughts in their minds.

Trevor was the most straightforward person. “We didn't mean that, Mr. Kersey. We only intend to go public for the future development of the group.”

Javier nodded, “Of course. Of course, I understand that all of you are doing this with good intentions.

“However, it's exactly like the story I just told you all at first. A company can grow very well by sharing its internal shares within the company to reward its employees for their hard work. Both the company and its employees will grow together.

“Instead, if the company goes public, they have the opportunity to get a large amount of capital to support the company, allowing them to expand.their company and develop new or similar projects. Therefore the public usually argue that the company that goes public is a large company.”

Just then, Javier stood up and lit a cigarette before walking around the conference room. He then arrived to Chad.

"Am I short of money right now, Mr McCool?"

Chad shook his head. "I didn't

know. However, I know that we have never worried about lack of capital since I took over.”

Javier then stood beside Mary Jane. "Have you ever been frustrated over money while you worked here, Miss Gould?"

Everybody laugh. Mary Jane getting a little bonus will eventually cause the entire stock market to go into an uproar. Of course, he would not do such a thing.

Finally, Javier arrives before Jade. “Nona Odell..”

Jade hurriedly sat down and was about to answer Javier's question.

However, Javier quickly said, “You are not included because you are my wife. I can't tell you how much money I have, or we'll confiscate everything.”

Jade was speechless, while everyone laughed happily.

However, Saiorse was the only one who laughed somewhat unnaturally. After all, he and Javier occasionally cheated. But from an aunt's point of view, she was rather pleased with Javier's choice to make Jade his ruse.

She is smart with her strategy, knows who to put on the right job, and a hardworking woman. Plus, Jade had never experienced a single piece of negative news within the group before.

Overall, Saiorse thought that she was indeed a pretty good woman.

After the joke is over, Javier sees all three on the screen.

“Since we have enough cash flow to support our group and the requirements of all aspects of our investment, what's the point of bringing our group to the public? The popularity? There's no need for that because we're more famous than ever,

“What you guys can't stand to part ways is a great opportunity to earn huge amounts of money by going public. Of course, this money will be earned for the sake of our group. As long as Chinaea's reputation does not fall, our market value will continue to grow rapidly. Several times over, no. Tens of times as much as possible.

“If we look at this short-term, we are foolish not to benefit in large quantities hanging right in front of us. However, this will be very dangerous if done in the long run. After all, we are not a group that is planning on making a lot of money and getting out. We are a group that plans to last, forever, even.

“It's like Holley. Will they remain the same company today if they go public early?

"No. There will be external forces that will inject their investment into the company. They may choose not to buy our shares, but they may choose to buy them from shareholders and acquire share rights in our group. In the end, they might even affect our authority in our group.

“If this happens, we will become powerless within our group, which will depend on the mercy of others. I'm sure none of you here want to see this happen, right?"

Thus, the original dispute between the two sides could finally be quelled thanks to Javier. Group development plans have been set to never go public so that they can take control of the company.

Javier doesn't want someone with bad intentions to wreak havoc inside his company after going public, bringing all sorts of trouble. After the conference was over, Chad chuckled as he said, “In the end, you still have to solve this problem. They don't want to listen to others.”

Javier smiles. “They just did that for the sake of our group.”

Chad nodded. "I understand. Don't worry, Mr. Kersey. There is no bad blood between us. We will gather as usual.” Javier acknowledged the statement and did not speak further.

Harmony is the key to everything. This applies not only to families but also to companies. Javier doesn't want Reivaj Group, a company that has just become so reputable, to end up in a feud over trivialities.

Fortunately, these people know how

javier's strength is behind the scenes, so of course, they won't ruin their own future for the sake of a little profit. Only a fool would do such a thing, and those people were definitely not fools.

After solving the problems within the Reivaj Group, Javier and Jade return home after finishing work that night.

The couple had dinner, went out, and had a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood, discussing the group's internal issues. As they chatted casually, a quarrel some distance away caught the attention of Javier and Jade.
