Chapter 89. Time to Go to Marquis City

After arranging the sheet metal made from the Silver meteorite, Sam came out of the tower and immediately went to the Artisan tower to order something. He needed some items to use his gadgets more efficiently and although he could do it himself, he did not want to waste time on these little things.

He was rich and if he could get others to do his bidding on some small thing, why exhaust himself.

So, Sam went to the Artisan tower and quickly ordered the items he needed and returned. But just as he was about to go upstairs, he saw Watt walking towards him in a hurry.

"Boss, I did it." Watt said as soon as he approached her.

"What?" Sam did not immediately understand his point; he was still within the zone. All he had in mind was his new gadget.

"I cut the leaves." Watt answered with enthusiasm.

"Oh. Okay then let's go to the yard." After saying that, Sam took her to the Courtyard.

"Show it to me." He said as soon as he entered the courtyard while pointing at the only tree standing there. Watt took a deep breath and took out a small piece of tree bark from his pocket. The bark of the tree has a smooth surface and may have been peeled off from a large tree. The shape and size of the tree bark is almost the same as playing cards.

Watt immediately flicked the bark of the tree and spun in the air as it flew towards the tree. A leaf fell as the bark of the tree returned to Watt's hands. He controlled the wind to let the light-weighted piece come to him.

He looked at Sam, with anticipation. Although he did not use the same technique as Sam, he felt his approach was not wrong. After all, Sam himself said that all kinds of tricks can be used and achieving the goal is more important.

After a few hours, the casting cooled down and when he opened the mold, there was a circular pipe there. While this was not the most efficient way to make pipes, Sam did not have much choice.

Sam repeated the process over the next few days, more than twenty days have passed as Sam makes each piece slowly and steadily to ensure that the product is right as he has very high expectations of it.

Finally Sam finished with the skeletal parts and prepared to assemble them.

The frame was originally rectangular. Two long pipes about 3 feet long and two pipes one foot each. After welding the rectangular frame, he took out another pipe fitting between two long pipes and welded it at the midpoint.

The next step, there are two rectangular rods that fit between the midpoint pipe and the end pipe. But this rectangular rod has a ball in the center of the span connected by a joint that allows the ball to rotate gyroscopically.

He welds two rods on either side of the midpoint pipe. Now the most important part of the frame has been completed and he has to place the Energy Cell holder and extrusion to hold the sheet metal body on it.

Sam returned to work after making sure that the main frame was perfect, he went back to work again.

The job this time is to bend and cut the sheet metal carefully and use brazing techniques to hold it together.

It took him more than 70 days inside the tower to make it. He came out just once to retrieve an item from the Artisan tower.

Now, he was inside the tower, sitting with his product in his hands. The final step was the only one left to complete it and that was to install the final set of energy cells.

He took out two energy cells that looked like hemispherical parts or just bowls. Now, there are some metal protrusions added inside the cell cavity.

The gadgets are now mostly finished, and sheet metal operations are also completed, two balls open outside the sheet metal, and they open on the bottom side. He turned the ball until he found a small gap. This gap has the same shape as the bulge of the Energy cell. He inserted a metal bulge into the gap and twisted it counterclockwise and Energy cells were installed there with a single click.

He repeated that action with another cell in another field. Now, the process is complete. The project was finally completed, and Sam kept it on the floor and the two energy cells touched the floor without letting the entire surface touch the floor.

Sam looked at the Hover board he had made and was satisfied.

Yeah, he made a hover board. In fact, he prefers motorcycles for his transportation, which requires a lot of different materials and more power. The manufacture of the gear box itself will take a long time and he still has to take care of tire materials, engine materials, Gaskets, Piston rings etc.

If he wanted to make an advanced bike without an IC engine, he needed more technology and a lot of Electrical and Magnetic materials that were not available to him.

Even if there was, he could not waste so much time and effort to create one that would be useless in the future.

But, this hoverboard, would only increase its value with him and remain with him forever.

The main reason hover boards were not a viable idea in the early 21st century was due to the lack of suitable materials for the motors to produce enough thrust with minimum space and a lack of sufficient resources provides enough torque to provide thrust.

But Sam himself made this breakthrough in his previous life and now he is doing it again in this life.

The hover board is about three feet long and one foot wide.

It is basically rectangular in shape, but there are some differences in edges and corners.

Its surface is made of silver meteorite metal sheet and on both short edges a rectangular board is mounted solid metal beam, which is made of Black meteorite sand.

The front side of the board, the black metallic block has a chamfer edge and there is a small rectangular groove in the middle. This small rectangular groove is extended deep until it reaches the frame pipe.

On the back side of the board, the metal block is divided into two parts, one to the left and one to the right and both are hollow in nature. Both are connected to wind energy cells hidden behind the surface of the sheet metal.

His entire body was silvery white, but Sam painted his upper surface in black.

On the top surface, there are two circular plates visible. But they are made in such a way that they happen to be with an actual surface.

Sam walked forward and stood on the board. He put both his feet in each circle.

There are some small bumps on the surface. One is near the back circle and there are two in the middle of the board. There are two near the front circle.

When viewed normally, they cannot even see circles and bulges due to the thick Black coating.

Sam painted his trademark Double S symbol on a black surface in white and green.

After positioning himself on the board, Sam took a deep breath and started the board. Two wind energy cells in the shape of a bowl are below the Circle on the surface.

Wind energy started to come out and was converted into wind. Because Sam can control the pressure, speed, and density of wind flow, he ensures that the wind hits the ground with enough force to make the board float through the air.

Now, the plank was one foot in the air. The two energy cells emitted wind as Sam controlled them. Now, he moved his hind legs slightly and touched the bulge near the back circle.

Immediately a burst of wind shot out from the hollow rectangular block. This jet is responsible for the forward movement of the board. After testing everything and making sure everything was working properly, Sam came out of the tower.

He finally finished with the Hover board and he wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. If he did not take revenge as soon as possible, he would become even more frustrated and by the time he finally got his revenge, the result would be too inhumane.

He had another purpose to go so early. He needed some foundation in the Marquis city to make money. Even though Sam has enough money, with the business of making money, he can also make some connections.

The game of cat and mouse continues. After a few minutes, Watt used his second hand and the bark of the tree split into two halves and one of them flew towards Sam.

Sam caught it with his fingers and at this moment another piece came in and hit the stone.

"good. Pack your things and get Falck ready. We're leaving tomorrow." Sam said as he returned to the mansion.

He returned to the mansion to talk to someone else. When they heard the news that Sam was leaving, they were shocked but they quickly understood. Since Sam left the people who were chasing him. He would kill someone just for calling him an asshole. He made humans a tonic for his pets for hurting them.

Now, a noble child led twenty people to ambush him when he did not even mess with the other party. Only God knows the other side.

Sam refuses when Jack and Philip suggest that they follow him and go see the Count.

After saying that he had some business to take care of and assured that he would meet some other party in the Marquis city, he finally left the city.

The next day, there would be a Trade Train traveling to the Marquis city. So Sam returned to the mansion to rest and prepare for the next day's journey.
