In fact, Andrew never expected that the head of the Rabbit Clan could turn into a fox demon, and could even gather the energy scattered in this forest. At first, he did intend to make Zanik bring out his original ability, which was why since inside the tunnel, he kept urging the young man.

“I never thought my plan would go this smoothly ...” Andrew becomes even more excited to see Zanik's secret revealed. “It turns out I am indeed a lucky human being.”

In the middle of the vast field, there was chaos. Not far from the place of chaos, Zanik sighed and prepared to fight against the strange creatures that were before him. He realized that this plan was being used by Andrew to bring his true abilities to light, even though he was trying to cover it up, he could not.

Zanik calmed the mind, a beam of orange-colored light emerged from the young man's chest. Slowly, his skin hardened, and turned jet-black. The energy that had been scattered in the forest from the beginning, was absorbed by a rugby-shaped purple crystal, which was embedded in Zanik's chest.

All of this is related, although the way it works is very similar to magic, but this is not magic. Few people were aware that in the mysterious forest they were in now, scattered an energy made from souls. The energies will be gathered together as they are drawn by the crystals that are also scattered here.

The crystals used to gather this energy were extremely rare. Only a few lucky people could have one, among them were the chiefs of the Rabbit and Zanik Clans. That was why, they possessed powers that could surpass ordinary humans and even evolved humans.

Zanik's body temperature became very hot, on his skin there are reddish orange stripes. He lowered his hand, then made a magma ball by gathering energy in the palm. However, the fox demon immediately launched an attack on Zanik.

The young man retreated with all his might while throwing two magma balls that he formed. Loud explosions echoed in the ears, flames and smoke from the blast began to fill Zanik's view. The fox demon directly broke into the smoke, frantically Zanik dodged several attacks from the demon.

The demon launched several hits, but Zanik repelled all attacks by crossing both hands. Not able to stand just in a defensive position, Zanik immediately launched a kick using his right foot. However, the fox demon was able to withstand the kick with his left arm.

Zanik jumped backwards. He took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. The fox demon again expanded its tail, then began to gather energy. Despite that, Zanik remained calm facing him, as if nothing had happened.

“Don't be too confident. You won't be able to win from me, Demon.” Several magma balls formed behind Zanik. The balls are constantly floating and absorbing energy.

“Good fight.” From a distance, Andrew kept watching the fight between Zanik and the fox demon. “But, I'm not sure that power is enough to fight me.”

Explosion after explosion continues to echo due to the hit Zanik attack and fox stealth. They pressed each other, but the difference in strength between them was extremely thin.

To withstand the attack from Zanik, the fox demon made an energy shield with the remnants of the energy present in its crystal. Once again, a loud voice due to the explosion, re-echoed. At the same time, the energy crystal that was stuck to the fox demon chest, broke due to being used for too long or had reached the limit.

The energy crystal actually has a certain capacity and time limit, so if it is used to exceed these two things, then it will break. In addition, this object is very difficult to obtain because it is rare. Because it is formed from scattered soul energy, then hardened over time in the magma that is in the bowels of the earth. The crystal will then come out if there is a volcanic explosion or anything else.

Zanik's body temperature is starting to return to normal. His breathing was still breathless after the fierce fight some time ago. The use of crystals that function to absorb and manipulate energy provides a heavy burden for the body. Normal humans would not be able to wear them, therefore only evolved humans could use the crystals.

“Good fight, Zanik.” Soon Andrew came down from the tree, and approached Zanik.

Zanik looks staggering, his body is not balanced until it almost makes him fall. However, before he actually fell, Andrew came and propped the young man's body. “Good work,” Andrew said when Zanik lost consciousness.

The black creatures suddenly enveloped Andrew and Zanik, after defeating hundreds of zombies that attacked them. The flames of anger filled the eyes of all of them. It was clear, many casualties were due to the sudden zombie attack earlier, and it ignited the flames of their fury.

“It seems that you are upset because of this incident.”

In such an urgent situation, Andrew was still calm. Before long, a fireball exploded on the backs of several black figures. Some of them turned their eyes away, and this situation was taken advantage of by Andrew. The young man's right hand hardened, bringing out hard black scales.

When he pointed his hand forward, a portion of the black figures immediately jumped towards him. Others were about to attack the person who had attacked them with a fireball. However, these black figures had such a poor fate.

“This is the end of your life. Enjoy!”

A ball of white light floated around Andrew. In one blink of an eye, the balls slid through the heads of the black figures.
