Klayver Vaquez
The name was instantly imprinted in Alice's mind. He looked at the figure behind him and nodded small.
"Such a pretty good pseudonym."
"That's the real name. I never used a fake name. It's just people who often call me Eyes Evil." Klayver waved her hand, telling Alice to drive immediately.
Alice looked up and was astonished. Does that mean he should be the driver?
"You got into my car without my permission and now you're telling me to be your driver?" Alice protested. He wanted to reveal his whereabouts again, but he blurted when he saw Klayver's intimidating flat face.
Alice drove her car out of the cemetery. He walked down the main street to a place on the outskirts of town as directed by Klayver.
Alice had no idea why Klayver had directed her to the place. Alice wished that the man had no intention of harming her life.
"Why did you tell me to come to this place?" Alice asked as she entered a deserted street that rarely saw buildings on her right and left sides.
Only the trees are lined up neatly. It looks like this road is an alternative road that has begun to be rarely used. Even public vehicles are rarely seen. Only a few times the heavily loaded trucks that pass through this road.
"Take you to one of my residences." Klayver replied casually. He looked at the trees outside the car with an interested look. It was as if the dead creature had somehow made his interest appear.
"For what?" Alice is shrinking her guts.
It's not easy to deal with a killer. Especially if you are suddenly taken to his house suddenly for no apparent reason. Bad guesses start to swirl around Alice's head. He just hopes that his actions do not lead him to a new disaster.
"To know each other better." Clayman said relax. He gave instructions to take the left after the next fork.
Alice followed Klayver's orders. The road he was going through was getting smaller and winding. Things are getting quieter. He only saw a few buildings such as villas and resting places around them.
"Why go to your place? Isn't it okay to talk about any topics at my place?" Alice was uncomfortable. He had already walked about five hundred meters without any house building at all.
"Because your place isn't safe. I suspect one of your men is an informant for Anson's enemies."
Alice turned around unsure. He blinked his eyes and was shocked to hear the information.
"Who? How do you know?"
"Can be anyone. Waiter, your best friend, your colleague or anyone else you have a relationship with and Anson."
"Where do you know?" lick Alice.
Klayver bred Alice's questions without answers and told her to stop at a beautiful log cabin on the side of the road.
Slowly, Alice got out of the car with slightly squinting eyes. The sun is still shining quite. The cottage faces west, standing majestically with a unique design.
This cottage is not like a log cabin in general. It is about two hundred square meters. The building has three solid columns in front. The ceiling is high enough to be the size of a cottage. Two round shaped light bulbs hang beautifully.
The roof is high in the shape of a slant to the left. The wood that supports it looks strong and expensive. The floors are also made of interlocking wood ceramics.
Is beautiful. This lodge is a long way from Aaron's cottage that Alice had seen. If Aaron's cottage seems dilapidated and neglected, Klayver cottage actually seems beautiful and high-architecture. This cottage is one of the buildings that can be used as an advertising sample at every turn of the season.
Alice could not have expected, Klayver, a man who tends to be cold and keep his distance was able to have tastes as high as this in one of his inhabitants. Could this be the cottage where he was on vacation and calming down?
Klayver opened the main door of the cottage by entering a certain security code password. Alice followed behind him in admiration. Not just a beautiful cottage design. Even the security system installed was no less sophisticated than the one Alice used in her home. Maybe even Klayver implemented a more sophisticated system than his own, considering he not only entered the security code, but also the sound system.
The room of this cottage impressed spacious with high ceilings towering. Above him the lined lights gave off his dim royal rays. Maybe if night falls, the lights will adjust and turn brighter. Alice speculates for sure the technology applied in this house is high.
The cottage is two-story with a beautiful circular wooden staircase at the end of the room. Each side of the wall is decorated with expensive hand-carved fabric motifs. Alice had heard the cloth was called batik. The full fabric of the art comes from Indonesia, one of the countries in Asia.
Alice sat on a dark brown smooth chair. He looked at Klayver who was carrying a bottle of champagne for them. The man placed two clean glasses on the table and offered Alice without a sound.
"No, thank you." Alice refused gently.
Alice doesn't like alcohol drinks. He will usually quickly lose consciousness and do shame if still forced to drink it in large quantities.
In addition, Alice had heard from William that Klayver was famous as a poison master. Alice wasn't too sure to drink whatever she was served. It could be that the guy is quite skilled at manipulating himself, right? Alice obviously didn't want to take that risk.
"Are you aware, Alice? A person as good as Anson would die in an accident?" klayver asked, taking a seat not far from him. He picked up a cigarette from his jeans pocket and started sipping it. Cigarette smoke begins to slowly billow, soaring upward.
"It wasn't, because I think accidents are a common thing that can happen because of everyone's negligence. But there are too many irregularities."
Alice recalled the incident. He told Klayver that ten minutes before Anson's death, the man had contacted him in a normal manner and said he was held back from spending two glasses of wine at the persuasion of one of his business associates. It makes no sense if in just ten minutes Anson's condition changes drastically.
The doctors say that Anson is considered drunk enough to hold the wheel. But Alice realizes that if Anson is drunk, she must have detected it from their conversation last time.
"I suspect Anson has been poisoned." Klayver said lightly. He poured himself a glass of champagne and sipped it slowly.
"Poisons? You sure?" There were curious traces on both of his golden netra.
Klayver crossed both hands casually. The leather jacket he wore increasingly looked masculine on his body. Compatible with the dark jeans he wears.
Had Alice not known if the man was the most influential assassin, she would have thought his posture and style were not much different from the famous action actor. No. gabe. He is more than an actor. The actor has no murderous air around him. The actor also does not give a dark aura that is very dominant .
"My only hypothesis. I haven't investigated it. I'll take care of everything once our marriage papers are legal and William's organization is under my control."
Alice looked inside. He had been thinking about this step carefully. If he wanted to step into marriage with a demon man like Klayvee, he would have to make sure of all the circumstances that might happen to them later on.
"Let's talk about the regulator." Alice restored her red hair and looked at Klayver with a serious look.
A demonic smile perched shamelessly at the corner of Klayver's lips. He nodded slightly, allowing Alice to continue her sentence.
"We have to stay together even if our marriage is just a validation."
In addition to acquiring William's organization, Klayver also needed to establish a strong new identity. He needs to tap into Alice's connections directly and form a big name in a high society environment.
To face an enemy that is aggressively hunting, he must be smart. To be intelligent, he must be a keen observer. To be a keen observer, he must enter into the scope of his own enemies and understand them with a new identity.
Klayver has already considered this move. Marrying Alice could close off a lot of suspicions. He had to make good use of the situation before his enemies confirmed who he really was.
All this time, the charges against him were still raw suspicions. No one can say for sure whether the true evil eyes are Klayver. As long as the situation was still possible, he had to turn things around.
"Can we respect each other as long as we stay together?"
This is what Alice is raking about. Bringing an expert killer into the house and a roof with his son made his mental whimper.
It didn't matter if only Alice would face Klayver alone. But he has Axel. After all, the child was still too vulnerable to be affected. He is also five years old. There is no way he would have warned a child not to get along with the man he would introduce as the new Daddi for him.
Alice became dizzy about this matter. He's not too sure Axel can accept Klayver's whereabouts.
"I have a son, Klayver. Can you promise me you won't hurt us and try to play a bit of a show in front of my son? He's a kid to understand all the conflicts we have." Alice looks resigned. He snorted a little and massaged his temple gently.
My God, what should he do for Axel to have a safe distance from this demon? Alice obviously would not be willing if her son later why.
"good. As long as the organization benefits me, I'm quite satisfied and won't hurt you." Klayver said firmly.
Klayver is a person who does not like to make promises. But if he had promised, he would have kept his word. Abstain for him to betray his own words.
"And ... and uhh ... regarding the issue of the bed .. I guess .. hemh, I mean our marriage is only on paper, right?" Alice stuttered a little.
Klayver still looked at Alice leisurely. Highlight her eyes like lasers piercing every surface of skin that the woman had. Alice shuddered comfortably with the man's gaze.
"Women aren't just you, Miss. Beauty is not just yours. Out there, there are plenty of women who are just as beautiful as you and ready to open their legs for me at any moment." Klayver flicked his finger, as if what he wanted was as light as flicking a finger.
"alright. I don't mind you doing that."
Not only do you not mind. Alice needs to be grateful for this fact. He doesn't have to be stuck with Klayver and doesn't have to be phobic about being killed at all times. Gossiping that Klayver killed every woman who accompanied his night had penetrated into Avery's subconscious.
Avery leaned to the back of the chair and observed Klayver from the corner of his eye. He rubbed his palm with worry.
"So, have you heard of me killing the j*lang women on the bed?" Clayver smiled slightly. His smile was like the smile of a death god. Very arrogant and threatening.
Avery stared at the floor unsure. He had heard it from William and it was repeated six times by the man. William warns her not to marry him, but William is also unwilling to give the organization to Klayver as long as Klayver is still someone else to Alice. Fucking William. He made Alice half-crazy for her actions.
Why didn't William just give up from the beginning and let go of that fucker organization? Why did the old man have to argue with him first because of William's unreasonable oath of allegiance? Totally useless.
"I told you I suspect the insiders you have. If you want me to solve your case, we need a charade to sleep with. Make everyone believe this marriage is a real marriage."
Alice was obviously in disbelief. Oh my God, what is this?
Could it be that there was indeed a close person who betrayed Alice and sold information about her to the other party? Who is that guy?
Alice is secretly aware of the trick Klayver uses. If he wants the insider exposed, he should start the whole show. Even Rachel and Daniel.
Alice was sure the two would never betray her. But, he needed to show them false truth. If the traitor was smart enough, he could definitely judge the truth of Alice's marriage from the reactions of his companions as well.
"The rumors aren't true, are they?" Alice asked to be sure. He recalled the sudden deaths of the women who accompanied Klayver.
Alice's voice became soft as a squeak. He hoped that all of that was just exaggerated gossip. The higher a person's name, the greater the bad voices that hit him.
Klayver stood up, put both of his sturdy hands into the jeans pockets on each side and walked into the inner room.
"Unfortunately, the rumor is true."
Alice's heart fell to the floor hearing him. He blinked his eyes uncertain. The feathers on the nape of it bristled at that very moment.
Klayver never lies. If he says right, it means right. Alice covered her face with both hands. He nodded weakly like a child. His legs are shrinking like melted jelly.
"Why?" A question came out of Alice's lips.
The curiosity he had was quite high, even though Alice was filled with fear that began to swallow him alive.
Is the man who is in the room with himself not just a killer? Does he secretly have some kind of disorder? A psycho?
Alice can't imagine having to live one roof over the next few years with a real psychopath. His brain could erode for a long time because of all the reality he received.
Klayver opened the connecting door on the side of the room. He walked slowly towards a more similar room called the middle room. Alice trailed behind him at a safe distance. He did not dare to approach within the distance of the man. No one knew when this man lost control and intended to kill. Alice should be on standby from now on.
The room was designed amazingly. A large TV stood majestically on the side of the room. A comfortable sofa set looks tempting to enjoy in a relaxed situation. Thick persian carpets held beautifully filled the room.
"You want to know why I killed them?" klayver asked, turning to face Alice.
The woman retreated abruptly, too scared to see the expression that emanated from Klayver's eyes.
"Because they've all seen my symbolic tattoo. So I have to shut them up." Klayver took off his jacket and shirt equally. He turned around and let Alice see his sturdy back.
There, a unique symbol looks beautiful.
