The Dark Slayer's

The Dark Slayer's
[S3] Chapter 1 : True Genius √

After entering the white door, Leon is now in an empty dimension. As far as the eye could see, there was nothing but black boxes scattered about.

The box is quite large, so Leon can stand balanced on one of the boxes without fear of falling. The black-haired youth with his right hand that had been replaced using the shadow technique glared around.

"Sounds like there's no sign of an exit from here?" murmured, slowly.

Leon stepped foot, forward even though he did not know what was ahead there. His right hand had now turned into a pointy like a spear.

"Hm .. having this shadowy hand turns out to be useful" Leon said as he glanced at his right hand. "But most importantly, I have to find a way out."

Immediately he ran, observing around carefully. This scene was new to him, but he continued to ignore it as if he had seen it often.

About a few hours had passed since Leon had run, not a single clue regarding the exit. He was so tired, he sat cross-legged on a black box.

"It's just empty space." His sentence paused for a moment because he sighed. "What's special?"

So far it will be very tiring for Leon if you have to continue to circle the empty space without knowing how wide this place really is. If it continues, it may take several years for him to get out alive.

However, Leon is always convinced that something must have a way out. In any case, to find that path must continue to search.

Using the unyielding principle, Leon twisted his brain continuously. While in that state, suddenly a blond girl appeared in his mind room.

"Haha, I didn't think we could meet again" said the girl.

Leon just smiled warmly at the blonde-haired girl. "You're right, but somehow I feel like there's been something strange about my body since the mysterious forest was destroyed."

"There may be a reason for this." The girl showed a confused expression on her face.

"Causes, yes ...." Leon looked up, staring at the orange sky and scattered with stars. Not infrequently also seen here a long line stretched in the sky which momentarily disappeared.

Previously, when the sun slowly rose emitted its warm rays. Leon stood in front of a white door.

"Am I supposed to stay here and die with my friends?" muttered. "After all this, somehow my desire to get out of the forest has disappeared completely."

The young man's heart was worried about making a choice. All of his past memories made him realize that it was his fault that got him here. Pride has destroyed it without being ordered.

The rumbling sign of destruction drew closer, but Leon was still hesitant to decide. Suddenly, such a huge energy directly entered his body. "Aragh!" He screamed, the pain spreading all over his body without exception.

His eyes blackened, a black-colored aura also encompassed him. Slowly, the immense power was absorbed by Leon using the Black Crystal stone on his chest.

Still, even though it has been pressed and processed in such a way as to be controlled by it. The energy kept coming until it almost made the Black Crystal of Leon crack.

Shortly before the massive energy destroyed Leon, a beam of light shot out from his Black Crystal and reduced the energy. Leon's breath was still breathless, sweat soaking all over his body like after a bath.

"Leon, stay alive!" someone in Leon's mind.

"Just kill you!"

"You don't deserve to be here!"

"Stay alive, Leon!"

Leon closed his ears, as there was another voice mocking him, telling him to die immediately. The voices in his mind room grew increasingly boisterous, until he was fed up with hearing them.

"Go! Leave me!" Leon shouted as loud as possible, and then the noise disappeared.

Those words made Leon calmer. The two hands that covered his ears lowered him.

The rain had subsided since then, but the ground still collapsed and the sky continued to rumble. Leon's gaze was sharp forward, he now knew what to do.

"I have to live to make amends, because by continuing to live, bad people like me have a chance to get better." Leon's determination was round, he without hesitation entered into the white door until finally reached this dimension.

"Hey, Ellise ...." Leon's mouth moved saying a sentence. "Your love is back, isn't it?"

The blonde-haired girl in front of Leon brought his face closer, looking into Leon's eyes intently. "Are you not the same?" tanyanya stayed away.

"Actually yes, but my memory is somehow still disturbed. This memory is still vague, not entirely memorable now."

"Maybe it's much better." Ellise just smiled as she turned around.

"What do you mean?" Leon was about to ask further, but ....

"You've got to see it for yourself without needing my help, Leon." A warm smile appeared on Ellise's lips as she turned to Leon.

"Ah, well, I'll find it myself." To respond to Ellise's remark, Leon could only cluck in annoyance at being unable to do anything about it. "Then how do I get out of here?"

"This is your strength, Leon. I am here because of your strength. How could you ask me?"

"This, my power?" Truly, Leon still did not believe in Ellise's words. "You must be kidding me! I might have this much power!"

"No, I'm not kidding. If you don't believe it, it's up to you. I'm just telling you the truth."

"Then, can you teach me how to control this power?"

"I don't know how. Only you know that."

"Mu-just me?"

"Your power is far greater than mine, and I think only you can answer your question of how to control this power."

Leon was silent for a moment, digesting all the information he had obtained. If indeed his old memories were not disturbed, controlling this great power was not a problem. Then, the reason why he created the mysterious forest was definitely not just for fun.

What's more, anyway, he used to be a young scientist, so it's possible to do something for no reason.

Trapped in his mind space, Leon continues to drain energy to be able to remember. However, always, what he saw was only a room full of mist and faintness.

Constantly digging for answers to questions, Leon still can't remember all his past. In fact, no wonder if his memory used to be wrong.

"It's free to keep looking for answers in the past" Ellise said as she walked up to Leon.

"Free?" Leon's amazed.

"The answer you can get through all the events in the mysterious forest."

Shortly after Ellise touched Leon's body, Leon was immediately pushed back into a room full of black boxes.

His eyes opened, and he muttered softly, "I'm a genius, looking for another way out without the need for past records I should be able to do."
