Chapter 400. First Doll

Sam pressed a button on the machine and a small square plate next to the open glass screen.

It also revealed a crystal glass screen but this was Green in color.

He placed his hand on it and willed his spiritual consciousness to travel into the machine. Sam could feel him leaving his body and entering the machine.

His feelings changed and he felt like a completely different entity. His body just stood there motionless.

His spiritual consciousness went into the core of the Puppet that was inside the Machine. He could sense all the engine parts as well as the raw materials, energy cells, equipment and fuel tanks that were not part of the engine.

The best part was that Sam could see the design he placed on the glass screen. He could see every detail up close.

The energy from the energy cell is pulled and the arm starts to move, Sam picks up material from the hole. Then he put it in an open fire pit and closed it. He ignited methane gas and a fire raged in the hole.

The metal soon entered a red hot condition. Sam did not let the metal melt directly, if he wanted to make the liquid metal casting, he would have to make some changes to the machine. They are minutes though, but important.

The arm moved and pulled the metal out of the hole. Now a bright red metal blob. The arm took the lump and placed it inside one of the pillars.

Of the two pillars near the fire pit, this was the main goal, one side had a groove and the other side had several beams suspended.

In the next second, a very dense circular metal cylinder came out of the beam and plugged the metal into the groove.

This is actually not an efficient method, a groove box technically called a swage block will make the metal take the desired shape, but it is mostly done on the floor to avoid instability. Of course, Sam was able to do so due to the stability of the machine and some additional inscriptions that prevented the metal from falling.

After hammering into the groove, the other arm moves and pushes the metal out, the metal does not stick inside.

Now, Sam has a small metal cylinder in his 'hand'. The workpiece changed hands and got to the second part of the engine, inside the compartment, there was a small empty compartment, and Sam placed a hot piece of metal inside. With several wind and water inscriptions combined, the metal was cooled.

The chisel removes metal from the workpiece in the form of small metal fragments and a smooth surface appears.

This operation is called rotating. After a normal spin, Sam began to rotate objects in various lengths and diameters.

Now, the cylinder has a lot of grooves on it. After that, another arm appeared and this time held the drill bit. The drill bit does not rotate, but is stationary and held along a rotating workpiece and is made a hole along the cylinder.

After that, Sam performed many other operations, such as Knurling, threading, and such before cutting the workpiece from its holder, only this part of the workpiece was useful.

After that, he placed the scraps and metal splinters in the raw material compartment.

The first component of the machine is ready and this happens in a few moments, with this machine he can not only do the whole process faster than usual, he does it more efficiently. It is more efficient and accurate compared to him who usually tries to make it in the machine.

He doesn't have to move objects from machine to machine and he has no faults, Sam is overjoyed at the success of the production unit.

But then, a thought appeared in his mind. What should he name?

Sam continued to make components one after another, the machine arm moved as if it was his own hand, after one day of continuous manufacturing, the, Sam finally finished all of his components and now there is something else to do on the components before he finishes his assembly.

There is a complicated mechanism in one of the arms and it is the core component of the puppet. The puppet core that Sam and the space jade created contained energy cells that acted as resources.

Then came the outer shell of the doll and now all the additional arms have been assembled and welds made if needed. After that, Sam took out two crystal-like objects and placed them in place of the eyes and the final assembly was a wing object.

They're made of Sam's new alloy. He created the alloy after various experiments. The wings are transparent and thin. But they're very sharp. They may look easy to break, but that would be a pretty good feat to accomplish.

All of the metals Sam used were Grade-7 metals capable of forging high-level weapons that could injure Pre-transcendents easily.

Even Transcendent stage cultivators would not be able to do so.

After assembly is completed. Sam finally only had one step before his puppet was ready and that was Spiritual Enchantment.

He must enchant the spirit. Puppets were such a type and had abilities that would be better displayed if a spirit was bewitched instead of a puppeteer.

The two metal arms that had a pen at the end began to draw a secret circle on the square platform while the puppet was suspended in midair with the rest of its arms.

After the secret circle was completed, he placed the puppet on the Platform and activated the circle. The dark void seemed to have opened in the center of the circle, but the puppet was still there without falling into the void.

Inside the void, many lost souls seemed to be wandering around while making a terrifying sound.

As the secret circle shone, one of the souls near them was captured by him and dragged forcefully into this world. The spirit that now looked like a ball of light was forcefully dragged towards the puppet and entered into it.

Inside the doll at the core of the doll, an abandoned trail showing spiritual charm succeeded.

Sam's consciousness returned to his body and he opened his eyes. He looked at the puppet, whose crystal had a dim light at this moment.

Its wings flapped as it flew and started to float in the air.

It's actually a doll that looks more like a bee.

This is direct surveillance. The screen shows whatever the bee's eye sees.

And this is just one of its functions.

His first doll design was successful, all he had to do was to mount it with the necessary accessories for his attacking movements and everything would be as good as it did.

But this is not the time to enter the market. The only reason to make it faster is because he needs a lot of time to focus on other things later. For sales and business, you can wait a while.
