Chapters 225. Third Floor

When Sam went to the third floor, there was no one else in the corridor. Only two rooms were occupied and that was it.

The rooms are the fourth and fifth rooms. Sam entered the first room and was greeted with a holographic screen.

"In this room you will be tested for your fighting power against the puppet, one attempt will be considered complete if you are defeated or you defeat the puppet.

Ranking will be published by evaluating your prowess based on the amount of effort you put into completing the stage and the time you took to beat the puppet."

For the next few minutes, the puppet actually attacked with a combination of wind, fire, and sword.

Sam only defended himself while observing the puppet's behavior. And after a long time he confirmed that the puppet does not imitate his movements or techniques. These are more like pre-programmed robots with specific sets of combat elements and techniques and they will only be triggered if the candidate uses certain warrior elements or skills.

Because, Sam used wind blades, fire elements, and swords. Puppets attacked them and were used on these three aspects.

He waited for five minutes, when the door opened and someone was taken out of it and more importantly the person looked dazed.

Only after the door was firmly closed did the person regain consciousness.

But he's still a little confused. Sam walked around and was about to open the door, and the man who came out stopped him.

Sam turned around and looked at him and only he realized that this man also came from the thunder god temple. He is not from another kingdom.

Now Sam was a Tier 3 Great realm and the puppet in room two was a Tier 4 Great realm.

Sam didn't use any elemental energy this time. He started attacking at close range and especially with fists.

Door opens. Sam walked out with some charred wood chips still stuck to his body. He did not care about them because he thought they would come off on their own when he passed the door because he assumed that there would be certain actions to be taken so that the participants could not take all the items spoils.

But as he walked out, he was dazed when he saw that the pieces of wood were still stuck to his shirt.

This took him by surprise and he was so shocked that he did not realize there was a group of four people in front of him and one of them was the idiot he had sent flying before.

As Sam wonders if he can bring the items out or not, the group of four starts attacking and Sam finally realizes it.

Two minutes later.

Sam had a grim expression as his precious thought process was interrupted and around him were four people lying as they bled out from their mouths.

Their teeth were completely dislodged and their faces were bruised and swollen.

Sam did not even see them a second time and went towards the third room.
