The Rhyme of the Depositary

The Rhyme of the Depositary
078 - SEASON 2

Jasmine sat on the bed. Mentari has long been greeting in the eastern horizon. Jasmine's therapy was still reluctant to go downstairs. He struggled with his laptop and a sophisticated mobile phone to check every transaction from some people who had promised him expensive fees.

Jasmine smiled slightly. He saw Peter's roster in one of the signings yesterday and a satisfied smile adorned Jasmine's lips.

Waw. Peter and money are always friendly like stamps and envelopes. Whenever I remember about Peter, the first thing Jasmine thought about was a lot of money.

"Hello, Rose." Jasmine called one of her "children".

"Jasmine, don't tell me you've got a crazy order this time." Rose still sounded sleepy. She must have just woken up after spending a long night with one of her customers.

"I'm just telling you if Peter's pay has gone down again."

"Didn't he pay me yesterday? He always pays up front, doesn't he?" Rose sounded confused. His hoarse voice confirmed that he had yet to fully rest perfectly.

"He gives us additional tips because your service is satisfying. Peter has always been. If he matches the woman I sent, he will transfer money back to me as a form of gratitude. That guy though physically is like a cow, but his wallet is quite tempting."

"Oh, how good he is. He also gave me tips in person!" Rose was beginning to become fully aware. He understood a few times to clear his voice and responded enthusiastically to the news from Jasmine.

Jasmine had always formed a casual interaction to every woman she hired. Their relationship is more like a friend, than a boss and subordinate.

"That's Peter. I told you you wouldn't regret taking orders from him. The orientation is strange and unusual, but the pay is also quite fantastic. I'll transfer some of this money to your account, Rose." Jasmine laughed a little. He's used to dealing with customers like Peter. Most of the men who were satisfied and impressed, they would pay Jasmine extra personally.

Living with a dark world like this is quite tempting. Time and again Jasmine got amazing gifts from many of her loyal customers. Once upon a time he got a red ribbon porsce in front of his yard door. He also once got a parcel in the form of a tiara that costs exorbitant.

All the luxury he had. All the facilities people have to offer. Just by selling morals, Jasmine's world was wide open revealing the things she had always dreamed of.

"You're so nice, Jasmine. It's not wrong I'm working for you." Rose sent a small smile from afar as a form of gratitude.

Indeed, Jasmine's profession was not commendable. But for Rose, the woman had long been her savior. Through this job, Rose was able to connect with her dying sister and raise her family's financial life.

For someone who has been devastated and destroyed, what Jasmine offers is the most tempting solution. Who wouldn't take it if someone ever lived in a terrible state and was stranded from the world?

"I've always been good, Rose. You're the one who just realized it. By the way, if Peter wants something a little abnormal tomorrow, will you accept it?" Jasmine made an offer. He felt like Peter and Rose were quite compatible with each other. It would be best if from now on Jasmine paired them.

"alright. Whatever it is as long as the money is flowing. Just arrange for his wife not to know about it, okay? I don't want to be run over by another woman without preparation." Rose sounded begging.

Rose is not Jasmine. He is not necessarily strong if suddenly there are foreign women who hit him at any time. He wants a safe, profitable game. Not a thrilling adrenaline game.

"It can all be arranged." Jasmine said casually.

The door to Jasmine's room opened slowly. Behind it, there was Alice who appeared in casual clothes. He waved his hand slightly, signalling to invite her over for a wordless breakfast.

Jasmine gave a small nod and responded with sign language in a moment that would soon overtake her to the dining room. Alice again closed the door and let Jasmine finish the obrolon through her phone.

"alright. I'll tell you later, Rose. Let me have breakfast now" said Jasmine. He immediately stood up, changed his clothes lightning and tidied up his appearance before descending to the lower floor.

This morning Jasmine chose a casual casual dress. Plain sleeveless t-shirts are ivory white with short jeans knee-high. His blonde hair he combed neatly back, with a copper-colored pinch.

Since Jasmine was used to polishing her face, she smeared the powder a little and the liquid lipstick was pink. Jasmine is a woman who adores beauty. She has always been a cosmetic friend.

Below, Alice had been sitting with Axel waiting for her patiently. Please welcome them with a small smile. The dishes began to be served carefully.

"Jasmine County. You always look amazing. Once in a while, teach your mom to be as beautiful as you." Axel brandished his tiny hand at Jasmine's blushing pink lips. He compared it to his own mother's plain lips.

Jasmine just laughed out loud. Young children are sometimes quite innocent in commenting on something.

"Your mother is beautiful in her own way." Jasmine replied diplomatically. He sat opposite Alice and began to pick up a glass of water.

"Next time, don't comment on such things again, dear!" admonish Alice gently to her son. Alice does not want Axel to interfere too much with adult things that are not her business.

"You're too stiff, Mom!" Axel. He seemed unhappy because he felt constrained by his own mother.

"You just need to be let down!"

"I've been disciplined. I'm a good boy. I'm not naughty anymore." Axel didn't take it. He shook his head slightly, revealing his innocent face that easily took the hearts of many people.

Jasmine laughed again. Such simple interactions are what he likes in this house. Away from its birth, this house carries its own warmth. Something Jasmine never got back.

Jasmine grew up from a chaotic family. Every day he went through at home was just chaos after small mess. All of this pissed him off.

Alice who saw the change in mood Jasmine looked at the woman and asked quietly. "You okay?"

"Yes. I only slightly recalled the old memories," Jasmine replied lightly. He waved his hand, asking not to discuss this topic.

"Oh, okay." Alice did not want to be too pushy. He started to get some food and gave it to Axel. That kid was quite a storm from earlier. He should be calmed down as soon as possible.

"Alice." Jasmine looks serious. He looked at Alice long ago, wanting to convey something.

Lately, Alice has been feeling quite paranoid. Every time she saw Jasmine being serious, Alice's heart became unsettled. Afraid that something bad might suddenly happen to her husband.

"Is Klayver okay?" alice asked, unable to hide her worries.

"good. I just need to talk to you a little bit after breakfast. What if it's in your study?" Jasmine offers.

They need a safer place to discuss sensitive matters. After two nights ago Jasmine got word that if Klayver was in quite a difficult condition, she started to plan something. Alice must be prepared from now on.

"alright. I hope nothing bad happens." Alice's voice faltered

Clayver is the sun. The main rays of life. Without her, Alice would be fucked.

Every night after Klayver's departure, Alice stared into the darkness with renewed fear. Imagine the position of her husband who is out of nowhere, is facing danger that is somehow, and alone in passing the night.

It all hurts. Alice is a strong person. However, being abandoned by a part of his soul was a process that was quite difficult for his heart. He was just trying to look strong on the surface. In fact, his heart was fragile and fragile.

Alice's backrest was not on her side. He is busy challenging danger without knowing the circumstances and conditions. Which wife is not depressed?

"Don't worry too much, Alice. Trust in Klayver. He is a strong man who faces many things. If he was weak, he couldn't possibly hold on until this second. That man was a true danger challenger. You should start accepting it from this second, Alice." Jasmine tried to advise.

She actually knew how hard Alice was to accept all of this. Which woman's heart is not fragile left by her husband without any news at all.

"Klayver's been gone for about a week, and I've been pretty fucked up. I can't imagine if he's gone six months. How will I be?" Alice smiled, feeling hurt.

Jasmine said nothing. He had never had such strong feelings for a man. So Jasmine could only guess the kind of feelings Alice had. Love can sometimes be complicated and difficult to understand.

After they all spent half an hour for breakfast, Alice guided Jasmine into the study. Axel was pinned to Helena. The boy started school again. Helena is usually quite painstaking in the face of the Axel riots whenever getting ready for school. There's just the behavior. Often Helena had to calm down first to take care of a boy as active as Axel.

"So, what's up, Jasmine?" alice asked when the two had arrived at the minimalist design office space.

Sunlight began to infiltrate the sidelines of the room's fentilation. The light spread out, forming a charming beautiful radiance.

Autumn is long. Out there, the leaves started falling scattered. Nature is experiencing a change of mood. Each animal welcomes the arrival of the changing seasons in a multifaceted way.

Jasmine flopped down on a leather sofa that was in the middle of the room. He folded his legs and held both hands back.

"Two nights ago Klayver called me."

"What's? She callin? Why didn't he call me too?" Alice's tone began to rise, feeling troubled by this reality.

"Wait for my explanation, Alice. You need to listen to this." Jasmine cut Alice's shock. He shook his head slowly, beginning to curse Alice's excessive possessiveness.

Both Alice and Klayver, both of them were like madmen possessive of the others. Love really doesn't make sense. How can an adult behave just because of that?

"Klayver's condition seems to be not good. He could be desperate at any time. It would be too risky to call you. While I am a person who can face danger, even if there will be people who relate to my relationship with Klayver, I can face them. Different you. Klayver still doesn't want to expose you." Jasmine explained at length. He looked for a more comfortable position and lifted both his legs up on the sofa to sit cross-legged barefoot.

"So, she's trying to protect me by not contacting me directly?" Alice wanted to make sure.

"Yes. That's exactly what Klayver did. Since the situation could change all of a sudden, he gave me a message to make me take care of you more and more. If things get out of hand, you'll send me to Violin."

Jasmine stared at Alice for quite a while, wondering what reaction the woman would give this time.

Alice held her head and sat down next to Jasmine. He did the same thing by raising his legs and sitting cross-legged comfortably.

"Is it that difficult?" Alice's face looked depressed. He looked at Jasmine full of supplications, as if the woman could conjure up a state of being good all of a sudden.

"Don't look at me like that. I'm not a god who can change everything you want." Jasmine slightly retreated stared at like this.

Alice let out a weak sigh, covering her face that was filled with a lot of pressure. Could things be difficult? Oh God. This time, we faced Klayver.

"How come it's like this, Jasmine? Aren't you the one who said Klayver can handle everything?" Alice felt bad. He grabbed Jasmine's hand, shaking it slowly.

"Klayver can handle everything. But everything has a process, Alice. In the process there are difficulties that Klayver needs to face voluntarily. Don't you realize that? Klayver is a person who comes into contact with danger. You think he can be free from trouble just like that? Strengthen your mentality and be sure everything will be fine. We just have to be more vigilant on everything from now on!" Jasmine clasped Alice's dingjn fingers, feeling sympathetic without a word.

Klayver has sent it to a woman as innocent as Alice. Seeing her like this for a long time made Jasmine's heart moved and inevitably felt sympathy as well.

"I know everything needs a process. Just imagining him alone fighting no one out there makes my mind even more complicated every time I think of him." Alice smiled weakly, feeling helpless.

Jasmine blinked her eyes a few times. He looked at Alice thoroughly and suddenly had a brilliant idea.

"I have a proposal. What if starting as close as I'm gonna make you a little stronger?
