Chapter 382 What's All This Empty Bullshit?!
After leaving Oliver's house, Javier heads to the auction company to register himself and pay the auction's bail.
In order not to make herself look too obvious, she signed up with her own personal name rather than Reivaj Group.
Moreover, he did not have enough time because that afternoon was the last day of registration.
There would be too many tedious procedures if he used the name Reivaj Group to register.
After paying the bail, Javier returns to the hospital.

That night, Javier was having dinner with Herschel at a hotel restaurant when an officer suddenly brought Mikaela along.
"Trs. Kersey, this woman said that she is your friend, so I brought her here.”
Javier is surprised why Mikaela found him there, but he still politely nods to the officer.
“Yes, he is my friend. Thank you." Thank you."
After the attendant left, Herschel wiped his mouth with a napkin and said, “Bos, I am already full. I'll be back to the room now.”
As a good follower, Herschel naturally knew when he should take the cue and leave.
After Herschel left, Javier gestured for Mikaela to sit down and then asked the waiter to replace a new set of equipment and a few more plates.
Mikaela said, “I've eaten.”
Javier smiles.
"I'm going to trouble you to take them away because I've already ordered."
Mikaela was a bit clueless about how dominant Javier was back then. In fact, he even lost the right to refuse his offer.
After the dish was served, Javier beckoned Mikaela to eat.
Meanwhile, Mikaela who had eaten before arriving, took some items to eat because she could not resist.
While eating, Javier said, “If you're here to thank on behalf of your father, you don't have to do it. I didn't help him because of him, but myself. I don't expect the director I choose to be hampered by any other aspect.
“In addition, I don't want to see him forced to do something he doesn't want just because he desperately needs money. Your father was a wonderful doctor who had many virtues. While I hope to hire more doctors like him, I also hope people who are just looking for money don't show up in front of me.”
Mikaela went there exactly for this reason, but she didn't expect Javier to stop her before she said anything.

Mikaela leaves the hotel, walking beside Javier. However, during their walk, Javier kept smiling and admiring the cityscape at night, not talking about anything else.
Mikaela can only follow next to Javier in her high heels. She wanted to tell him about her husband's request but in the end could not say a word about it.
Javier can tell you everything that happened and feel happy inside. She knew Mikaela had something she could not name, which was why she had deliberately taken her for a walk.

After rolling around on the street near the hotel, Javier arrives back at the hotel entrance.
"Miss Holmes, it's approaching 21:00. You're not waiting for me to invite you upstairs for coffee, are you?"
Mikaela was so immersed in her riddle that she completely forgot how long time had passed. It was only after Javie reminded him, that he realized that it was now 21:00.
So, he hurriedly said, “No, no. I will have coffee when I return home, thank you.”
In a panic, Mikaela turned around and left. But after walking about 10 feet away, she suddenly remembered that she had forgotten to do what her husband had asked her to do.
Realizing that she would not be able to give her husband an answer when he returned, Mikaela ventured and turned around.
He had already decided that he would ask Javier about it.
Even if she was rejected, she could still tell her husband about the answer.
However, by the time Mikaela turned around, Javier had already walked a long way towards the hotel elevator. By the time he managed to enter the hotel, the elevator doors were already closed. Considering her husband's request was still going, Mikaela headed to the receptionist and found the attendant again.
Fortunately, the officer had already verified that Mikaela was indeed Javier's friend, which was why he was able to find out which room Javier was in.
He walked up to the elevator and quietly gathered his courage as he waited for the elevator, telling himself that he needed to ask Javier a question.
Just like Donald told him. If he asked out loud, he would have a 50% chance of succeeding, but it would be a waste if he remained silent.
'Who knows? Javier might agree? Maybe Javier just didn't want her to show up at the hospital?
With that in mind, Mikaela mustered more of her courage like an elevator heading upwards.
Arriving on the 8th floor, he walked towards Javier's bedroom door.
He knocked on the door, and it opened immediately.
In the end, Mikaela was stunned when the door opened because Javier only used ************ at the time.
At the sight of this scene, Mikaela immediately blushed. "You jerk!"
He involuntarily yelled, but fortunately, Javier was fast enough to cover his mouth and drag him into his room, stopping him from screaming any further.
After being dragged into the room, Mikaela was completely shocked as she stood in the corner.
His voice shook as he asked,
"WW-What are you doing?"
Javier was made silent. “You knocked on my door, then you yelled I was a jerk when you opened it. And now, you're asking what am I doing? What nonsense is this!?”
