Passed the scholarship

Time goes fast, it does not feel it has been almost 1 month since Ara enrolled to get a scholarship x.

Tuti approached me. ";Ara, congratulations on my scholarship x. You're great, you know. Our friends are 1st class only 5 people who escaped. You're Amir one of them." Tuti congratulated me.

I was shocked and very happy. Absolutely surprise.

"Tik really got away? " i said in a tone of disbelief.

Tuti nodded. "Try yourself to the noticeboard on the right," said Tuti, pointing to one of the notice boards.

I rushed to the notice board.And it was true, there were my names, Amir, Icha, Suci and Kholid. I'm happy and very happy. I can use the scholarship money to buy books.

I am very grateful for being able to qualify for this x scholarship, because the ones that apply a lot and only a few people received.

"Ara, congratulations... You got that scholarship x" said Amir, surprising me from behind. Excited, I didn't realize there was Amir behind me.

"Yes Amir, I'm so happy. But you got it too, congratulations."

Amir laughed happily while nodding.

After the last lecture was over, I immediately went home, I was waiting for an angkot. Only this time I'm alone, because the friends who are one lane with me have gone home first.

With me getting a scholarship means I can reduce my family's burden. I can help buy the college books and extra for the transportation fare to campus.

I woke up from my sleep. I sat in my study chair and tried to write something in my diary. I wrote my happiness and gratitude for having escaped a scholarship.

I promised to go to college better, more diligent.
