[S2] Chapter 5 Part 3

In the dimness of the forest, the four of them began to devise a plan. Luckily, the guards who were protecting the old house where the Rabbit Clan was taking shelter, were unaware of their presence. However, moments later, one of the guards, realizes the presence of Andrew and his group.

“Hei! Looks like something's wrong with the bushes.” One of the guards in black like the others, pointed towards the bushes where Andrew and his crew were.

Slowly, five guards walked over. However, even though Andrew knew that, he still casually glanced at the guards. “Maybe it's time we execute our plan.”

Kaiser, Zanik, and Scof immediately split away from Andrew. While Andrew once again took out the energy pearl that was in his pants pocket. Although it looked very hard, but the young man was sure that he could definitely break the pearl.

Andrew smiled, his fingers blackened due to skin changes. He placed the energy pearl on his right palm, then fused the two palms together to crush the pearl. Now, the energy pearl had been destroyed. Andrew collected the pearl shards on his left palm, then scratched the wound on his left arm using his sharp fingernails. Then he dripped the blood onto the pearl shards.

A very pungent smell of blood, filling his nostrils. But not one bit disturbed by it. Then, he threw the sharp-smelling pearl shards at the guards.

“Who's there?” The guards ran towards Andrew.

Andrew immediately retreated, he was back in normal mode, no longer using a change of form. Before long, so many shots were fired by the guards at him, but he was able to dodge easily, and left quickly.

Andrew's physical abilities cannot be underestimated. Although he did not use a change of form, he could easily fight some of his enemies with just two guns. Naturally, this ability was gained from a year-long hard training from the start he had woken up in this mysterious forest. At first he was afraid, but long ago became accustomed and eventually became brutal because of the law of the jungle.

“Haha, those fools will definitely get exhausted by themselves facing me.” Andrew was still running at full speed, even though behind a lot of people chasing him while shooting. “Moreover .. I'm not sure they can defeat the impromptu forces I created.”

Grinning happily, Andrew turned to the right side, then accelerated further.

“That's it!” The guards immediately launched an attack on Andrew. Gunfire continued to ring in the ears, but Andrew used his reflexes to keep evading the guards' attacks.

Before long, the guards were startled by the sound of an explosion behind them. They quickly stopped the attack and turned around. Looks smoke that soared high from the old house that became their headquarters.

“Sialang. This battle has already started.” One of the guards rushed back, followed by the other guards. Two guards were ordered to arrest Andrew.

“Yes God. What is this?” The two guards were carelessly shooting at the zombies that were getting closer. However, instead of moving away, the zombies were getting closer.

Just so you know, the senses of hearing and smell of the zombies are still active. However, because they have no sense, then indirectly they only rely on instinct. Andrew sighed, his face now flat back from feeling bored. “Using two pearls of energy to guide them here turned out to be quite effective. Although very draining energy.”

The zombies were still walking straight towards the headquarters of the Rabbit Clan. They don't want to know what's in front of them. Because the creature was moving towards the source of the uproar created by three of Andrew's associates.

The headquarters of the Rabbit Clan was flattened to the ground by a grenade thrown by three people who were from the Dragon Clan. Wrathful because the shelter was destroyed, the head of the Rabbit Clan changed into a creature different from humans. His burly body was covered by thick orange fur. Nine long tails also appeared, making him look like a fox demon.

“It seems, the Rabbit Clan is just a name given at random.” Zanik rushed away as far as possible heading into the forest after throwing some grenades. “There is no distinctive feature of a Clan formed in this forest. Shitty!”

Suddenly, the head of the Rabbit Clan who had turned into a fox demon, directly ran towards Zanik. He ran with all his might, until he finally reached the young man.

“Damn it!” Furious, Zanik fired his gun at the fox demon.

The guards were being preoccupied by the incoming zombie herd, making Kaiser and Scof manage to dodge by running into the forest. Meanwhile, the bad luck now befell Zanik, he did not know how to face the creatures in front of him now.

The sound of gunfire continued to echo within the forest, the zombies were getting less and less due to the successive attacks launched by the Rabbit Clan. Moreover, many members of the Rabbit Clan had also changed into black figures, which was the weakest form change among the others.

However, the problems faced by Zanik have not been resolved. The young man continued to rack his brains to figure out how to defeat the fox demon, but still kept his true abilities a secret. Shit, if I had a way, this would have been easy to get through. But, how?

While Zanik was caught in confusion, the fox demon had developed nine tails. Between the gaps between the two tails, a small black circle is formed.

“Wire! It is a collection of energy.” Zanik became more and more panicked. He immediately turned around and ran, but a small circle of fox stealth, slid and exploded next to the young man.

He slammed to the right side, his hands he crossed in front of his face so that his face was not hurt. Soon, another circle rolled again. Zanik also rolled over without having time to sigh, in order to survive.

“Fucking creatures.” Anger filled Zanik's heart, he could not stand all this. “I'll show you, if you're nothing but a despicable creature who doesn't deserve to be my opponent.” Zanik's view was directed at fox demons. The young man stood up while clenching both of his hands.

From the top of the tree, Andrew seemed interested in what Zanik was about to do. “It's interesting,” murmured, “I've guessed that he must have kept a secret. And my plan to uncover that secret, went smoothly.”
