Chapter 347 I Know You're Ready

Yoel is so upset!

'How dare this little guy spit on me ?! This is an even greater humiliation than being slapped!

"Basic little bastard!" Joel shouted furiously and raised his palm, ready to hit Sara. The little girl was so scared that she hurriedly grabbed Javier by the neck.

But even before Yoel could land his hand, Javier instantly made him roll on the ground with a single kick.

“How dare you raise your hand in front of me? Who do you think you are?" Frustrated, Joel got up with his hands on his stomach.

A second later, Javier said angrily, “Kneel! If you dare to wake up, I will kill you here right now! Come on, try me!”

Javier's temperament exploded like a roaring tiger in the forest, looking extremely threatening. Even Yoel's subordinates who were not too far away did not dare to go any closer.

After all, how could they dare to approach when even their boss could not say a word?

They have no desire to die.

Javier then handed Sara over to Mei before walking towards Joel who was lying on the ground. Despite how angry he was, he was helpless and unable to do anything. He wants to wake up, but he knows that Javier wasn't joking about killing him. However, he was still unwilling to kneel down, as it would only embarrass him further.

Therefore, he remained lying on the floor.

He was now deadlocked, and both of them lying on the floor and kneeling was a difficult decision to make.

However, Jaiver had no intention of bothering Yoel too much. Instead, he bowed and strangled Joel.

“Are you not going to kneel? Have you chosen death? Allow me to obey!”

In front of all of Yoel's subordinates, Javier instantly looked as if he was going to kill him, but no subordinates dared to step forward even now. In fact, it's not just them. Joel did not dare to move because his life was now threatened.

Javier clenched his hands tighter and tighter, while Yoel felt his life flashing before his eyes. So, while Joel seemed unable to control his own movements, his legs slowly folded and he knelt down.

Joel gasped for air, enjoying much air after regaining his freedom. Back then, he no longer cared about his ego or how humiliated he was.

He's just happy to be alive.

Javier can't be bothered anymore to deal with the trash, so he gets up and returns to Mei's side, taking Sara into his arms once more. With his left arm holding Sara and his right arm wrapped around Mei's waist, Javier continued to have fun at Disneyland, completely unaffected by what had just happened.

“Don't worry, Sara. No one would dare bully you or your mother anymore. No one."

Sara happily wrapped her arms around Javier's neck, while Mei's face flushed slightly. He didn't know what to say at the time. Therefore, he could only say two words very sincerely.

"Thank you."

Only after the three were far away and nowhere to be seen did Joel stand up.

When his subordinates stormed, Yoel swung his hands furiously and hit all of them.

“Basic bastards! You are useless! You all!"

His subordinates were also somewhat frustrated, and they thought that their boss was a useless person who ended up being beaten until he knelt down despite intending to cause trouble to Javier.

After having fun at Disneyland all day, the three finally returned to May's house in the evening.

They had dinner outside, but Sara still wanted to stay close to Javier even after returning home.

“Uncle Javier, can you sleep with me? Just this once, please?”

“Sara, Uncle Javier should go home and rest now. He's been playing with you all day, so he must be tired.”

“But Uncle Javier can stay with us. My room may be for kids, but your room is for adults. Plus, you have a big bed. Can't she sleep with you?”

Mei really wanted to dig a hole and hide there back then. If it wasn't for Javier's identity, he would have really kicked him because of how annoying he was.

However, Javier ultimately does not go and accompanies Sara in her room, telling her some stories about Chinaea.

Sara had fun listening to her story, because it was much more interesting than she had heard before.

The little girl grew happier and more excited as she listened to Javier's story. This lasted until close to 11 p.m. Then, the little girl finally fell asleep and slept well.

After pulling a blanket over Sara, Javier tiptoed out of her room.

By then, Mei had changed clothes and was sitting in the living room. When he saw Javier, he hurriedly said, "I'm really sorry for causing you so much trouble today, Mr. Kersey." Javier walked behind him and hugged his slender body, his hands moving dangerously. “Have you thought about Sara's suggestion before, May?”

"Well?!"

Mei was a little surprised before she recalled Sara's previous advice. He had asked Javier to sleep in his bed.

She was so embarrassed that her face flushed red as she said gently, "If you want to stay, I will .. be willing to let you do it."

Is May's permission still important if Javier has already decided to stay? Of course not.

What Javier wants to ask is…

“Are you willing to let me stay?”

It was a question that Mei did not know how to answer.

His embarrassment forced him to say no. But after three years of loneliness, and given how excellent Javier was to her and Sara, he couldn't help but feel about accepting it.

But Javier made that decision for him at the right time.

“I know you want to let me stay, May, so I will satisfy you.”
