Sam did not even move from his chair as he simply threw a laser beam at the crystal on the table.
The mirror does the rest of the trick.
Every time a Vampire moves, Sam shoots them with a beam of light. Since he was the one who installed the mirror, he knew exactly how it worked and how he had to shoot into the crystal to hit it.
Their bodies slowly began to receive the burden of the attack.
Sam activated his energy vision and looked at them carefully, as long as he could detect any form of energy, he would attack that Vampire.
He didn't give them a single chance for leniency. He didn't give them time to defend or attack Sam. They didn't even have the chance to change into their form.
Sam found this very easy. All he needed was to lure them into a trap and they were done.
He saw them and spoke.
"I've got a game for you. I'll ask you a question and the answer will avoid an attack for a minute, if no one answers, the intensity of the attack will increase by ten percent for every minute you delay.
Let's start with the first question.
Was it just the Vampire race that was involved in this war or was there another race of the Undead realm involved?"
Sam said as he shot out a continuous beam of light. The six were struck in six different places and slowly their skin burned.
They can't stand it anymore and everyone wants to talk, but one person beats the other for it.
"Vampires, Ghouls, and Wights are involved. But only Vampires and Ghouls are currently here, wights are not coming."
Sam smiled and made a small finger gesture that made that one person free from this torment. The remaining five were shot with a beam of light of the same intensity.
After a minute had passed, Sam once again put in the sixth person and asked the second question.
"What's your purpose in coming here? What is the real purpose of this war?"
This time it didn't take long before one of them opened his mouth.
"We don't know the exact details, all we know is to lead the Minotaur and Orcs to capture the four major cities and the City Council in the dwarf territory, and our task will be completed. We'll just get more details once we finish."
Sam changed the crystal position once again and let this person go.
After another minute, Sam once again asked.
"What gray rock did you get?"
"That's the rocks of the undead realm. Volcanic rock formed by Volcano called Eternal Volcano.
They are hard to find and they have value. Our class is one of the lowest classes, it transforms every living being into an undead by burning their vitality and soul."
"What is the progress of this war in other cities and towns?"
"The dwarves were completely caught off guard by the Minotaur and Orc attacks. They could not react in time and almost all the villages were looted.
One of the cities that was attacked by the Orcs was destroyed and the people retreated to the mansion of the city chief. They're still working on it.
Another city had destroyed its walls and they were still at war.
The third city is being occupied by us.
The last city is this.
As for the City. War is balanced. Dwarves are stronger than we thought and they defend against the top dogs of both breeds.
There's not much we can do on that battlefield."
"Why is it only the early stage Pre-transcendent stage Vampires in this place?"
"We can't send people of superior cultivation. This is our limit."
"So, when do the wights come here?"
"Two weeks."
Sam asked a few more questions and asked their storage device before throwing a chessboard at them.
All six disappeared and Sam finally stopped his light attack.
He checked their items and checked all the scrolls to see if the information they provided was suitable and indeed correct.
After finishing it, all that was left for him to do was deal with the Minotaur army.
The table usually consumes a lot of energy and now he even uses his light element, the energy consumed is very high. There was no way he could drink it without any other energy intake.
After recovering a little, he observed the war. The Minotaur was fine for a while as they tried to survive, but Sam sent a series of messages to his friends and they became aggressive. All along, even though they had the upper hand, the scenery seemed to still have a chance for the Minotaur for their superior members, but they were finished soon after this.
Two Minotaurs were killed at each location almost instantly. This made all of them afraid as they began to retreat. They tried to wait for orders from the Vampires, but they had not given any orders for the past half hour.
So they don't care anymore and come back.
The enemy slowly retreated and felt a loss.
Sam simply ordered a cleanup and did not chase them.
The minotaur was just a pawn, there was no need for him to exert too much energy and suffer losses to deal with pawns. He had to wait for the other part of the game to come out.
He did order one thing. Minotaur with elemental affinity. Especially the newborn stage. He had to make his own chess team. The first was the Minotaur team. All the pawns will be a newborn stage Minotaur with elemental affinity and he will collect them.
Even if he did not manage to gather the rest of his pieces, he would leave it for now. The second team is the undead team.
He would gather the Vampires, Ghouls, and Wights who came here.
Right now, he has six vampires and from what he heard, the city is most troubled and they've already sent a call to another vampire who takes on another city.
They would come here soon and Sam also issued some tokens that would send a signal to the Vampires who were inside the Minotaur territory gathering troops.
The weight will still take two weeks. If Sam managed to gather the remaining sixteen Vampires, then it would be good, otherwise, he would collect vampires, ghosts, and wights combined and create a chess team.
After properly training them inside this chessboard, he would train obedience and obedience into their souls and make them part of his army and army.
They can be elite and will work solely for him and his organization.
As for why Sam gathered this army, it was simple. He did not know where he went with the duties of those gods. But he wanted to be prepared for all kinds of scenarios. If there was a time when he needed an army behind him, he would not be in a position where he would be a sitting duck, trying to gather an army in such a short amount of time.
Sam removed the thought from his head and began making preparations for the next attack. Since the element of surprise was missing along with the wall, it was better for him to add another line of defense to replace the wall and he once again felt like using water.
While Sam is planning a near future in a distant place, someone is planning to end his future.
Indra is currently in a meeting with several gods.
He had just finished speaking his mind about what he had planned and the other gods couldn't help but feel a little ashamed of him.
"Indra, you are the king of all the lesser gods in the Hindu realm. Don't you feel it's inappropriate to be this low to plan this much against a player? You're becoming more and more insolent. You may not have endured the same tribulation as everyone else to become your god now, but you should at least think of your position and honor before you do something like this."
Kartikeya pointed his finger at him furiously and stood up.
"Hmph, do you really think you can talk to me like that? You are also a god of the Hindu realm, do not forget that I am also a king to you."
Kartikeya suddenly released his aura and looked at Indra coldly. The whole room was filled with the smell of blood.
"Do you believe me, I can destroy you now and go beg for forgiveness from Brahma who put you in this position.
I'm sure he won't do much to me, except for a small punishment as long as I don't knock you out. After all, my father was a destroyer of nature, no one wanted to get on his bad side and that included the creator.
Would you like to try it?"
He said as a spear appeared in his hand and he stabbed it into the table in front of him.
Indra gulped nervously.
Kartikeya looked at her and grinned before saying.
"I don't think so. So, you better take care of your tongue. The only reason you are king is that the other gods underestimate the position that includes me. I can take you out of my sleep if I want to."
With that, he pulled his spear and left the place.
But Indra did not stop his plan. He looked at the other gods and said.
"My plan is still on the table."
He looked at others and said.
"You're the one who sent the Inheritance Palace next. I'm not asking you to make it unfair, all you have to do is change the next Inheritance Palace. I'll give you everything I promise if you support it. This proposal."
The rest thought for a while and they nodded after negotiating for a better price. They feel their players can suffer a bit because of this.
"We'll see you in the meeting." With those words, everyone left.
