Jasmine sat on the balcony of the room. She had eaten nothing this afternoon to the point that Caterine had walked into her room with a few treats. Jasmine's taste just vanished. Lost because Daniel messed with his heart with the discussion about pregnancy and their future child.

The man managed to make his life unbecoming. Jasmine does not expect Daniel to threaten her through a form of bond called marriage. Marriage is a very strong bond and has a real legal position. Marriage is an officially recognized thing so that anyone who enters into it, can not deliberately play with the bond. When one of the two parties violates the bond, the other party can make it as a reason for the lawsuit in the eyes of the law.

Accepting marriage to Jasmine was a weakness in itself. By getting married he will only be controlled by others and do not have much space. By marriage he will also only be controlled by others and have limits in all matters. That's why Jasmine thinks that Daniel is too cruel that he poses the threat of marriage.

Marriage has a meaning like two opposing blades. On the other hand for those who love each other, marriage is a declaration of affection. How many people are depressed because of the bond of marriage. And many more of them women, subjected to harassment, suppression, and coercion on many things but they remained silent and felt that was their destiny.

They thought they were in a shelter called husband. A husband who has authority in high dominance. In fact, this husband could have a personal disability or mindset, or even have a deficiency in controlling emotions to their respective partners. But because this marriage bond has been formed, then automatically the psychological condition of a woman will usually depend on men. No wonder so far many cases say that stress symptoms are experienced by many married women. Although this is not the case as a whole, but Jasmine is able to make the conclusion that this happens with a sizable percentage of cases in many countries. Therefore, he did not trust the marriage bond too much. For him, the marriage bond is just a restriction on all aspects of life that he has.

Jasmine could imagine that if she were truly bound to marry Daniel, she would definitely be completely restrained by the man. To Daniel, Jasmine was just a low and cheap woman who did not deserve to accompany him equally. In a marriage, both parties need each other to respect each other. If he and Daniel were put together under the same roof in a marriage, Daniel would have cornered and suppressed Jasmine by all means. This marriage would only be an unhealthy bond, especially for Jasmine herself.

But even so, Jasmine still could not feel calm. Daniel's threat to her is as worrying as the fear that she will lose her child-to-be. Married to Daniel, or even giving custody of his son is not an option that he can take.

Jasmine closed her eyes in a chaotic feeling. He started to get caught up in this situation. Jasmine was clearly impossible to accept Daniel's marriage offer, and she was also impossible to give up this child. He doesn't know what he's supposed to do.

As he was in confusion, Daniel's phone rang aloud. The little thing was located on the bed beside the soft blanket that Jasmine always used every night. Weakly, Daniel grabbed his phone and found Daniel's number on the main screen.

Jasmine's mood was getting chaotic. He was not in the mood to talk about anything with Daniel, but it seemed that the man did not let Jasmine feel calm in the slightest. It was as if he had already programmed to slaughter Jasmine in all ways.

"Yes? What's up, Daniel? You want to repeat your threat again? Or give me another, more absurd threat?" jasmine asked skeptically. He massaged next to his temple in a slow motion, trying to calm himself down. A small action that does not seem to produce any effect. Jasmine's heart was still as troubled as before.

"I've been talking about this case to my lawyer, Jasmine. If the child is born, as long as you don't marry me, I'll really sue him legally."

"You've threatened me with this situation before." Jasmine squeaks small. He shook his head weakly imagining Daniel's cruel face that had absolutely no heart and no feelings. How could this world have such a creature as Daniel? Do men always have this selfish side?

"I really gave you some time before the child was born, Jasmine. Think carefully about this situation. Marriage is the best middle ground for us. That way, both you and I have the same capacity to take full care of the child. I don't want to be a father who can only look at his son one day a week. Letting you take full care of that kid is definitely not something I can just let go of."

"Marriage is never right for us, Daniel. That bond will only be a bad situation for us," Especially for Jasmine herself. Jasmine could imagine all of that with her glasses.

"So you refused this marriage?"

"I'll further corner you in the trial later. Imagine, Jasmine. If I demand you give up custody of the child, who do you think the judge will defend more? I, a nice guy with a well-established and promising background, fight you, a night woman with an unstable life and an immoral dilapidated lifestyle.
