I don't know how long we cried, let out a tightness in the chest. Until I accidentally saw Arga standing in the doorway leaning and folding both hands in front of the chest while smiling at us.
I don't know if there's anything he's coming home to.
"Eh, Papa. What's at home?" I asked Gara to turn his head. Slowly breaking his arms from my neck.
"It's okay, there's only one who's left behind" he said, closing in on us.
"Are you sad? Not sad, anyway!" he said while chuckling. I became embarrassed myself, rubbing wet on my face, as well as Gara, rubbing her tears rough with the back of her hand.
"Have finished? Not sad anymore, right? Lunch is out, yuk!" bring Arga. He held out both hands towards us.
"Eh, didn't Papa say something was missing?" many confused. He should have gone back to the office, right?
"Yes, anyway. But then I'll go back to his office. Eating outside, is it done, is it sad? Problem clear?" ask again.
Gara welcomed his father's hand with a smile now. I was the same, seeing Gara who was not crying anymore made me happy too. Same with him, I also welcomed my husband's hand and then we went to lunch outside.
"Where do you eat?" ask Arga to Gara. Cars are now starting to drive on crowded streets.
"Where do you want to eat?" She asked me in a cheerful tone.
"Eh, why ask Mama? Kan Papa take Brother, Mama just come."
"Ang in, what do you want to eat?" ask again.
"Mom again want to eat fried chicken flour that you like," I said with a smile.
"Father! Listen to what Mama said? Let's go!" point it at the street ahead.
I deliberately call the food that Gara wants, more to want to keep his mood than what I want to eat. Whether I can eat it or not, I just want to see my son smile again.
We have reached the place we were headed. Avoiding the mall that Arga had mentioned, because I did not want to be tired of walking around and finally hungry eyes.
Getting out of the car, we walked together into the dining room and approached the empty table near the window.
"I order first, okay? What do you want?" ask Arga to both of us.
"Fried chicken!" exclamation Gara.
"Mama?" ask again.
"Sama, fried chicken too, but want wings huh. Two." I asked as I pointed my two fingers at Arga.
"OK, ready. Anything else? Drink it?"
"I'm asking for some warm tea, Pa. Can you not?" I asked, because I know that here most cold drinks are fizzy or just cold tea.
"May, time cannot. Brother as usual?" ask Arga. Because he nodded, he usually chose chocolate milk to drink it. Arga now went to order while Gara and I chatted lightly while enjoying the view outside.
Accidentally, I saw a figure I knew. A young woman with a sweet smile is now walking alone with a very friendly man, struggling spoiled and joking. The man she was with looked very young from her age. I'm guessing he's a college kid, maybe.
They walked, I watched until I couldn't see them anymore.
"See what?" ask the baritone voice that brought me back to my senses. Arga had returned together with a servant carrying a tray each. The food was stored on the table, and the waiter left after doing the same.
"See what? How serious?" ask again while sitting in his place.
"Eh, no. Just look at the passing, really," I said with a smile.
"Oh, let's eat."
