Chapter 75. First Steps in the Plan

That night, the eastern region of the city, fell into chaos. Notably, many gang members from Eastern gangs were found dead in many areas. In addition, several inns and restaurants were left on fire or collapsed completely.

The East Gang and the city guards on duty all got a huge shock. Murder is very fast. Nobody knows who the killer is. But all they could see was that the assassin came with a bird-type beast and killed his target wordlessly and left in silence.

When he came out Watt had already returned from the Artisan tower. Sam takes the parts and goes to the basement of the mansion to where Jack and Watt can only follow.

He begins assembling the machine under the shocked and confused gazes of Jack and Watt. By the time he finished, it was already afternoon.
