Watt floated in the canyon with his eyes closed. He became one with the wind. All the spectators seemed to have gotten used to it but they were still amazed by Watt's persistence.
But Watt was in a completely different world. The main reason he had come here was to achieve elemental fusion. He was amazed when he saw Sam's fire element fusion and he understood its advantages. The consumption of spiritual energy may be high, but in certain cases, the state of elemental fusion provides more advantages.
As for his wind element, wind was present in almost all possible battle locations and he could use it to increase his speed, agility, senses, and battle awareness. His attacks would become easier to execute and he could control the metal cards more efficiently as the surrounding wind would be easier to manipulate.
Although he could still temper the body using the wind element which would increase his chances in element fusion, he was able to temper the body, he did not have the same comprehension ability as Sam had and he used the easiest way he could think of.
Since he needed the fusion of wind elements and wanted to be like the wind, he would force himself to feel how the wind worked and become one with it.
Although this method seemed brutal and difficult to endure, he was still able to see the results and he could easily perform partial fusion.
After a week of progress, he was able to undergo elemental fusion with his skin.
And this time, he could control himself to become part of a certain wind current without being thrown into the cliff wall like a rag doll, but he could not remain silent completely.
In fact, if Watt failed to obtain at least fifty percent elemental fusion, he would remain trapped in this wind current forever, provided he could stay alive for that long.
For his survival, he absorbed the wind element energy from the currents and occasionally stuffed the minced meat directly into his throat through the space jade.
As he was immersed in his training, he suddenly felt a crisis and he immediately opened his eyes. An arrow shot towards. He tilted his head slightly and caught the arrow with his hand.
He immediately styled his body so that he could get a better view and use partial elemental fusion so that he could withstand the flow of wind and move more slowly. He saw someone standing on the cliff where he jumped.
This was a young man in his early twenties. He held a bow and looked at Watt with a strange smile.
While Watt was watching him, the man once again shot an arrow and surprisingly he did not aim at Watt, instead, he aimed at some random spot in the canyon, instead, but the current of the wind deflected the arrow and shot towards Watt.
Watt barely dodged it and the arrow flew past him, after a few twists, the arrow hit the canyon wall.
He looked at his opponent coldly, he did not know who this person was, but he knew why he was here. Sam had warned him earlier that some troublemakers would come looking for him. He simply did not expect to be stuck in such a difficult position.
Right now, he was trapped within the wind currents and it was extremely difficult to get out of here. But the other party seemed to be utilizing the wind currents to his advantage and attacked with arrows.
One arrow after another came from a different direction and Watt began to have difficulty avoiding it.
He sensed that the arrow also incorporated wind element energy and the energy also metamorphosed in such a way that it would need help from wind currents and move accordingly.
After more than ten arrows, the person fired two arrows consecutively in two directions.
This time, Watt could feel the arrow coming from both directions. Due to the presence of more than a dozen wind currents, there were several crossing points where the wind currents collided partially and veered into each other creating a chaotic space filled with strong winds.
Watt uses those points to change the wind currents he enters at all times.
Now, this fellow also used this point to fire two arrows at Watt.
Watt had to say that he was impressed. This person can actually deduce the direction of the wind current and the crossing point and get the exact timing that any normal person would be almost impossible to do.
But Watt was not nervous at all. He still had a trump card and it was his silver wind. If the impulse comes to push, he can use the silver wind to surf in the wind currents and can find a way to escape from the canyon.
Watt began to concentrate on the person intently, his opponent was a Level-1 Grand realm cultivator at most and Watt was very confident that he could deal with it if they fought normally.
Watt left the arrow that was fired towards him alone and did not care for them for a second and curled up into a ball and he fell from that place and entered another current of wind.
The attacker was somewhat confused when Watt repeated the same thing over and over again and only stopped him after making the same move dozens of times.
When Watt stopped, the attacker was shocked. Right now, Watt was completely covered by the wind element energy as he floated in the same place without any movement.
This is the intersection of the six points of wind currents. Although being stable in this place was difficult for Watt at the moment, he could still stay there for about half an hour.
And he believed that half an hour was enough for him to face the opponent.
As he floated there, his opponent grinned and shot arrows in all directions quickly, but this time, Watt still held on, but in a very different way. He took out the cards and started throwing them. The card has less resistance than the arrow and each arrow is cut vertically and the card rises and sticks to the cliff wall.
And with that, a serious projectile war continued.
The assailant shot arrows one by one and his face became increasingly dark as each arrow was cut. And to his chagrin, Watt did not even need to use the same amount of spiritual energy as him.
Watt mostly uses wind currents, although he may not be able to calculate currents and time settings like an archer, he has spent enough time here to get to know all the wind currents and patterns.
At this moment, the spectators near the entrance of the entire canyon saw the battle and were completely shocked. Whether the archer attack used the entire wind current or the Watt method to counter it, both were unexpected. All they could do was watch it in amazement.
The archer slowly lost his temper and he took out another arrow and this time it was much different from the previous case because this one had some runes engraved on it.
He concentrated the elemental energy into arrows and bows as they shone brightly. The amount of energy is far behind what Watt can use. That's because of the level difference.
As the archer pulled the bowstring to an extreme level, he stared at Watt with a hint of admiration. The blood vessels in his hand nearly exploded and his entire body surged with force, this was his ultimate move, he believed that he could defeat Watt with this.
Although it may not be able to kill Watt, its purpose is not to kill him.
Just as he was about to release his arrow, he saw a strange smile on Watt's face and his expression became solemn, but he was late.
At this time, Watt released another metal card, it flew through the current and stabbed itself in the cliff wall and suddenly there was a great explosion on the wall and the wall happened to be where the archer stood.
The archer immediately lost his footing and fell into the canyon and anxiously, the attack he had conjured avenged made him vomit blood.
He was like a kite in a hurricane, like Watt in his first day, he could not control his body and fell down several times before coming to Watt.
Watt stretched out his hand and caught his neck. He took out the person's spatial ring and used a metal card to cut his throat before throwing it away.
In fact, before he died he did not know how he died and his soul left his body in confusion.
Actually, it's pretty easy. Watt threw the cards in such a way that they would be impaled on the cliff wall in a certain position.
The cards may be small, but the attacks and damage they cause are not too small. Due to repeated attacks on the wall, Watt ended up using a card with inscriptions engraved on it.
There were some cards with inscriptions given to him by Sam. And because the explosion caused by the broken stone inscription was destroyed. In fact, the volume of the broken stone was very small, and it could barely accommodate the two legs of the attacker, but it was enough to make the other party lose his footing and enter the canyon.
Watt had planned this from the start, he might not be able to attack him from within the canyon, but that didn't mean he couldn't get the other party inside. And so, the other party was inside, it was his territory.
Unlike, the previous two people did not even have any conversation, but Watt did not care. He had just left his corpse to get lost with the flow and he returned to training. After a few days of getting lost, if it crashes towards the entrance of the canyon, where people are cleaned so as not to block the entrance.
