The Dark Slayer's
Chapter 11 part 1

Lize took down her bag and began to unpack the contents of the bag. Inside were boxes of bullets and several handguns and a black rifle. Without saying anything, Lize directly poured all the contents of the bag onto the ground.

“I think it would be better if we share it like this,” said Lize while sliding the black bag— which already does not contain—to the side.

Indifferently, I immediately took out a black gun and a box of bullets. I opened the box and put it in the gun.

“Hm .. can I use this tool?” I muttered while pointing a gun at a tree.

“By practicing little by little, I am sure you will be able to,” said Mischie responding to my murmur.

Glancing for a moment at the gun in my right hand, this self is still not sure if it can use the weapon. However, I don't know why there are other parts of me that feel familiar using it. I really can't understand why that happened.

For a moment I daydreamed, thinking whether or not I could use the gun in my hand. There was a doubt from the bottom of my heart to wear this dangerous device. In an instant, this hand somehow trembled.

Appearing again—a memory displaying an unknown face—my breath suddenly became numb, sweat began to drip all over the body. I trembled, fear began to rule this whole heart.

A blow to the shoulder suddenly made me come back to my senses. In awe, I glanced at the person who hit me.

“Why does your face look so scary?” asked Lize who seemed surprised because she did not expect this situation.

I was really relieved when he brought me back to reality. Still with a breath of breath, I said, “no. Forget it.”

Not only was Lize shocked, Rias and Mischie who had been busy choosing weapons also gasped at my behavior.

“Hei! You're really okay, right?” ask the worried Rias.

Though heavy, I forced myself to smile. “Yes, don't worry, I'm fine,” I replied.

As if nothing had happened, Mischie instantly picked up a long black rifle that had not been touched from earlier. “So, who will use this weapon?” mischie said as he thrust the long rifle towards us.

I was tempted to take the weapon out of his hand. Because, just by taking a pistol alone— which is much smaller size—can scare me half to death. All these weapons seem to remind me of what I did before I was stranded in a mysterious forest with a lost memory.

“Does no one want to use it?” Once again Mischie asked us.

Again I became a dilemma because the obvious question I could not answer myself. Standing staring in confusion, this mouth locked tightly unable to spout words.

“How about Leon holding it?”

I was surprised when Mischie said that. “Ke-why me?” I pointed myself out for being confused.

Mischie raised her eyebrows and replied, “ya, that's you. Who else has the name ‘Leon’ besides you?”

No. .. Where can I possibly accept this offer. Anyway can't.

I shook my head a few times. “You alone,” I said pointing at Mischie. “I think you use it more than me.”

“Cih ...” Mischie then pulled out my empty left hand and gave the long rifle forcefully to me. “I'd rather use a sword than a rifle.”

Standing while looking at the rifle in my left hand, this self did not expect to get the weapon. Ignoring my trembling, Mischie rummaged through the bullet box and found several grenades between them. After searching again, he finally found a smoke grenade that was also tucked in there.

“Hehehe, I think we're going to be monster killers here,” muttered Mischie who was excited.

Meanwhile, somewhere else at the same time. On top of a high cliff that has a wide field. Looks like a young man with short, ruffled brown hair. The white shirt he was wearing was also slightly dirty.

Capitalized on a long-distance binocular, luda—which is none other than Zanik—strawed deep into the forest while drizzling rain was in progress. He smiled faintly at some teenagers who were busy handing out weapons to survive.

“Heh .. so they want to beat us soon, huh?” muttered Zanik while lowering his binoculars. “Let's see .. whether you guys are able to deal with this group of ours.”

Zanik turned around and walked straight ahead towards the forest. Inserting binoculars behind the sensitivity, he then took a black gun and pointed it upwards. Without any hesitation, Zanik pulled the trigger.

The sound of gunfire echoed through the forest, the birds were increasingly panicked by the directionless shots fired by Zanik. “Let's play, this fun game, Leon.” Zanik flashed an evil face on his face. As he continued walking, he put his gun back behind the shirt.

Keep your feet on the ground and accompanied by rain. The young man entered the forest until he finally disappeared into the thick of the trees.
