Chapter 11: Determining a Fate

I sat leaning against a tree while looking at the stars in the sky in silence. So far, I have not been able to see the moon among the thousands of stars. right to my right, there is Mischie who is still lying unconscious and Lize and Rias who are checking on Mishie's condition.

I turned my face towards them. “Hey, don't you guys feel there's something weird here?” ask them both.

“What's weird about this situation?” answer Rias by asking questions.

“I also do not feel awkward,” said Lize.

I stood watching around, my gut feeling that someone was watching us. All this time, if I get a premonition that is not wearing, there will definitely be something terrible going on. That's why, I started to keep watch as if my hunch was right again.

I turned my eyes to the right when I felt something passing by. My hair was goosebumps, and fear began to appear in my mind. A cold wind slowly blew, adding to this horror within the heart.

At first glance I felt a shadow running at high speed among the bushes. I turned my eyes to the left and to the right to make sure. Rias and Lize stood up and glanced around, apparently they felt the same way as me.

In the dimness of the night, my hair suddenly stood up. For some reason I was terrified, and sweat began to wash over my forehead. The temperature suddenly became hot, making me feel uncomfortable.

“It seems I feel something is approaching,” I said slowly.

“Yes, I feel the same way too,” said Rias in response to my words.

“But, I don't see no tan—“

Lize's words were instantly cut off by such a loud roar. The sound echoed in the darkness of the forest to make the birds fly in an uncertain direction. The chirping of crows then decorate the lush forest where we are today.

My heart rate was clearly elevated, but as much as possible I kept this myself calm. Thick smoke suddenly appeared from our front, I quickly nodded Mischie on my back and ran with all my might.

“Awas! Run on! Don't let that smoke get into your breathing!” I immediately panicked and warned the two girls who were with me.

Without delaying time, they tailed behind me by running as hard as they could. My footsteps got faster, broke through the bushes and continued to run without knowing the direction.

“Awas!” exclaim Lize warned me.

I haven't had time to stop my steps, this leg tripped to make me fall. My body was crushed, the pain spread, and I groaned from the pain.

I covered this nose with both hands as the thick smoke accelerated. Because I fell, Rias and Lize had to stop to help me. But unfortunately, before I could stand, smoke immediately filled my nose and made myself unable to stand anymore.

All the organs and nerves of my body that had been tightened became more relaxed. My eyes are getting less and more powerless to resist the sleepiness of being tired. However, this whole body felt very comfortable until I finally fell asleep.

Cold temperatures can be felt by my sensitive skin. I woke up and opened my eyes slowly. Black clouds stretched over the blue sky, and the atmosphere of silence and harmony of the forest could be felt.

Standing up while looking up, I realized that there was Mischie on this back last night. When I look back, these eyes can't see any sign of that person there. I became confused and then glanced to and fro to look for Mischie's whereabouts.

Shortly after, I finally found the person sitting on a rock staring straight ahead. For a moment I glanced at the person's back and then walked over to him.

“Hei!” my broom to Mischie. “What do you see?”

While saying so, I sat to her right, followed by Rias and Lize who came from the side while carrying a water bottle in each of their hands. Lize thrust a bottle of water at me, I gladly accepted it.

Lize opened the black bag she was carrying and gave us some of the bread there. Enjoying the comfortable and serene atmosphere of the beautiful morning, drizzle suddenly came over. Without a warning, the four of us just went under the tree to take shelter.

“Argh, shit.” Mischie began to complain because of the sudden rain.

Even though it is under a shady tree, this body can still be exposed to water flowing through the leaves.

“It looks like we have to find a cave to shelter,” my advice while glancing there and looking for shelter.

“Yes, we should just go,” Mischie said as she led us on our way.

Lize slowly approached to my right, and she asked something. “Are we going to split all this equipment now?” he raised his black bag forward.

I thought for a moment, thinking about what I should do, somehow making it a little difficult to make a choice. If these weapons are shared now, the advantage is that our group will be more alert and avoid trouble. However, at the same time, there are other possibilities that may occur such as, using this history to hunt so that the run out of time bullets is desperate.

It was true that it was just the result of my thinking being too excessive, but it could have happened. However, if these weapons were to be distributed in times of urgency, it might be too late. Argh .. This makes me dizzy.

Lize carried her bag over her back again. “OK ...,” he said casually as he continued to step up.

Shortly after, we finally arrived in front of a cave that was covered by shady green plants. This cave looked even more terrifying than the ones we used to meet. That's what I think when I see it.

“I don't think we need to go in,” Mischie said as he walked in the other direction. “Logging in there will only frustrate me half to death.”

It was raining heavily, but Mischie was very unconcerned about it. He just didn't want to go back inside the cave because of the many things he had been through.

“Wait!” exclaiming Lize stopped Mischie's steps.

Mischie turned his head, confirming what Lize was going to say to her.

“Me and Leon have agreed to share these weapons now,”.

“Good.” Mischie also approached us.
