62. Doctor Wira, "Don't Hold on."

After the incident three days ago, Mas Hilman never again went home. I ignored the phone call because I felt dizzy with the same question. 'When are you going home?' And I said, 'I won't go back to that house again.'

I also asked him to hand over the marriage book, but he never wrote it down. I've been dizzy with everything that's happened. The next day I'll take it to the police station. I've given him enough time, but he doesn't seem to have any intention of giving me freedom.

Doctor Wira called yesterday and told me to come to the hospital with my mother today. It's about the operation I'm going to do. I hope there will be good news about it.

It was a little afternoon as delivered by Doctor Wira me and Mom left for the hospital. We used an online taxi because it was impossible for me to take my mother by motorcycle.

The young doctor nodded his head, he raised the sagging glasses on his nose. I don't know why I always like it when he's doing that, I remember the Korean artist I watched last year.

"Alhamdulillah then. We just have to wait for what Dr. Hendra said, hopefully the surgery can be done this month. Are you still having nosebleeds?" ask again.

I shook my head. "I don't remember, anyway" I replied.

The doctor shifted his gaze from the file he had in his hand, he stared at me in confusion.

"Mak Ayu is home all the time?" ask the doctor.

This time I nodded my head. "Yes, Doctor. I'm more often at home to accompany Mom."

"Oh, good then. Usually, you will be happier if there is a child who accompanies you. Mom used to tell me that she was so happy that Ma'am Ayu was staying at home." The doctor turned his gaze back to the paper in his hand. He read the paper without a sound.

"How's Mas Hilman doing?" ask the doctor suddenly.

"Eh?" I turned to look at the doctor, not expecting the Hero Doctor to ask.

"Em .. good. Mas Hilman well," I replied briefly.

Doctor Wira nodded his head again.

"I heard Mas Hilman no longer works at the company?" ask the doctor who made me feel sad. Confused, where did he know that Mas Hilman did not work.

"I'm sorry if I was rude. I know that Mas Hilman is not working because one of my friends is in the company. I'm very sad about what happened to Mbak Ayu's husband" said Dr. Wira again.

Doctor Wira said like that means he knows about the problems that have befallen us.

"Yes Doctor, thank you for the attention of the Doctor" I told him. Shame this young doctor said that. I'm a little sorry because it turns out that the video has spread a lot.

"I heard that Ayu is no longer living there? Sorry if I ask again. This is not my business, I had heard from someone that Mbak Ayu wanted to part with Mas Hilman?" The doctor asked again to make me feel bad.

This is a private realm why do doctors know what's going on? Who told this doctor that I wanted to part with Mas Hilman?

Aware of the awkwardness I felt the doctor apologized again.

"Once again I apologize" the young doctor said unkindly.

"It's okay, Doctor. Thank you so much for your attention to me and for helping me. I will accept an offer from the Doctor if I find it difficult. But for now I will try to do it myself first" I told him. He smiled while nodding his head.

Doctor Wira is then seen taking out his wallet.

"This. Contacts belong to my friend." The doctor gave me a business card. I accepted it without hesitation.

"Once again I say thank you Doctor, for the kindness of the doctor all this time to me and also Mother."

The Hero Doctor smiled again while nodding his head. "I am happy to help Mbak Ayu, Hopefully with this small help Mbak Ayu can achieve the happiness of Mbak Ayu himself," he said. I just nodded in response to her words just now, also feeling pleased with the help that was given both to mother and now to me.

Doctor Wira's smile was very sweet, her face looked red.

I keep the business card in my wallet, just in case I find it difficult and need help.

"Is there anything the doctor wants to ask you again?" ask him when he doesn't take his eyes off me. Doctor Wira was slightly surprised and smiled clumsyly.

"Eh, no. Had enough. This is a report belonging to Mother, please give it to Doctor Hendra later," he said, handing the blue map to me.

"Yes thank you. Then I'll go back to Doctor Hendra's room" I said, accepting the map. I stood up, he stood up the same.

Doctor Wira drove me to the door, even he opened the door and let me through.

"Mbak Ayu, I hope that if Mbak Ayu finds difficulties, do not hesitate to ask me for help. I'll help Ayu as much as I can" he said before I started to walk out of the room.

Doctor Wira's gaze and smile looked soft and full of seriousness, with a face that was still red.

I am grateful to meet people who are kind and helpful. I was confused yesterday about lawyers. I've never dealt with the law until it's still confusing to find someone who can help me.

With a fairly quick step I went back to Hendra's doctor's room and found the two talking.

"It's over?" ask me to Mom.

"Already" answered Mother.

"Mom's been waiting a long time? Was Ayu over there, Mom?" I asked again. Suddenly it's not nice if both of them are waiting for me.

"Ah no. The examination was also completed. Can we talk to you for a second?" asked Dr. Hendra while pointing to the chair beside the mother.

I nodded and listened to Doctor Hendra's next explanation.
