Chapter 2 part 1

The further I walked after parting from Ellise, the more my eyes saw Wolf sitting chatting under a tree with a man I did not know. Seen from the side, the man seemed to be about the same age as us. He was wearing a black shirt and shorts.

“Yo!” I'll sweep them both.

“Oh, hey, Leon!” wolf replied as he glanced at me.

“Who is that person?” I tilted my head, glancing at the person beside Wolf.

Wolf turned his gaze toward the person I had been glancing at for a while. “Name Morfin, I just met him here.”

“What is he our partner?”

“Do you think I'll be friends with the enemy?”

“Entahlah. I just want to make sure.”

The guy named Morfin, just silently listened to our conversation. Apparently, he was not interested in talking either.

I walked towards him, then extended my right hand to him.

“My name is Leon, greetings.”

He smiled and shook my hand. “I'm Morfin, greetings, Leon.”

After saying that, I retracted my hand, turning towards Wolf.

“Are you okay?”

“Ya, there you go.” Wolf's tone of voice sounded flat when answering.

Suddenly, a cold wind blew from the south. My hair became goosebumps, at the same time, I felt a bad feeling.

After a few seconds, Wolf and Morfin, who had been sitting quietly, suddenly stood up. Judging from their mannerisms and expressions, I could tell that it was not only me who had a bad premonition.

“Could this have started?” Wolf muttered softly.

“What has started?” I don't understand what he's muttering.

Wolf sighed, staring straight at me. “Don't I ever say about this at the beginning of our meeting?”

“Mu-maybe ...” I subconsciously took a few steps back. Sweat began to pour out to wet the entire body, this foot did not stop shaking.

The wind blew once again, at the same time, Wolf stared at my eyes sharply. “There is no time to be afraid, Leon.” Wolf. “We'd better go to the north soon.”

I set my breath slowly to clear my mind. As time went on, sweat stopped coming out and my legs no longer trembled.

Although I was not running, my breathing was somehow so heavy that it made my chest a little tight. I stroked my chest with my right hand for a while, until I finally calmed down.

“You've calmed down?” ask Wolf in a flat tone.

Just before I could answer, I remembered someone. “Oh yes, I almost forgot. We should also take Ellise away.” I rushed to the road I had been on.

“Where are you going?” Wolf blocked my way with his left hand.

“No, you can't bring him along with us.”

“What the fuck are you doing?” I snapped while patting Wolf's left arm with my left hand.

“Original you know.” Wolf pushed back. “He it will only slow us.”

I pushed Wolf even tighter than he did to me. “If you don't want to be with her, then I won't want to come with you again.” My anger peaked so quickly.

The heart was so hot when he told me to leave Ellise, that I wanted to tear him into pieces. Filled with rage, I walked through the forest to the hut where Ellise was now.

Arriving there, as I was about to open the door of the hut, I heard a slight commotion inside. The situation is quite strange, I opened the door slowly. The inside of the hut is illuminated by lanterns on the floor. When my eyes glanced to the right side, there were five young men in the middle of the crowd, near them were several neatly arranged spears.

I tried to approach them slowly, but one of them noticed my presence. The man took a spear near them and threw it at me.

I immediately jumped to the right side while continuing to glance towards them. Among them, I could see a girl whose clothes were already in a mess.

In an instant, my already hot heart grew increasingly heated because of it. Without a second thought, I immediately ran towards them and then launched a fist with my right hand at one of them.

When the person I attacked was hit, four others attacked me with their fists one by one.

My face was hit until I took a few steps back, one more punch landed on my stomach until I felt like vomiting. Before he could take a breath, a kick was launched again on my face. I lost my balance and lay weak.

When I finally thought the attack would subside, one of them stomped on my stomach until it made me scream so loudly. The pain spreads throughout the body, and this mouth begins to spit out blood.

“Argh ...” I once again screamed as the man stomped on my stomach.

Laughter echoed inside the hut, one of them being none other than Roman, saying to me, “Hahaha, you think we will be your comrades happily?”

“Breng-sek you ...” My words stammered and quietly.

Actually, I really wanted to beat up Roman right now, but my body was completely unable to move. When I forced myself to move, the pain immediately approached and spread throughout the body.

Roman got closer, without a warning, and he kicked me in the head. One of my teeth floated out from the kick, and blood began to fill this mouth.

The pain I felt was growing because of that kick. However, now I am powerless to retaliate.

Argha! I hate myself so weak. Now my precious friend is in need of help. But why am I so weak.

Damnit damnit! Damnit damnit! Damnit damnit!

Please! Anybody! Please save Ellise!

My heart screamed, and the contents of the head became chaotic.

I try to move my hands and feet. But again my stomach was broken. The mouth spouts blood until it falls on the clothes.

The fishy and stinging smell further made my mind mess up. My breath is not bad, and my head hurts a lot.

My gaze slowly blurred, and the heart once again screamed.
