Season 2 #That Wants Him to Listen

In the end, the anger that controlled Araz faded away impassively as Kanya wished him an unfinished birthday. The bad thoughts that originally set Araz's mind in motion began to loosen. His brain is no longer tense. Kanya, for some reason can always carry a wound as well as an antidote at the same time.

If only the girl in Araz's arms knew, how messed up she was one day when she knew her lover was eating lunch with his best friend without telling him first. Also how messed up he was when eomma suddenly called and congratulated the year that even Araz himself forgot if it was now February 20th.

Araz's mind was getting crowded with things that paralyzed his brain. Especially when eomma asked him to go back to Bandung to celebrate his birthday. Araz is increasingly unable to think clearly and chooses to escape rather than having to confirm directly to Kanya or Hanung about what really happened. And now, all the torturous lara for this one day, vanished in Kanya's arms. Yes, although he could not deny, there was still a feeling that stuck in his heart. Even so, at least Araz was already relieved. That's all that matters.

While Kanya, who was still in Araz's arms, patted the man's back gently. He knew something had happened that provoked Araz's fury that he had never seen before. Even so, the woman's lips were still locked. Kanya wants to, Araz himself told her about what happened. However, for nearly fifteen minutes they hugged, no words were spoken from Araz's lips. They are both mute. Busy with noisy thoughts running around in their heads.

Especially Kanya. The woman was guessing what might have happened to her lover. Is his job not according to plan today? Or was there an event related to his birthday and made Araz angry? Maybe, because Kanya doesn't know that Araz's birthday is probably today. But if it's true that simple matter makes Araz so angry, how immature he is. Though Kanya knows best, Araz is not the childish type of spoiled man. This is no longer the time to argue about such a thing. There must have been something else that had happened to Araz that he looked so angry.

"Is there anything that bothers you, Mas Araz?" ask Kanya in the end. He doesn't have to stay silent much longer.

The man is still silent. Only his breathing was getting more regular. Unlike before that it was ready to explode at an indeterminate moment. Perhaps, if Kanya had not been right to deal with it, the anger in Araz's eyes could have completely burned her.

"Okay, I'm waiting for Mas Araz to tell you a story," Kanya added when Araz did not make a sound. The woman did not want to rush. There's still time. There was still plenty of time to temper the emotions lodged in Araz's eyes.

"Just a moment. Let me hug you in a minute." That's the sentence Araz then said after a long time hugging Kanya's body.

"Yes, okay. Mas Araz can for as long as possible hug me anyway."

Kanya's hand still gently patted Araz's back. He also muttered a song that randomly popped into his mind. Araz's breathing is getting quieter.

"I'm angry at myself" Araz said after a long silence.

"Why? What makes Mas Araz angry with himself?"

Slowly anointed Araz's hug on Kanya. The man looked into the eyes of his lover who looked so sincere in love with him. Araz increasingly felt guilty for ignoring the girl. Even let him wait a long time when he had to go home. However, the turmoil in Araz's heart did not completely disappear. There is still a sense of suspicion left when remembering Kanya's meeting with Hanung that she accidentally knew.

"Gossip in the office is getting more and more uncontrollable. I want to do something for you, but I'm just consumed by cheap gossip that they spread about you as well as Hanung."

Kanya's eyes were rounded upon hearing Araz's confession. He looked at the man who was now bowing at the wheel. Avoiding Kanya's seemingly incredulous views.

"Mas Araz is jealous of the rumors Carol's been spreading?" Kanya's question makes Araz go deeper. "Mas Araz is jealous of Mas Hanung? But Mas Hanung is Mas Araz's best friend. How could it be?"

"It's precisely because Hanung is my best friend that I can't control this feeling because I know exactly how she is."

"Yes, it is, Mas Hanung is really ugly track record, but it is ... ."

Kanya sighed. No, he kept his word loose. That's not what Araz wants to hear from Kanya. Not an excuse or a defense that actually seems cornered. The woman knows very well. A jealous person cannot think logically with logic. And, Kanya doesn't want to aggravate Araz's situation.

"Mas, there's one thing Mas Araz needs to know. Ever since I first met Mas Hanung, he had already regarded me as a protege. As a sister outside office hours. Sometimes as a friend at certain times. Yes, indeed, sometimes he likes to tease with crazy compliments like you look beautiful using bright colors or your hair is good when pigtailed. But yes it is just a small compliment that means nothing. Besides, Mas Hanung also often does that to the girl he meets, right? But where does she intend to actually date after marrying Sinta's mother?"

Araz did not answer Kanya's statement. What the woman said was not wrong. Even Araz was embarrassed by her childish attitude. It's just, the upset feeling still does not want to leave immediately. It still lingered in his brain shell and made him look more and more like a fool.

"One thing that Mas Araz needs to be sure of right now. I love Mas Araz. No, I love Mas Araz. It's not easy to start a relationship again after what I've been through all this time. Araz knows exactly what I mean. So, how could I possibly be swayed by Mas Hanung? Even if it is his intention to be the same Mas Hanung, it has also been PDKT-in, '" said Kanya half-joking so that the ice between them immediately melts. However, Araz's face still looked stiff even though anger no longer danced in his two eyes. "Or is there anything else that Mas Araz wants to hear?"

The man seemed hesitant. However, if it is not resolved immediately it only makes him more curious. And that, obviously only made their relationship worse. So, Araz decided to ask instead of having to harbor an out-of-place jealousy. After all, he still needed Hanung. Moreover, he needed Kanya so much to stay beside him.

"I accidentally saw you eating with Hanung and Abi. And, it made me uncomfortable after hearing rumors that were growing in the office. Sorry if I avoided you."

Kanya does not expect that her accidental encounter has hurt Araz and made the man think more negatively, after hearing cheap gossip that is not important at all. Even so, the woman did not seem surprised in the slightest. It made Araz feel guilty for thinking badly about his girlfriend and best friend.

"I failed to meet the source this afternoon. Random just pick a coffee shop near the office of the source I met. It turns out to meet Mas Hanung with Abi who is having lunch. If you know that, why Mas Araz did not even bother anyway. It will not be necessary to think negative thoughts that actually make you tired of heart."

"I'm sorry, I was wrong."

"Eh but it's okay ding. If Mas Araz had cheered on us, Mas Hanung would not be able to tell if Mas Araz today is his birthday." Kanya's smile expands. The curvilinear line on the woman's face is contagious on Araz even though it is still the tip of the lip.

"So you don't know it's my birthday if you don't tell me about Hanung?" tanya Araz sounded anxious. No longer suppressing anger as before.

Kanya's laughter is getting wider. "I'm sorry, I'm not a census officer anyway. Here hug again, make a birthday gift."

The line on Araz's lips grew wider. Cuddled again the sweet girl while frowning her cheeks as well as her forehead repeatedly.

"Mas Araz. Hitherto. So, want to go straight back or down first?" kanya asks to stop Araz's attack which makes her ticklish.

"We are living somewhere."

"Where?"

"Hand."

"Eh?"

Without waiting for Kanya's approval, Araz started the car engine, then passed from the basement floor of the woman's apartment. His determination was already unanimous, he had to immediately introduce Kanya to his parents.
