Chapters 193. Discussing Collaboration

Sam visits the four tower chiefs to get the deal he proposed and his many badges become very useful. As for the head of the Pharmaceutical tower where he was not a part of, Sam did not even have the same resistance that he had in the other three towers.

Their previous agreement on the potion made the discussion easier.
