The Rhyme of the Depositary

The Rhyme of the Depositary
129 - SEASON 2

Tonight Violin is shocked by the arrival of Violin and James. They arrived at Alice's residence with twelve bodyguards. Her father-in-law was carrying a black limousine that contained a bunch of burly people with cold faces and flat like robots. The bodyguards are very different from Leo and Leon who can be soft and talk like friends. Instead, they are like robots with automatic on-off buttons. William just to frown made it.

Both of her parents-in-law said they had learned the latest news about Alice. Jasmine has been informed that her son-in-law had experienced the danger of becoming the target of a dark organization called Black Hell.

Violin and James don't want to risk their daughter-in-law. That was why, when they heard this news, they immediately flew here with a bunch of bodyguards ready to protect them at any time for any length.

Alice no longer knew what to say to her in-laws. He had long lost his biological parents so the attention of Violin and James was able to make his heart very touched. They acted swiftly and deftly in extending a hand in the predicament that Alice had experienced. Alice's tears fell one by one receiving care from them. His heart warmed. It was as if the world was offering him another new surprise. A big gift after he passed the danger yesterday.

Seeing Alice's reaction in such a way, made Violin get carried away. He hugged his daughter-in-law with great affection. Alice's shoulders were patted down by Violin, making Jasmine who saw all of this become annoyed herself. They are old and grown. Why do you want to talk about such a thing?

"That's right. I feel like I'm seeing a boring series of movie dramas!" Jasmine commented on the attitude of the two people.

Violin, a woman who is notoriously loud and violent, can act dramatic as well. James who was by his side was also unable to pucker up.

"Be quiet, Jasmine! Your mouth can kill you at any time!" balas Violin is still holding her daughter-in-law. He glanced sharply at the woman who had been trusted as Alice's guard by Klayver.

"Oh. Without it, if it's my ration, I'm called God, I still die without being killed." Jasmine commented in a sharp tone. Alice could feel the hostility between the two of them. It seems like these two women are in a mismatch.

"Your mouth really doesn't know manners! I don't understand why my son has a friend by your standards!" Violin hissed, staring from toe to head, judgmental wordlessly the sexy suit Jasmine was wearing. The woman now wears a low-chested t-shirt paired with a dark brown sweater and cloth pants that form the clear curves of her legs.

"Oh, I'm a woman of high standards. Lessen your sense of self towards me, Violin!" Jasmine said as she passed away leaving the vestibule.

Violin stared at Jasmine's departure with a sharp look. She had always considered Jasmine to be a snake woman with extremely pitiful seducing abilities. Violin wonders for herself why so many men can be trapped by such female charms. If only Jasmine's beauty had been lifted. That woman will no longer have value in the eyes of others. The only low value Jasmine had was beauty alone. There's nothing else at all.

"Darling, you have to remember! Be careful with women like that. He can poison you in the most sophisticated way you're not even aware of." Violin looked at Jasmine's back with hateful eyes.

Sometimes, Violin could act reasonable and judge Jasmine objectively when they were far apart from each other. But, when close, Violin is like a chatty old woman who is met with a mortal enemy.

"I can hear your words, Violin! You should know that sometimes many old women die because they are often angry with others." Jasmine replied to Violin's words in a high tone. He walked faster, turned towards the stairs and disappeared from Violin's vision.

"You saw his attitude, didn't you? The woman is a snake!" Violin grabbed her daughter-in-law's arm and brought Alice to sit in the front room chair.

Alice just smiled knot. He did not understand why the attitude of the two women was like children who were easily angry because of small things. One is too sensitive, one is too sharp in words. Perfect.

"Already, Violin. After all, Jasmine was a woman who helped me in many ways. He takes good care of me, too." Alice tries to explain and raise Jasmine's value. He could not bear Jasmine also received sharp criticism from Violin. After all, Jasmine's contribution to Alice was also numerous. It would be inappropriate if he just kept quiet to hear Jasmine was judged too bad.

"I knew. But he and I were not meant to be a match for each other. We are like this. You must accept our attitude well." Violin defended herself.

This is how Violin is. If he is not happy with someone, then he will say and show it frankly. Abstinence for him to pretend to fit when contrary to his heart.

"You are this …." Violin shook her head, feeling helpless. Only God knows how stubborn Violin is in looking at things. He is a person who does not easily move when deciding to be opposite to someone.

Alice again observed the bodyguards that Violin had brought. They were all still faithfully standing in the front yard of Violin's house. Making the two hundred square meters of land look like a special forces line-up.

This is something that Violin doesn't like. Just imagine in front of your house there is a group of stiff humans like robots with a flat look with no expression at all. Their value as human beings is lost in the blink of an eye.

"Can I tell William to bring the men into a special room? I have a log cabin behind the house that can be used by them. I think it's good that they take a break after their flight from Washington. So do you, Violin. You need to rest your body. I'll set up a room downstairs for you to wear with James. How's it?" Violin offers. He beckoned at a glance to William so that William would immediately take them all away.

As William begins to step out directing them, Violin restrains Alice's wishes.

"The bodyguards are in charge of keeping you safe. We do not know what action Luiz Martinez will take to avenge his heartache for being paralyzed William and forced to be in prison for how long." Violin said firmly. He disagreed with the Violin's proposal of giving them time to rest even for a moment.

Isn't the purpose of the bodyguards indeed to guard them? It is free if we have hired a bodyguard at a high price but ended up being treated softly just to see through. There was no way Violin would want to do such things.

"Violin, even though they're bodyguards, doesn't mean they don't feel as tired or as saturated as we do. They deserve to be treated properly. Let them rest. After all, if their stamina is strong it will definitely benefit us as well eventually." Alice still persuaded subtly. James who was not far from them just mengulum small smile, feel get an interesting spectacle.

Violin who is known as a hard woman will also be devastated if faced with Alice's attitude. Who could resist Alice? The woman is a combination of strength and gentleness and is reflected in an extraordinary manner.

"alright. William! For them in two groups and have them take a break in turn. Do not let the guard of this house loosen even in a short time. I won't tolerate them if things don't happen." Violin relented. He could not continue to refuse his daughter-in-law's request.

James' smile grew wider. Throw's right. Behind Alice's meek demeanor, stored strength that was rarely possessed by other women. Attractively. James was more and more amazed by the way Alice overcame the Violin.

"Why are you laughing, honey?" Violin looked at James' behavior and asked suspiciously.

"It's okay. You're just getting prettier every day, Violin. I think I love you more." James immediately sipped the tea from the cup that had just been served regardless of how hot this liquid was. He only needed to escape quickly from the sharp eyes of his wife who began to judge him.

Violin narrowed her eyes, feeling clueless about the oddity that had happened to James. But he did not want to prolong the problem too much. There were a lot of precarious issues that he needed to talk to Alice directly.

"Alice, from today until an unspecified time, me and James will be by your side. You need all the power you can get right now. Please don't refuse!" Alice said seriously.

It wasn't easy for a normal woman to deal with a large organization of Black Hell's class. The organization had many invisible hands that could attract Alice at any time in a cruel way. The only thing they could do right now was to remain always vigilant and not relax the guard at all. One carelessness alone, can produce fatal results.

Alice is not a stupid woman. He knew this reality very well and did not plan to refuse the help the Violin offered. He has Axel. The only son he ever cared for more than anything. In order to take care of herself and her son, Alice must accept every help of her powers.

Violin and James are two people who have a lot of experience in the dark world. They have a strong mentality and a keen instinct. Isn't Klayver their form? That means being with Violin is a good choice.

"You're right, Violin. I need all the power. I don't know how far Black Hell will go." Alice nodded.

Alice's sight drifted back. His ears flanked his chin with misgivings. There was one thing that worried him. If Alice had been targeted by a dark organization, it would have been foggy. What about Klayver? Is that guy not more worried? He's been targeted by a lot of dark organization members out there. Not just organization. In fact, many private individuals, political people, and legal institutions are authorized in many countries.

Isn't Klayver more precarious than she is? The man acted alone so his strength was limited. No one helped him. Inevitably he bore his own fate in order to survive. All of these thoughts made Alice feel depressed. He started thinking no.

"Alice, are you okay?" ask Violin to worry. He saw Alice's face turning more slowly. A condition that implies that he is not okay.

"What's up, honey? Is there anything you need to talk to us about?" This time James asked. He observed Alice's unusual mimicry.

"I'm worried about Klayver. Is she okay? He acted alone in the face of the many dangers out there." Alice covered her face with her palm. His body began to tremble. Withstand the stuffing that almost came out without knowing the time.

"Alice, we're also worried about Klayver's current state. He left us for a long time without any news. But you must know that solitude is Klayver's true strength." James explained what it was. He approached Alice and gently rubbed the nape of her daughter-in-law.

Slowly, Alice raised her hand and let her pale face re-exposed.

"Loneliness is Klayver's power?" alice asked not to understand.

James sat down beside Alice and made the Violin shift in the other direction. She understood her husband's body language when the man chose to explain the matter directly from his own mouth.

"Do you, Alice? Klayver is the only one of my children who loves solitude and doesn't really enjoy family togetherness of any kind. He's a real introvert. Our family was introverted, but never as bad as Klayver. It was all the more reflected as he began to mature." James stared at the ceiling of the room, imagining the times he had gone through a lot when he saw Klayver's development.

"He's a man who likes to do anything by himself. He solved the problem by himself, overcoming every obstacle without the help of the other party. Once I forced Klayver to work with his brothers in the face of some enemy. It turns out that way it actually makes Klayver's ability limited. He always stepped outside the procedure and considered his own partner's steps a forbidden line that would hinder Klayver's actions. So, that's how Klayver is. Act alone."James explained patiently.

"It doesn't mean he's forever acting alone. If he experiences a very urgent thing, he will only let others into his problems as additional energy. But once he is able to control it again, he will choose to return to solitude. That's why he refused to use my people all this time." Violin adds to James' explanation.

Hearing this, Violin understood a little. They used to get married because of a deal because Klayver needed William's organization. After the precarious situation passed, the man did not use the services of William's men anymore. Apparently it became a habit that Klayver brought. He was programmed to act alone.

"You don't have to worry, Alice. Klayver will be more free if he acts alone at this time. Even if he gets into trouble, I'm sure he'll come to us. He's a pretty dodgy guy." James tried to calm his daughter-in-law with a warm smile. In his heart, there was a certain pain when he said this. His mouth could say not to worry. But deep down, James was the one who worried the most about Klayver's state.

Which parent who is not worried about letting go of his son faces danger alone? All the soothing words he gave Alice were nothing like mere hypocrisy to make his daughter-in-law feel calmer. Violin who saw James' face was silent, understanding more than anyone if what James said was contrary to what the man thought.
