The old man looked at Sam without blinking. His face was filled with pain, and he was sweating.
His energy was drained every second and his bleeding wounds were not helping either.
Sam had done a lot of thinking for this to work.
He carefully planned out step by step. Although it does not take long but does not mean less effort.
In order for his plan to succeed, he used shadow rats with their maximum abilities.
The first step is to confuse everyone in the room and create a fear of ignorance. He had to make sure that the shadow rat followed his orders clearly without any hiccups.
And they did.
The second step was that he had to make up his mind that his attacks had a pattern. That was why, the old man did not immediately react when he slipped on his back.
Sam only attacks his subordinates one by one to create an imaginary pattern that they think he follows.
The Old Man himself subconsciously thought that he was not the target, because Sam had not initially targeted him directly even when he had the chance, so he assumed that the blue crystal and the shadow did not have the ability to attack him.
It only makes him instinctively careless which helps Sam do what he has done.
He even placed energy cells to activate the formation if the formation failed to draw spiritual energy from the old man directly.
Now, the old man was captured without even a chance to make a move.
"You don't know what makes you a boy. Even if you kill me, do you think you can live longer. If you continue this, no matter who is behind you, you will die in the end." The old man said in a weak voice.
"Tell me what am I dealing with?" Sam replied rather cynically.
"You can make fun of me all you want for now. That arrogance won't last long if you fight the black water."
"So, you said that the Black Water is so strong that I would die if it fought him." Sam said in the same tone.
"You want to die." Said the old man clearly angered by Sam's ridicule.
"I dropped the Black water branch on the cliff town of Falcon when I had just entered the Beginner stage and killed the great magician you placed there.
And after a few months, I was a Late stage novice and a newborn magician right in front of me was completely restrained, his life and death depending on my decision.
You have the guts to threaten your organization. You should see your standards before you warn me. Rubbish." Sam sneered as he took a chair from his barn and sat on it with his legs crossed.
"You may be the greatest underground power in an empire or even a continent, even the entire world. But if this is really the standard of your organization, better keep your conversation.
Because you're not worthy."
When Sam said these words, the old man's face reddened in embarrassment.
"Watt, tie him to that chair" Sam said, pointing at Luther.
Watt tied. Luther's face was filled with panic and despair. He had no idea that Sam could catch them like this and even destroy them in a matter of minutes.
Now, when he looked into Sam's eyes, he almost peed in his pants. Because the idea of kidnapping Watt was his.
He clearly knows that something is going on with this competition and they can't touch Sam, so he gives the idea to capture Watt and get the info out of him.
But Watt turns out to be a monster, he kills someone on the spot and nearly kills the other five. If not for the intervention of the Great Witch, they would have definitely failed to catch this fellow.
He thinks that his plan worked but because he doesn't know that Sam has a way to track them down after a while of kidnapping.
Sam just stared at this man in silence, he didn't even blink and just stared coldly. Behind Luther the restrained Old Man also looked toward Sam and could not see what was on his mind.
After waiting in silence, footsteps could be heard from the stairs. Everyone in the room looked in that direction except Sam and Watt.
The Marquis and Jack went inside leaving Sky outside.
"Sam, what's going on here?" The marquis asked as soon as he entered the room but when he saw his son tied to a chair, he did not know what to think, his first thought was that Sam was scolded by his son and the first to take action. .
But when he saw the old man, he immediately became serious. The old man was obviously a newborn stage cultivator, but his energy was constantly leaking and he was becoming increasingly weaker.
Sam did not look towards the Marquis and said. "You'd better ask your son what's going on here."
Luther did not even dare to look at his father let alone speak.
Watt looked at the silent father-son duo while sneering.
"Your son, an esteemed member of the Black Water is presented right in front of you."
When the Marquis heard these words, he became even sadder than angry. He liked his second son the most because the first and third sons, not knowing how to be humble at all, they were ambitious, even too ambitious that their ambitions were beyond their intelligence and abilities.
His second son, always satisfied with what he had and always thought of ways to maximize his limited resources.
The marquis looked at Sam, who had remained silent the entire time and then looked at Watt clearly asking what the situation was.
When Watt told him everything, Sam stood up, looked at the Marquis and said.
"What I'm going to do, it might make you hate me and make us both enemies, of course it depends on how you think about it.
If I do it when you're not around and you find out later, and come to me for revenge. I don't have enough patience to deal with all that." He stops and signals Watt.
Watt took a step toward Luther, while Sam took out a large energy cell signaling Jack to take a step back.
Watt took out two cards made of Silver meteorite sand and moved.
"Dad save me, help me save me." Luther shouted with all his might.
At first, he resigned himself to his fate and accepted his death, but when he saw Watt's cold eyes, he remembered how much torment Watt had endured and he felt fear. He peed his pants while asking his father for help.
"You're too noisy." Before the Marquis could say anything, Watt cut off Luther's tongue stopping his cry for help.
Watt began circling the chair as he began to cut and slash all over his body. He had no way to shout out his pain due to the state of his tongue.
The marquis was about to make a move, but he suddenly felt an enormous killing intent. He looked at Sam who was looking at him.
Although the other party did not say a word, he could understand the message.
"You move and you die."
Sam was actually planning to do it. All he had to do was make the entire energy cell collapse by making it unstable. With the time period of the explosion, he must drag Watt and Jack into the divine dimension together.
The remaining people will die for everything he cares about.
The marquis looked at Sam and then looked at the old man, he did not move and said.
"What if I execute him in public? I'll kill him myself. Please ask him to stop, is it necessary to make it through this much torment?" The marquis asked sadly.
His son was being slashed right in front of him but he could do nothing. Even if his son deserved this, he as a father would rather not let him through this.
"I don't care if you're going to kill him yourself or for your public execution. All I believe in is the reply I can give.
Because of your son, my subordinates are suffering. He can only blame himself."
By the time, he was done with his words, the screams became louder, Watt finished skinning almost all of Luther's outer layers.
His metal card was completely covered in blood, but he did not stop, there was unsettling anger in his eyes, he kept moving and moving.
The flesh on top of the bones began to fall down layer by layer.
"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaa...."
"Klnoooo." Luther's incomprehensible screams of suffering. The marquis closed his eyes and tears began to flow.
Soon Luther's screams subsided as his soul left his body. His body remained limp in the chair. The marquis looked at the skeleton that had several pieces of flesh and even several internal organs visible.
Sam left the Marquis crying and walked towards Old Man who swallowed his nervousness. After all, he was the one who ordered the punishment on Watt.
The informant himself had suffered this fate, what about him?
Sam approached and asked in a low voice almost whispering.
"Are you thinking about what you're going to face?"
The old man involuntarily nodded his head.
"You'll see."
Sam took out his Blood collector and stabbed the man near his heart as he started collecting his blood.
After nearly half of the blood was drawn, Sam took a step back and let the queen out.
The queen biting her neck for a long time slowly absorbed the spiritual energy. Life force is starting to leak. His strong body had already become weak after all the suffering, now he was almost a bag of bones.
Just as she was on the verge of death, the queen left her and with a wave of her hand, the termite queen was replaced with three Grasshopper Queens.
They began to eat meat from his body especially internal organs.
Eventually the normal insects came out and started eating the rest of the meat leaving only the bones clean. Immediately, the formation died down.
Sam put the chain away.
He walks away with Watt and Jack leaves the crying but frightened Marquis in the room.
